• Chiara (9/5): - L'appartamento è pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. le stanze sono grandi . La proprietaria ha molto gentilmente lasciato a disposizione il necessario per la prima colazione sufficiente per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La posizione è stata per noi molto comoda, la stazione della metropolitana è molto vicina e in poco tempo si arriva alla stazione Colosseo Purtroppo i vicini sono rumorosi e tutte le sere abbiamo sentito confusione fino a tardi.
• Carter (8/5): Very chill. - Location was very convenient. Despite being fairly far from the city center, it is very close to a tram line, metro line, and there were busses, so it is very convenient to get wherever you need to go.

• Nagajdová (2/5): - location was really good, not far from the metro station, there was a great bakery maybe 2 minutes from the accommodation, it was clean from the first look for sure the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was clean and with enough appliances, the host was very nice and very helpful and she was very understanding with the whole situation that happened the building has a very bad VERY BAD cockroach infestation its not only the apartment but the whole building so i cant say that the apartment was dirty because that’s not true but the second that it was night the cockroaches were everywhere mainly coming from the bathroom it was very disgusting so we had to left immediately when we were leaving the apartment we found them also in the hallway of the building. when we noticed them we also found the trap for the cockroaches so that means that the host knew about this problem and i don’t think that’s acceptable but i have to say that the host was very kind when we informed her about this so im really grateful for that

• Teimurazi (8/5): Nice host, good sized apartment, good location, great value for money. - Rooms are spacious, there is separate kitchen and entrance. Bathroom is good sized with all the necessary facilities. Everything was in order.

• Tomasz (9/5): Very nice place in extreamly lovely neighbourhood. - The apartment is located in lovely neighbourhood with easy access to shops and restaurant (some were recommended by the landlady and turned out to be amazing!). It has all the amenities and stuff you'd expect from normal apartment and there are some snacks left for the guests to enjoy. Air Conditioning is a bit too loud.

• Парфьонова Дарʼя (10/5): - The host, Maria Chiara, is amazing! The apartment was filled with so many nice touches upon arrival: juice, milk, cookies, olives - it was like visiting a relative. The apartment has absolutely everything you need! We stayed for five days and felt right at home. The bed was comfortable, warm, and cozy. The location is excellent - near the metro, bus stop, and shops. The central attractions are a 30-40-minute metro ride away. The host wrote a huge message about a comfortable stay in Rome and gave her recommendations. We were extremely satisfied, thanks so much! -

• Elisa (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno! - Struttura a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro C. Il Penny si trova praticamente dietro l’angolo, ma ci sono anche diversi locali dove poter fare colazione o cenare a prezzi onesti. La proprietaria è gentilissima e ci ha fatto trovare colazione e aperitivo. L’appartamento gode di tutti i comfort, compreso ascensore e di fronte, per chi ha dei bambini, c’è un parco giochi molto carino, che chiude alle 21:00. L’appartamento molto pulito e dotato di asciugamani e asciugacapelli. Un pochino rumoroso la sera, per chi ha difficoltà ad addormentarsi.

• Malka Hirina (9/5): - La atención fue excelente lugar especial para viajar en familia, es un apartamento grande con dos habitaciones independientes, cocina donde puedes preparar los alimentos, snacks gratis de bienvenida por parte de la anfitriona, privacidad para los niños y para los padres, tenía todos los implementos que necesitamos, está retirado del centro de Roma, pero el transporte público esta a 100 m, tiene tienda y supermercado cerca, farmacias, restaurante y el precio excelente por todo lo que tienes, después de un largo día de caminatas el descanso fue increíble.

It was very convenient that we had a big grocery store only a one minute walk away. The hospitality was great. The property owner really took care of us. gave us a gift basket with snacks and a small breakfast. It was awesome. N/A
• Maria (10/5): Comfortable place, public transport nearby, great host - Rooms and facilities: The apartment was perfectly equipped. Chiara showed us the place and all the facilities available. Beds were comfortable, we had extra pillows, and both bedrooms had AC, which helped us to sleep comfortably since the temperature in Rome was hitting 36ºC (28 during the evening!). Big bathroom. The building is easy to find. Location: The apartment isn't close to the city centre, something I knew from the moment I rented it, but this was never a problem for me and my family. There is a tram stop in front of the building's alley, a bus stop nearby and a metro station 2-3 blocks away, so basically you can reach the main tourist points without problems. The neighbourhood: Chiara recommended a place near the apartment to eat pizza - it was amazing, by the way. You can also find a bakery across the street. There is a supermarket, a tobacco shop, a Burger King and a gelato place near the place too. It seems to be a safe neighbourhood, and we didn't have any concerns while walking around. In general, I liked staying at Residence Sole e Luna. Chiara is a very kind person, and I appreciate how she welcomed us by leaving treats and water. Thanks for hosting me and my family! No comments.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing for several reasons: Poor cleanliness: The apartment had a strong, unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke, Even worse, we found several cockroaches during our stay — which made us feel very uncomfortable. Unexpected charges: We were informed about an additional €30 "city tax" only upon arrival, which should have been communicated clearly in advance. Lack of support: After check-out, we realized we had forgotten some expensive personal items in the apartment. We immediately tried to call the host, but she did not answer. Later, she replied via message saying she couldn’t help and that we should just buy new ones — which felt very dismissive. Unreasonable demands: After a long back-and-forth conversation where we politely asked for help, she agreed to send someone — but only if we paid €20. Given that we were in a hurry to catch our flight, we agreed. Then suddenly, she changed the amount to €30 last minute. We felt taken advantage of during a stressful situation. The lack of professionalism and empathy was very disappointing. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious and clarify all details beforehand.

• Joanna (5/5): Accomodation is passable. - The hostess is very helpful and easy to contact. She left us snacks, coffee, milk and water, which was highly appreciated after the journey. Her services are 10 out of 10. The flat is quite far from centre but close to transport links. Inside is worn out (especially the bathroom and the kitchen, both surfaces and utensils).The main bedroom is noisy due to trams passing by nearby. Also the flat is acoustic and you can hear the neighbours. The towels and the bed sheets did not make an impression of having been cleaned in a professional laundry, just washed in a washing machine (not on a hot cycle).

• Nino (8/5): comfortable stay. - near to metro and bus/tram stations. very friendly and helpful hostess Maria, she even greeted us with drinks and cookies for breakfast. because of the thin walls, its a bit noisy. maybe newer bed linens would be great. having washing machine is a plus but not working properly.
• Avrilia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is comfy, all facilities worked well. Very close to shops, metro and bus stops so it is easy to reach Rome city center. We could hear people's steps in the apartment on the upper level. Not a problem for me as I slept like a rock. Location is a bit far from the airport (FCO), but not far from Ciampino.
