• MIYOKO (4/5): ロケーション以外はがっかり - ロケーションがよかった 不潔！ベットシーツ以外は不潔。ベットスローは、ゴミだらけで、ベットからすぐに落としました。キッチンもカウンターも埃っぽく、コーヒー豆が全く足りなかった。タオルも足りなかった。リクエストしたが１週間以上止まらないと追加をもらえないと断られた。１週間も同じタオルを使うなんて信じられない！

• Ana (3/5): Poor - In the neighbourhood there are 2 good restaurants. First of all and most important is that this apartment is in the basement and the daylight doesn't enter the apartment as it should for you to be able to wake up normaly in the morning. 2nd, it was not clean, hygiene was poorly maintained on bed sheets and bed itself. 3rd, all 3 beds were so uncomfirtable that you will have back and neck pain by sleeping only after one night. 4th, the toilet is only on the upper floor, which it makes it dificulty for the ones who are sleeping in lower floors to have it available early in the morning when you aren't completely awake in a comfortable way, but you have to climb those unsecure steps towards it. 5th, during cold weather, this apartment has very poor heeting systems. 6th, the windows are closed with wooden window shield because it is on the basement floor, very dificult to air the apartment. It was always smelly on sewerage.
• Eun-gyeong (3/5): Poor - The host was very helpful and kind. The air was poor and bathroom had bad smell and could see some insects. The cushion on the bed had bad smell and we were not comfortable to sleep in the bed. Even though they were checking our arrival time a good few times, cleaning was still ongoing when we arrived later than check-in time. Was not comfortable to be inside and we just got out as soon as possible during the stay. There was only one window - but neighbors were smoking very often and couldn't open it at all. Was an awful stay.

• Sara (9/5): Fabulous Rome city break in this clean, comfortable and cosy apartment. Would highly recommend. - I had a wonderful stay in this apartment with my two daughters over four days last week. It was a superb location, clean and comfortable and we would definitely come here again.
• Emma (8/5): Nice place in an amazing neighbourhood. - Trastevere is a really beautiful location. There are romantic restaurants right around the corner of the appartment. The atmosphere is amazing. Contact with the staff was friendly and lowkey. Room is spacious. Big closet. More than enough facilities in the kitchen. The airconditioning didn't work very well. Also the boiler of the shower is a bit outdated; after approximately 15 mins there was no hot water anymore and it would take a whole night to fill up again.
• Jennifer (8/5): Lovely, quirky apartment in charming neighbourhood - Excellent location in a fabulous area. Wonderful restaurants and nightlife close by. Property small but big enough for family of four, clean and plenty of towels. Air conditioning unit a little tricky to figure out but once we managed it kept the apartment cool which was essential in the August heat!
• Robert (9/5): Fabulous location and apartment- if you’ve never stayed in Trastevere before would highly recommend - Great location we walked to everything and was lovely to get out of the touristy part of Rome and have drinks and food in the fabulous local restaurants. The aircon was not very effective on the mezzanine
• Haroula (5/5): Great location but was a little disappointed with the overall feel of the apartment - We loved Trastevere and the apartment was in a great location ! The apartment had some mould in the bathroom and there isn’t good ventilation so it felt very stuffy.

• Susan (7/5): Nice appartment and good location. All the ammenities were not there from the start but we managed. - The location and the interior was wonderfull. It had some tips on local transport and shops, and the host was good with communication. Aircon was wonderfull. We got a good quantity coffee pods for the machine, and tea. There was no kettle or wine glasses but the host brought a new one the next day. The shower head kept flopping down which made showering a bit difficult, but we made it work. There was no dishwashing liquid but we bought some. The plug in the bathroom basin was broken and had to be opened manually from inside the drawer.

• Ruta (9/5): Superb - It is a small place (photos show differently), it has only one window and no views - but nevertheless it is big enough for 5 people, AC runs perfect, everything is clean and cosy. Wifi, shower and else works well. And instructions for espresso pot are provided. :) The location is very good. Not major issues, but still: the apartment has many steps and may be not suitable for small kids and disabled people. There is also a smell of humid house - it goes away when you start moving around and opening doors. The kitchen needs better equipping - cutting board, tea pot, recycling bin are missing.

• Seija (9/5): Stay in the heart of Trastevere! - -The apartment is in the back courtyard of a lovely old building, just off a picturesque square in Trastevere. -The layout and design was delightful. We stayed only one night unfortunately, but could have stayed a week. -The kitchen had everything you could need to make a meal, but we ended up eating out. -Great location! We were surrounded by the lovely cafes, boutiques and restaurants of Trastevere. -Just a short walk across the river lay Ancient Rome! -The owner was very helpful and kind! Nothing
