- Cristina (8/5): - La posizione Appartamento poco pulito, i bagni sono piccoli in uno la doccia e il doccino non erano agibili.
- Flaherty (8/5): Great place, perfect location, quiet and comfortable. - Location was perfect, nice layout, perfect for family of 4 A bit expensive.

- Michael (1/5): We had serious issues from the moment we arrived. The mattress covers were dirty, there was a strong and unpleasant smel -
- roula (1/5): THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! if you ever plan to go to ROME, make sure you stay away from booking at this property!! we had the worst experience ever. the room was extremely dirty, flies and mosquitos everywhere, and when i say everywhere, i mean EVERYWHERE. imagine a bed full of flies, a toilet full of flies, everywhere you walk, you have flies around you. we informed them about this issue; their solution was to give us a spray ..... what a spray can do for thousands of flies?? and then we decided to cancel and find another place, after they have acknowledged that correct, it is not possible for us to sleep there under these dirty conditions and confirmed that they will refund the full amount. almost a month has passed, no refund, no replies, even booking.com is trying to reach out to them with no reply. never be fooled by the pictures or the comments you see on booking.com for the properties, some of them, no matter how good they look, but the level of professionalism makes them the worst experience for you. so now, on top of the money they took from us for this apartment and never returned back, we had to pay from our own pockets for another hotel so we can sleep " IN A CLEAN PLACE" in Rome.....
- Jill (10/5): Everything was absolutely wonderful. Ease of checking in, the interior was the most perfect. Perfect - Loves the cozy decor and all the extra touches. The layout was so perfect! Would like to have seen a mattress cover on the main bed.

Geen
- Linn (8/5): - Koselig, bra plassering, det man trengte av utstyr, gode senger, to bad

- Gracioppo (8/5): Great place, great location, worth the price - Location is perfect, next to all cafes, bars and restaurants
- Alexandra (9/5): Loft tout confort et magnifique au cœur de Trastevere - Location en plein cœur de Rome, à quelques minutes des grands monuments dans un quartier magnifique mais pour autant au calme et magnifiquement décoré. Confort total. Tout était idéal

- Charlotte (10/5): Super dejligt sted, skøn lejlighed og fantastisk beliggenhed. -
- Chia (9/5): Superb -
- Elina (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy .around restaurants and shops. Not far from city . You can walk or take public transport. I like it a lot At the first air was wet but there is air conditioners with hot and cold air
- Lourdes (6/5): Excellent location and decorated to the detail, can do with a humidifier. - Excellent locations with beautiful stone streets and lovely restaurants at the door step. Just 35 minute walk from the Colliseum. The only thing with this property is that as it’s in an old building it’s humid inside with a damp smell which is not good with people that have sinus problems.
- Linda (8/5): Very good - Very beautiful apartment, excellent location and also so much space inside.
- Lene (7/5): Nice apartment. - Great location and very cosy apartment. Would have liked basic elements such as hand soap and toilet paper to be available, we had to go and by this ourselves.
- Gonin (9/5): We would stay here again anytime. - Location is excellent and the space in the apartment works very well. The toilets had a bad smell and the one in the bathroom in the back dripped constantly.
- Jill (5/5): Great location, great place…with a few nuances that could have been easily remediated. - The apartment was located in a great location in the middle of Trastevere, however on a side street so it was quieter. The apartment was decorated beautifully and there was a lot of room for my
Family. The beds were very comfortable and the closet space was great for our luggage and clothing! Check in and check out were seamless as well. Hosts were unresponsive when we reached out on the first day asking for someone to come and fix the AC that stopped working as well as the toilet that ran constantly. It was summer in Rome so the fact that the AC didn’t work in the front room wasn’t a good thing. There were also little nats all over. Perhaps this was a result of being a ground floor apartment, but it was kinda gross.
- Judith (10/5): Wonderful Place - I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. The decor is lovely, and the bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The location is excellent, with many great restaurants nearby and just a 20-25 minute walk to major sightseeing spots.
The host was accommodating, allowing me to check in early with my kids, which was much appreciated. We also enjoyed spending time in the cute and cozy patio—such a nice feature!
The only downside was that the TV didn’t work, and unfortunately, we didn’t get a response with a solution. However, we were out most of the time, so it didn’t affect our stay too much.
Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely return. Thank you to the host for a lovely stay!
- Amy (10/5): Enjoyed very much and would stay again if visiting Rome! So close to everything, but out of the bustle of Rome! - The property was charming, well thought out and we loved the location. We were 30 minute walk to colosseum or Vatican! Trastevere is a great location to just wander and find restaurants/shopping! The staff was responsive and communicated well! The apartment was charming and comfortable for 3 adults. None
- Cicek (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great.
- Carla (10/5): Exceptional - Great location in Trastevere. There are many good restaurants in this area, and it was easy to walk to other parts of Rome to see the sights. It was easy to get the keys and we were allowed to drop our bags while the apartment was cleaned before our check in time. Comfortable beds and great shower. It was a comfortable place to stay for our family of 4.
- Heather (7/5): Good - Very quiet
Comfortable V limited work service in the “kitchen” -and we had to ask for the missing microwave to be replaced.
Rather cluttered for our taste. Courtyard overhung by upstairs’ washing.
- Jeffery (10/5): Would do it again. - Location was great. In the middle of Trastevere's night life, but quiet without street noise when you are in the loft. Courtyard is an added plus. People on the second floor who hang their laundry over the courtyard.
- Nicola (9/5): Perfect location, beautiful decor. - Incredible location in the heart of Trestavere with all the best bars and restaurants just outside the door. Beautiful decor and character. Plenty of closet space, small but functional kitchen. Despite being very a very small apartment, the space worked well. The hot water heater was being replaced when we arrived, and I can report the shower was fantastic - enough hot water for 4 to shower, plenty of water pressure and the shower itself was beautiful with multi jet functions. Other reviews report problems with the TV - we used it fine, including streaming services. The was a volume problem which righted itself when we unplugged and replugged the TV. Aircon worked great (we used it for heating). The main bed smelt a little musty and wasn't very comfortable. It would be great to get the main bathroom door fixed as it is hard to shut. The 2nd bathroom does have a shower, but it's over the toilet (wet room style) - I don't think people would actually use that shower. But it was good having the second toilet.
- Reggy (8/5): Very good - The location of the property is ideal. within the Trastevere neighborhood and many restaurants. However, what is most impressive is the staff who are very friendly and willing to help at any time. Will stay again at this place if you visit Rome The TV is not worked but it would not be a problem for us since our activities mostly outside
- Harðardóttir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (10/5): Charming is exactly right! - Looks exactly like the photos and was in a great location in Trastevere. Great restaurants and bars right around the corner! Was snug but worked great for our group of 4 adults. Locks have a bit of a learning curve - caught my left hand in between the key guard and door frame.
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (10/5): Perfection! -
- Andrew (8/5): Solid Trastevere Home Base - My wife, infant daughter and I stayed nine nights here on a food-focused Rome trip. We love to be in the centre of the action and this location couldn't be better for that, and still while being quiet enough inside at night for a good sleep. Even with the craziness at night and hundreds of people just outside the door on weekend nights, we felt secure with the two solid front doors which exit right into the mayhem at street level. Loved being able to walk straight out with no stairs or elevators. All facilities worked as described (no issues with the hot water, AC or wifi at all and there is a washing machine which was clutch for a nine day stay!). While operated by a company, we met the owner on arrival whom was very sweet and provided us with a brand new crib for our 7 month old (thank you!). The space is basically one long corridor from the front door to the back terrace. The bones are a little dated, but hey, it's Rome. The main bathroom is near the back at the terrace and the shower has a door that opens up to the outside, with enough privacy that you can shower almost open-air. There are doors you can't really see in the pictures between the bedroom from the living room, which allowed my daughter to sleep soundly while we stayed up in the main living space/kitchen area enjoying the local vino. Some minor room for improvements that I think others have touched on, mostly to do with the little "extras". For 450 Euros a night we would have expected more than two shower towels for two adults for nine nights. Though the company had extras delivered upon request. Similarly, we had to purchase our own TP as there were only a few rolls in the bathroom. And not that we came to Rome to watch TV (and this isn't misrepresented in the description), but for those rainy nights we would note the TV is basically useless—no cable or SMART features, so you would need to bring a Apple TV/Chromecast/Etc. to watch anything.
Finally, communication with the company was hit or miss. Upon arrival at FCO we had to call and/or text the company on landing, once in the cab, and then again when we were close, to ensure the person bringing the keys (Michele, who was very nice) would meet us at the door. We still ended up waiting about 20 minutes outside with our luggage and a tired baby, which wasn't ideal after a long day of travel. Then when Whatsapp messages and booking.com chat messages went unanswered, I had to call the company to request the towels. Fortunately I had purchased a SIM card so was able to do this but still a little frustrating. And don't forget to bring cash for the city tax charged per person on arrival.
