• Patti (9/5): We had a great stay. The host was very prompt, friendly and helpful. - This location was a short walk to the train. We got around the entire city of Rome with ease. We had a lot of restaurants and grocery options within a few blocks. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. It was perfect for us (a couple and single friend) with three bedrooms and two baths. The washer was nice and they had plenty of racks on which to dry our clothes. The host provided several charging cords that used USB so our converter was not needed. There were a couple items that needed repair - the shower door in the master bath was the main issue. The keys were a little tricky in the door but we figured it out on our third try and then had no problems. The host was helpful in figuring it out.

• Jane (8/5): We enjoyed our stay very much. - Very spacious. Charming. Roberto was very welcoming and shared great information about the area. It was a little bit challenging to find our way into the apartment upon arrival.
• Maggie (10/5): - Excellent location close to Termini station but in a quiet street, and with shops and restaurants close by. The apartment was huge - plenty big enough for our group of six adults, especially because we hadn't realised there were two bathrooms (one ensuite). It was very nice to find a welcome bottle of prosecco in the fridge and some basics in the flat (coffee, salt, etc). The self check-in was a bit complicated (and it would have been nice to meet the hosts) but we managed!
• AniToni (10/5): Happy - The apartment is located in a very communicative place. Trams, trains, metro pass by it and going to any point of Rome is very easy. The hosts are very sunny and kind. The apartment has all the amenities for a wonderful time in this beautiful city. Very beautiful and clean apartment. Recommended to everyone to rent this apartment. Thank you to the hosts for this place.

Walkable distance (20 mins) to centre of Rome or €17 in taxi. Apartment is great. Good kitchen and lounge area, comfy beds and super clean. Showers could do with being upgraded.

• Donna (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at this location. The host was very good. - Everything is available for our stay for couple of days like at home. Kitchen, utensils, washer etc.. The air conditioning isn't work properly, too loud when running and on off by itself in my bedroom, the one has a queen bed but not master bedroom. I don't know how it works in other rooms.

• Ronald (10/5): It was a great stay! The hosts are very nice. - Proper is in good location. Not that far from the Colosseum. Dana and Roberto are really awesome hosts. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again on our next vacation. Theres is a glass window above the master’s bedroom that is connected to the other bathroom. When someone turns on the bathroom light at night it lights up the whole master’s bedroom it wasn’t ideal for us having a baby in the master’s bedroom.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable for our group of 6. The location was wonderful, near trains that take you to all the amazing sites in Rome, and walking distance from many shops, cafes and restaurants. The Gemma is a Gem! Everything was terrific

I also really enjoyed the location, the neighborhood is nice and it just a few minutes away from Termini (by bus or metro). The host were also very helpful and explain everything in details to us, the check-in was very easy and we had no issues at all. nothing major to complain.

• Mike (9/5): This is a great place to stay if you have 6 people in your party. - The apartment was very spacious. The host was excellent with respect to communicating with us. The apartment was about a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. The Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Spanish steps were another 20 minutes after that. We did not mind walking and enjoyed the exercise. We were 6 adults so the walk was not an issue. The apartment was very good. The only issue is that the air conditioning unit made a sound every 2-3 minutes. I would recommend the host looking into this. I don't know if this is typical. This did not take away from our stay.

The location was convenient to many Cathedrals , the train and metro. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store.Roberto greeted us and helped us get settled and told us all about the area. He made a reservation at a wonderful restaurant for us the first night. Our host and Roberto stayed in touch and made us feel so welcome!! We loved everything about the property!

• Pawandeep (10/5): Great apartment with a great view with even better hosts - Great place to stay with the family. The host was brilliant and very helpful. We were late to check in so the keys were placed in a lock box to maoe it easy for us. The only thing I can think of is that the elevator doesn't come to the bottom floor but floor 1. It wasn't the biggest deal just a little tiring carrying suitcases up a floor.

• Toni-michelle (10/5): Gorgeous three bedroom apartment in Rome - We loved this apartment. My daughter especially loved the 'purple' room she slept in as it's her favourite colour. Two bathrooms was so good with our family of five. It had everything we needed in it. Close to lovely cafes and restaurants and supermarkets just down the road. We walked to all the attraction sites with the help of the hop on hop off tour bus. Roberto is so lovely, making sure you have everything you need and so informative. Nothing.

The location is great and safe, close to major attractions and around the corner there is a couple of restaurants a grocery store and a pharmacy. The host was amazing! He let us check in early and did everything he could to help us have a great experience while we stayed in Rome. If we come back to visit Rome again we’ll definitely stay at Gemma Domus.

Everything was super clean and the best part was Roberto who was an amazing host - he met us on arrival and gave us information on the whole city and the easiest way to get around. by far the best host I’ve had. The colosseum was a 15 minute walk away and I ran around the whole city from the apartment. The main city was a bit too far for my dad to walk but Ubers were super cheap and easily accessible and there’s also a metro station within 10 minutes walk. loved everything about the apartment just a heads up for booking.com bookings in general, I usually book on air bnb which is payment for apartment as a whole and the price does not change per person so I wasn’t paying attention when I booked on how many people I had and accidentally put 2 instead of 3 so had to pay a bit more when I got there - but the hosts were completely understandable. Just a heads up for people used to booking on air bnb as I wasn’t aware of the pay per person rule previously.
