• Eva (10/5): - La ubicación es maginifica, te puedes mover por todo Roma con todos los trenes y buses que pasan por ahí! La cocina está perfectamente equipada, las camas son muy comodas y tiene mucha luz. Es un piso un poco humedo, pero a poco que enciendes la calefaccion es muy confortable y haria falta cambiar la cafetera.

• Cristina (7/5): Excelente ubicación, cocina no funcionaba. - La ubicación era ideal. El metro al lado, a dos paradas del Coliseo. A lado también de la estación de tren que conecta con el Aeropuerto de Fiumicino. La anfitriona nos dejó unos snacks, ademas de aceite, sal… para cocinar. No funcionaba la cocina (no había gas). Tuvimos que cocinar todo al horno. Las almohadas estaban muy duras y no eran nada cómodas.
• Jaime (1/5): - Ubicación buena a 2min de la estación de metro Apartamento según Laura reformado (indicándole las incidencias) vivienda llena de humedad y moho. el primer día a media noche tuvimos que acudir al centro de salud, baño lleno de moho, ventanas, paredes con 2/3 capas de Pladur, para esconder las humedades. Laura estás jugando con la salud de las personas, que veo que poco te importa por qué veo en los comentarios todos los lunes va el reparador. NO RECOMIENDO EL APARTAMENTO ES INSALUBRE (SOTANO CON MUCHISIMA HUMEDAD), APARTE LA LIMPIEZA BRILLA POR SU AUSENCIA. Nos a parecido un engaño a las 4 personas que hemos estado con fecha 13 de marzo de 2026.

• Izabela (7/5): - Jeśli chodzi o lokalizację to bardzo fajna blisko metra. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, wszystko było. Materace bardzo wygodne. Miła niespodzianka dla gości w postaci poczęstunku. Apartament znajduje się w piwnicy, co dało się odczuć nosem, dla alergików odpada.Czystość zostawia wiele do życzenia.

Jeśli wrócimy do Rzymu, to na pewno tu. Jedyny minus, który nam kompletnie nie przeszkadzał to to, że mieszkanie jest w suterenach, więc jest ciemne i chłodne.

• Pilar (1/5): - Está bien ubicado Estábamos en el apartamento del semiótano, huele todo a alcantarilla el baño huele fatal y se extiende a toda la vivienda, es muy desagradable, además estaba todo lleno de polvo, la cafetera rota, la cocina sucia el horno asqueroso y toda las ventanas están llenas de moho por humedad por condensación, Laura se ofreció a repetir la limpieza al día siguiente pero ya lo habíamos hecho nosotros, y hay cosas como el olor, el moho que no iba a solucionar la limpieza

Appartamento semplice ma completo di ogni comfort. Laura, persona deliziosa, gentilissima e subito pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Lo consiglio vivamente.

• Gabriele (10/5): Altamente consigliato, la proprietaria e' una persona fantastica. - Appartamento piccolo ma confortevole, caldo nonostante le temperature esterne. Quello che comunque ha fatto veramente la differenza e' stata la proprietaria, estremamente gentile e disponibile nel venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Viaggiando con un bambino possono sempre capitare degli imprevisti e sapere che ci si puo' interfacciare con una persona disponibile ad aiutarti nel risolverli e' una grandissima cosa. Consigliato al 200%.

È spaziosa, curata in ogni dettaglio, tutto funzionante. La signora Laura è dolcissima e gentile, ha curato l'arredamento in modo strabiliante. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, con le stesse comodità. La casa è davvero bella, anche i letti sono comodissimi. La posizione è strategica e vicino alla metro in modo da poterci muovere con semplicità. Grazie alla proprietaria per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ❤️

• Cándido Agustín (5/5): Decepción - Pues muy poco, ya que más bien hay engaño, con las fotos. Primero no te reciben, te dejan la llave en una caja de seguridad. Segundo es un zotano, poco ventilado. Baño estrecho, sucio y poco mantenimiento, tapa del inodoro rota, etc. Camas colchones malos. Ruido de la calle. En fin no es lo que venden, mucha decepción.

• Isabella (6/5): Luxury... Si, la posizione - Ottima posizione per spostarsi in città, sia in metro che in bus ma anche con una bella passeggiata a piedi. Direi anche silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza alla ferrovia. Disponibilità della proprietaria al check-in anticipato alle 12. Un po' sprovvisto di appoggi nelle camere da letto ed il bagno davvero piccolo e scomodo per 4 persone. Serve qualche intervento di manutenzione e più cura nei dettagli. Asciugacapelli non funzionante, più attenzione alla biancheria letto (perché non è accettabile trovare capelli o peli altrui, qualsiasi prezzo si paghi, soprattutto se definito "luxury"). Il sostegno doccia praticamente ti rimaneva in mano. Sulla cucina nulla da dire in quanto non utilizzata.

• Karina (9/5): Excellent with a few minor issues - We loved the fact that there was a fully functional kitchenette. (They even left us a little gift of toasts with jams, tea and some bare necessities for the kitchen). The location was exceptional. Any kind of transportation we needed was right around the corner. Bus, tram, metro, you name it. The owner was responsive when we had any questions or issues. Check in and out was very easy and was quickly coordinated with owner. Also owner gave us some recommendations on where to eat around that area and others. Highly recommend Tonnarellos in trastevere!!! The facilities were fairly clean when we got there. During the 5 day stay, there were no cleaning services - which was ok for us as we dont tend to be messy and cleaned up a bit as we lived there. However, there is a strange smell when you enter the apartment. Im not sure what its due to... The pillows were highly uncomfortable, kind of clumped up materials inside. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much)

La comunicación con ellos vía WhatsApp fue muy buena cualquier petición se solucionó muy rápido. Está algo lejos del centro pero hay muy buena combinación de metro y bus. Barrio tranquilo sin ruidos. Aire acondicionado perfecto.

• Klaske (7/5): Excellent location to visit Rome, kind host! - The location is great. Next to the trainstation as well as the metro. You can reach the colloseum and the Travestere neighboorhood by metro and if you fancy a walk by foot. Or rent a lime bike using the app. There are two separate bedrooms. There is A/C. The kitchen is large. There was a nice smell. Excellent wifi. There’s a great cappuccino spot just around the corner, and several excellent Italian restaurants nearby that are off the usual tourist track. The apartment is spacious and well-located, making it a great base if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city. However, it lacks a sense of luxury and comfort. Some maintenance issues were noticeable, such as a broken toilet seat, a loose shower head, and a bathroom door that was difficult to open and had no lock. The hygiene in the shower could be improved. While functional, the apartment does not have a particularly cosy or refined atmosphere for spending time indoors.

• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment we rented for September 2024 was a terrible experience for the four of us. To begin with, the towels and hygiene products didn’t seem clean, and the bed sheets were worn out and torn. The entire place smelled like mold, to the point where our throats hurt, and we were coughing constantly. We got sick from the very first night we stayed there, and as a result, our trip to Rome didn’t go as planned. There was used water in the fridge, and on the first night, the bathroom light bulb burned out. We notified the host, and thankfully, he came the next day while we were out and replaced it. On the third night, the power went out while we were in the apartment, and we had no idea what to do. We then went out to find the master switches to put the electricity back on as we were the only ones with the outage and managed to fix it ourselves. Overall, our experience at this apartment was awful, mainly because of the constant exposure to the humidity, which made us sick and had us running to pharmacies. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. The only positive thing was that the host left us a small tray with a piece of cake, some milk, and tea. Everything else was terrible.

• Tarik (10/5): Extraordinary apartment for good price - The location is perfect, between train(35 min direct to airport) and metro station (2 stops from Colosseum). The apartment had everything that you need, also AC in both sleeping rooms. The owners were always reachable and answered fast. I will come again to the same apartment next time in Rome. I wish we had more days of vacation to stay there 😀😁

• Teeces (3/5): Practical but trashy location. Note: basement flat that needs attention. - NOT! The place needs tending to: see photos. A nice video is shared about keys and self check-in which vents breakfast nibbles but it was nowhere to be seen. The cleaning had obviously not been done or unfinished. The place had not been swept... There was a misunderstanding about the number of guests so only one room was ready. But regardless of how many guests there are, the WHOLE place should be immaculate when a guest checks in. There were used towels hanging behind the door of the bedroom that was made, the wall is humid, the cupboard is decrepid, the handsoap had not been refilled nor the paper towel replenished. The bathroom door is broken and has a hole; and there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I could not turn on the gas stove either, no matches or lighter at hand, no instructions as the where the gas handle is. The bedrooms give onto the street at basement level though the kitchen gives onto a ground level patio. I don't recommend.
• Sam (7/5): Good value, good location but not luxury. - The location was excellent. 25 minute walk to the colosseum and easy bus and metro access. Access to the property was easy and it was good value for the location and good communication with the host. Nice to have two proper bedrooms rather than one being a sofa bed in the living room. Had the facilities we needed to cook ourselves and was generally clean. The property felt tired and a little unloved. The shower door had a sizeable hole in, was cracked and had come off its runners. The bedding although clean was ripped in both bedrooms in multiple places. The lighting in the living room is very different to the photos, it was a very white light making the room feel cold and wasn't particularly bright, it would benefit from bulbs similar to those in the bedrooms as these were warm and bright. The accommodation was fine for what we needed and was relatively good value, but it certainly wasn't luxury as it's described. We got the impression it's cleaned between visits but the condition of facilities isn't monitored.

The apartment was clean and looked nice. The neighbourhood is pretty dirty and many Homeless people around, but I think this is everywhere outside city centre.

• Anonymous (8/5): Nice flat to visit Rome! - Very nice apartment well communicated and in a good neighborhood, full of restaurants and markets. You can go from the flat to the center of Rome in 10 minutes by train. The bathroom was a bit small.
