• Yaniza (8/5): Gute Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Gastgeber - Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Die Lage ist sehr gut – nah am Bahnhof und auch die Metro ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.Der Gastgeber war extrem freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm war einfach wunderbar. Was mir gefehlt hat, war ein großer Ganzkörperspiegel in der Wohnung.

• Agata (3/5): Very disappointing – damp, run-down and poorly equipped - Good location, friendly host I stayed in this basement apartment and unfortunately cannot recommend it at all. The place is extremely basic and lacks even standard amenities: there was no TV, no radio, and no kettle or toaster – items you would expect even for a budget stay. The condition was the biggest problem. The whole space had a strong, unpleasant smell of damp everywhere. Towels and bed linen were damp and smelled stale and musty. The toiletries left in the bathroom looked like they had been used and abandoned by previous guests – definitely not new or hygienic. Everything inside feels very old and poorly maintained. The heater in the toilet was rusted and looked unsafe, and the bathroom sink leaked badly every time we used it. Overall, this was not clean, comfortable, or good value for money. I would not book here again.

• LU (8/5): Caro calidad - precio - Calle tranquila. Personal de entrega de llaves amable y ropa de cama y toallas limpias. El wifi sólo funcionaba en una parte del salón, ni en la habitación ni el wc y eso que mide 60m2. Hay un toallero eléctrico dentro de la ducha y por lo tanto oxidado, sin embargo nada para apoyar el frasco de gel (que por cierto tienes que llevar tú porque no hay gel ni champú). Está más viejo todo de lo que parece en las fotos

• Paulina (10/5): Very cozy with a great location - The host Roberto was very friendly and ready to help, he pre-heated the place before we arrived. The apartament was very cozy, and looked even better in person. The location was perfect, we walked on foot to almost all sights (Koloseum, Forum Romanum, Panteon), and there's a supermarket on the same street so we were able to buy fresh bread and make ourselves a nice breakfest, or have coffee in the garden before we left for the day. I would only add some some toiletries in the bathroom eg. shampoo, conditioner as many people travell light for the weekend.
• Dario (8/5): - Apartman je odlična polazna točka za razgledavanje, blizu linije metroa A koja vodi do vecine znamenitosti i kolodvora Termini. U blizini ima restorana i dobro opremljena trgovina. Krevet vrlo udoban, dobro opremljena kuhinja. Domaćin vrlo uslužan i dostupan. Kupaonica treba renovaciju.

Nos gustó mucho la terraza, aunque la usamos muy poco porque estaba lloviendo. Tiene escaleras que hacían un poco incómodo el moverse por el apartamento

• Daniela (4/5): Deludente - Era spaziosa La cucina aveva tutte le stoviglie sporche e incrostate, era un interrato (sotto livello strada) senza finestra in bagno e camera da letto. Scale per entrare in ogni camera (per me un problema, avendo problemi polmonari, e oltretutto molto umidità, non avevo possibilità di aprire una finestra in camera la notte in caso di necessità per arieggiare la stanza). Mancavano le cose essenziali, 2 rotoli di carta igienica per una settimana di permanenza. Abbiamo acquistato tutto e lasciato li. Andati via abbiamo scritto alla proprietaria dell'appartamento (credo fosse un deposito prima) dicendo che avevamo lasciato delle cose da noi acquista e non ci ha neppure degnati di un di un saluto o risposta

• Barberis (3/5): La cueva ! - Cocina completa. Lavarropas. Si te toca LA CUEVA no entiendo como esta habilitado. Es un sótano. Sin ventanas al exterior. Sin ventilación. Luces tenues. Sin tv. Sin calefacción. Pero lo peor es estar mas abajo que el nivel de la calle. El colchón es viejo y se hunde. El dpto es amplio. Para bajar al baño tenes 4 escalones mas los que ya bajaste para entrar al dpto. Es una cueva. Lo peor es que el dia que llegamos me comunique con booking. Obvio se lavaron las manos. Ni respondieron. Te bañas y sale humo en la cocina.

• Luke (10/5): Exceptional - It was a nice homely stay, plenty of space in all the rooms. The small outdoor area was nice but you get hammered by the mosquitoes so don’t leave the back door open for too long. We did walk to the main attractions on the first 2 days but got very tired so we caught the bus for the last day which was just down the road.

• Marijana (9/5): Recommend - It had everything it needed, it was clean, close to metro, near Colosseum. It has all the utilities you would need. We had a very pleasant stay. It could have been warmer. We didn't quite manage to heat the space as we wanted but nothing too problematic.
• Daniel (7/5): Good place to stay in Rome - Cozy place with excellent location, host extremely responsive, maaaany books in English if you want to stay home in the evening (for any reason ;) Well equipped place No kettle more cups and any frying pan would be helpful
