• Doc4kids (9/5): Amazing apartment in Trastevere, perfect hosts. - Perfect location, the streets below were buzzing at night. Like Vince- from the property told us, "every door is a restaurant".Amazing vibes. Everything was a walking distance away. Response on Whatsapp was immediate, for any hello or guidance. They had kept soft drinks etc in the refrigerator for us. Fully functional kitchen. Grocery shops just below the apartment. Rhea even a washing machine in the apartment. Their heating system failed on our last day. Though they did send someone to fix it immediately, it still didn't work. Also the shower area was very small (but this we found at every apartment in Italy). Rest everything was just perfect
• Christine (10/5): Great location. A little noisy at night late. Not for anyone that has difficulty with stairs. - The location We had a problem with the hot water. The kitchen sink was a bit dirty but I cleaned it. The bathroom sink backed up all the time.
• Viola (8/5): Fuer einen kurzen Rom Aufenthalt super - Obwohl wir uns verspaetet hatten und V. bestimmt eine Stunde auf uns warten musste, sehr freundliche Schluesseluebergabe - mit weiteren Infos. Das hat super geklappt. Da die Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus gehen, ist es ueberraschend leise gewesen - vom abendlichen Trubel vorne hoert man nichts. Das Bad ist etwas eng. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel (2 Stock), aber im heissen Sommer vermutlich ein echtes Plus. Es gibt Klimageraete, die brauchten wir aber nicht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, aber Achtung fuer Menschen mit Treppenproblemen - man muss schon ein paar gewoehnungsbeduerftige Stufen hoch bzw. runter laufen. Und was man auch beruecksichtigen sollte: Trastevere ist an keine metro angebunden. Man kommt mit dem Bus oder der Tram hin. Klar kann man zum Vatikan oder Kolosseum laufen, aber das sind jeweils 2-3km. Aber die Atmosphaere ab Nachmittag ist super und da man eine riesige Auswahl an Restaurants and Kneipen hat die grossartiges Essen und Trinken anbieten, ist ein Aufenthalt vor Ort ein echtes Plus.

• Kjetil (9/5): Spacious and central apartment - Spacious and delicate apartment (first floor). Centrally located in Trastevere (but quite far from train stations) Steep steps and small kitchen/bathroom, not for people with mobility problems.

• Arnett (10/5): Warm apartment in a prime location. - This was the perfect place to stay during my trip to Rome! The apartment was cosy, comfortable and clean. The hot water and the shower were really fine. Check-in was smooth, and the communication with the host was easy and very pleasant. I appreciated the complimentary water, Coke, and juice in the fridge, such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel. The space was warm and quiet at night, which made it easy to get great rest. I’ll definitely be booking this property again on my next visit to Rome. Highly recommended! Nothing to add
• Emm Lu (6/5): - Location is great! Spacious flat The bathroom, notably the shower. There is almost no pressure to the shower Also no heating and extra blankets.
• Ashley (9/5): - Location was 10/10. We would get up every day and head out on foot to wherever we were going (almost all things were within walking distance. Come home later afternoon, have a rest and regroup before heading out to dinner in our neighborhood. Every restaurant we went to in Trastever was amazing and memorable. Be sure to visit Basilica di Santa Maria, beautiful church and right around the corner. Water pressure/temp could have been better, but there is always a give and take when you are staying in a 500+ year old building. Suggest spacing out showers and not 3-4 people trying to shower every morning. Other than that no issues.
• Aaron (10/5): We loved our stay in this apartment. It was nice to have a living room big enough for all 5 of us to relax in. And we co - Spacious living area, and although it was a noisy area the bedrooms are at the back of the property where it is a bit quieter. Not really any hot water in the kitchen to do dishes (had to boil the jug for hot water), and the shower water pressure was poor, however it was fine for a quick shower and there was plenty of hot water. Please note these are only minor things and did not really impact on our stay - we still really liked the apartment.

• Marion (7/5): Appartement au charme italien idéalement situé mais qui mériterait d'être modernisé - Logement très bien placé au coeur d'un quartier historique très animé (bar, restaurants, boulangerie...) et à proximité des grands sites touristiques, nous avons tout fait à pied. Remise des clés en main propre par un hôte très gentil et à l'écoute de nos questions. Lits en 160 appréciable. Salle de bain exiguë avec toilettes à l'intérieur, pas très pratique pour 4 personnes. De plus le lavabo était bouché et la douche n'a aucune pression, le soir nous n'avions qu'un petit filet d'eau, impossible de se laver les cheveux longs le soir par exemple. Autre point négatif: pas de volets
