• Sabrina (2/5): Would not recommend!! Stay away - Was very large rooms and location was ok and they provided lots of towels which was nice? Otherwise overall disappointing.. We had a Broken bed which was frustrating, there was black mold in the bathroom, dust and spider webs everywhere. Bugs in the shower and just overall unclean.

È una struttura infestata dalle cimici, la direzione ne è consapevole ma non fa nulla a riguardo né si preoccupa di trovare soluzioni alternative o rimborsare anche solo in minima parte il soggiorno! Uno schifo completo! Continuare ad affittare la struttura nonostante questo enorme disagio! PRENOTATE ALTROVE!

• Michał (1/5): Tragedia PLUSKWY - Najgorszy pobyt, jakiego kiedykolwiek doświadczyliśmy. Podczas naszego pobytu zostaliśmy pogryzieni przez pluskwy – jedna z osób wylądowała w szpitalu z silną reakcją alergiczną na ukąszenia. W łóżku znaleźliśmy żywe pluskwy, co było absolutnie niedopuszczalne i bardzo stresujące. Przez kilka nocy praktycznie nie spaliśmy, bo baliśmy się ponownych pogryzień. Zgłosiliśmy problem obiektowi, jednak nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej odpowiedzi ani reakcji na naszą skargę. Brak jakiejkolwiek komunikacji tylko pogłębił nasze poczucie bezradności i frustracji. To był zdecydowanie najgorszy wyjazd, jaki mogliśmy sobie wyobrazić. Na podstawie naszego doświadczenia nie polecamy tego miejsca.

Alcuni la mattina si svegliavano con la sabbia in testa caduta dal tetto a causa delle camminate della gente del piano di sopra

• John (3/5): Over priced for the quality. - Location was about it. Floor had water damage. No attempt made to throw a rug over the damage. The outlet in the bathroom was a shock hazard. The kitchen was filthy. Grime and gunk on the cabinet handles that grossed us out. Stove top had burnt on food I cleaned with a knife. No dish towels, napkins or paper towels to at least get you started. Cabinet in living room was a health hazard. If you tried to open it, it fell apart.

• Desislava (8/5): Nice stay in Trastevere - Location is great - quiet but close to the lively part of Trastevere that is full of night life especially on weekends. Walking distance to Piazza Navona/Campo de’ Fiori even though obviously it is a longer walk. Supermarket nearby. The place was nice and spacious, plenty of towels. Coffee machine with capsules and a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. No internet in one of the bedrooms, no mosquito nets on the windows, there is no manual of instructions, and some of the instructions were inaccurate. The host/or reference person anyways was not very available and not easy to get in touch by phone

• Trifunovski (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional stay at this apartment! Immaculately clean, and equipped with modern amenities. Convenient location, stunning views, and a cozy atmosphere – highly recommend for a memorable stay
• Julie (7/5): Good apartment but bad relationship with the owner - The location is ideal in the Trastevere, quiet street and lovely apartments. The windows and doors are thin and old (it becomes cold inside quickly). The apartment manager first accepted to let us leaving the bags inside the apartment when we left, then asked us 150€ for this service the day before, obliging us to change our organisation at the last minute.

• אסתר (2/5): Not recommend. Poor facilities bad service - Nice neighbourhood, it has space The bed was BROKEN! The stuff was useless-Not responding and with bad solutions . Our stay was a complete disappointment! The staff was utterly useless, unresponsive, and displayed a lack of professionalism. During our three-night stay, our first day took a disastrous turn when the bed collapsed upon sitting. Their attempt to fix it with flimsy plastic pieces proved futile. To add to our frustration, one morning, we accidentally left the key inside the apartment. Despite requesting twice for them to place it inside the box and receiving their confirmation, they failed to do so. After a long day out, we found ourselves locked out, with our calls going unanswered. Only after an hour of waiting, sending chat messages, and multiple calls did they finally respond and provide us with the key. This experience was beyond frustrating, leaving us thoroughly dissatisfied with our stay. To make matters worse, there was no suggestion of a refund, and they have not responded to us since we left. A truly disappointing and unprofessional experience
