• Miriam (9/5): Die Wohnung war mit Ausstattung zu Übernachten perfekt. - Alles : Organisation der Ankunft, Abfahrt und das „Notwendige Versorgen“ war perfekt. Sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist in Erdgeschoss mit der Fenster nicht Richtung Terrasse damit war etwas düster.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, es amplio, luminoso, moderno, limpio y cómodo. Nos sorprendió para bien el buen estado general y que la cocina estaba bastante bien equipada para el desayuno. Recomendable y cuando volvamos a Italia repetiremos!

• Mateusz (10/5): - The location of the building is great and feels safe - it is next to a park, close to the Colosseum, Carrefour Express, Conad, 2 different metro lines. The host welcomed us and was very kind and professional. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a washing machine in our apartment and we were provided with all the supplies to use it. In the kitchen there was a good coffee machine and plenty of complementary drinks and breakfast ingredients. Highly recommended! There was no such thing.
• Maud (9/5): Nice stay near the colosseum - The apartment is well located near the colosseum. It is a calm area, you have the park nearby if you like to go for a walk. We had food/coffee available for breakfast and the apartment was spacious together with the terrace.

• Daniela (10/5): Vacanze romane - Struttura al piano terra, molto pulita, tranquilla e silenziosa, situata praticamente di fronte al Colosseo, al quale si accede attraversando il bellissimo parco di Colle Oppio. La metropolitana è a pochi passi, ma potete raggiungere il centro facendo una bella passeggiata per le vie della città. Si trova nel rione Monti, quartiere bello e non eccessivamente caotico. Nella struttura è presente tutto quello che vi può servire nel quotidiano, compresi addirittura alcuni beni di genere alimentare (latte, yogurt, formaggi ecc). Gestori molto gentili e disponibili. Soggiorno perfetto. Forse, bisognerebbe mettere una tendina oscurante alla finestrella del soggiorno, perché la luce che filtra obiettivamente, per chi dorme sul divano letto, può essere fastidiosa.
• FENG (10/5): - 周边公交车很多，走路到MA地铁13分钟，可以去梵蒂冈博物馆，走路就可以去古罗马斗兽场，位置处于蒙蒂区，属于推荐的居住的罗马区域，房间各方面配备都很赞。 提供了很多吃的东西，有饮料、酸奶与牛奶，还要啤酒。 与其他酒店比，它还可以寄行李，我妈妈年纪大了，我们退房后还可以让她休息，结束还帮忙我们叫车去机场，55欧，人多与坐快速火车价格差不多。 都很好。

• Elisabeth (9/5): Top Lage und zuvorkommende Gastgeber - Die Lage ist wunderbar, in 5 Minuten zum Kolosseum, dort gibt’s auch die U-Bahn oder man geht weiter zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Das Apartment ist richtig geräumig und die Küche ist super. Es gab sogar gratis Frühstück im Kühlschrank und etliche andere Getränke- ein tolles Service. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und werden sicher wieder kommen! Gerade am Samstagmorgen gab es vom oberen Stockwerk Bohrlärm, wofür der Vermieter wahrscheinlich nichts kann, aber da war leider kein Ausschlafen nach einem späten Abend.

Really nice to have some breakfast stuff provided such as bread, milk, yoghurt and other things such as coke, orange juice etc. Andrea was also happy to store our luggage if needed. Will definitely be back.

Our previous accommodation cancelled on us but it was a blessing in disguise because we got to stay here! The hosts are absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and stocked our kitchen for breakfast. The neighborhood is lovely and we felt extremely safe. Thank you so much for having us, we cannot wait to return Nothing, it was all perfect

But all the thoughtful touches - Milk, juice and yoghurt in the fridge, decent coffee machine, basic essentials for breakfast. Washing machine, hair-dryer, etc On top of that it is a beautiful apartment and Raquel was excellent with communications and instructions. Highly recommend and will stay here again next time. Nothing. It was all great.

• Jeffery (9/5): Excellent location and even better host. - Incredible location and excellent host. Flawless, powerful AC, a rare find in Italy. A little snag with the laundry machine which threw a wrench in our plans - I specifically picked a place with laundry at the halfway point in our trip however the machine was malfunctioning and I had some wet clothes to deal with. However I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will recommend this location to anyone looking for a great spot in Rome.

• Allegra (10/5): Spacious, clean, quiet, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - It's a spacious one bedroom. There are no frills but it was clean and minimal. Kitchen appliances seem new. There was free beer and soda in the fridge. The location is perfect. At the end of a cul-de-sac at the entrance to a lovely park and a short walk to the Colosseum. The area is also quite. The couch was comfortable, probably softer than the bed, and big enough to sleep a person or two. I believe it was a pull-out as well. No complaints

• Bethany (10/5): A great family-friendly stay - We had an apartment, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a baby. They supplied a cot (with sheets as well!) and even provided some bits for breakfast and a couple of drinks. The location was amazing, super easy to get anywhere and a few minutes from the colosseum, but didn’t feel that was as it wasn’t super busy. We will definitely be coming back once our little one is a bit older to see more of Rome! What a great base, we highly recommend. Nothing! It was perfect.

• Masa (10/5): Perfetto! - The apartment was incredibly clean, smelled like brand new, Andrea left us some welcome food that included different snacks, beverages and everything we needed for our breakfast during our stay. The location cannot be better, being just a few meters away from the Colosseum and the road that leads to the city center. It is peaceful, safe, and gives a unique experience like you’re somewhere on the outskirts of the town where the only thing you hear are the birds chirping. This apartment had all the equipment needed, and more, it felt like a real home. My friends and I had the best time, especially sitting on the terrace in the morning and enjoying the sunshine. Can’t wait to be back! Special thanks to the hosts for being so kind, friendly and available for all the questions and favors we needed! ❤️

The apartment was very comfortable and clean - it was a great sanctuary for when we needed a rest during the day. We were pleasantly surprised to find supply of breakfast supplies and drinks waiting for us. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and were happy to store our luggage for the day until our flight. We were a bit worried about traffic noise but was very quiet during the evening.

Also really easy to hand in the key was we were leaving very early. Not much to say mostly positive, the only bit that was strange was a door in between the one apparment and the other appartment where laundry was done and you could hear people talking. But other than that the property was excellent.

• Denis (9/5): Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Rome, with supermarkets and eateries within walking distance. - A very good apartment just a few steps from the Colosseum. Alessandra, the host, was excellent. She even provided some drinks and snacks. The place was quiet, with a comfy bed. It was a bit chilly initially, but since it was December, the AC warmed the apartment quickly. The tiled floor can feel cold, so bringing your own slippers is a good idea.

It's really close to the Colosseum, like you cross the parc and you're there. It's quiet, clean, welcoming and near important sites and public transport. Also it has good restaurants nearby. The hosts we amazing, helped us when we asked for directions (for restaurants) and helped us with the luggage when left. We definitly will return next year! There is nothing to mention here

• Kristina (9/5): Thank you again Andreas!! - We stayed in the Suites, which are individual apartments, I was confused when I booked this property because I misunderstood the type of room I had booked, I thought it was a B & B with breakfast service each morning. That said, in the Suites there is a full kitchen which is stocked for you upon arrival with things like orange juice, milk, coffee, jams, cheeses, Nutella and toast. This was my misunderstanding, and Andreas was great about it, he showed us how to use the coffee machine and told us in the Suites side of the property we could order a full breakfast service for 10 euros. The location is superb, right on a park and very near the Coliseum, Roman Forum and all sorts of antiquity, no need for a taxi as you can walk just about everywhere! You are in the city so there are definitely city noises, I am sure this is the same all over Rome as it is a very busy city!
• Chuanqi (10/5): Exceptional - Our favorite apartment in the whole trip, totally pity that we only stayed there 1 night! spacious 2 rooms + 2 bathrooms garanteed privacy if oyu are traveling with 2 couples, free softdrinks in the fridge, tidy and comfort rooms, modern and high quality interior. Coolest thing is that it is only 10 min from Colosseum. if oyu are visiting, recommend to book the earliest slot (8:30), leave your car bnearby so you can go there by foot, chilled in the morning. Host Rafael is wonderful, fast responding, super helpful and friendly.

The location was fabulous and we walked everywhere, to the colosseum, Spanish steps, trevi fountain, even the Vatican museums (although that did take an hour but we saw fabulous things along the way). The apartment had everything we could possibly need, a welcome package of beer, milk, yogurt, cheese, butter, bread, cereal etc, the terrace was lovely to have a glass of wine on and escape the heat for a bit. The hosts were exceptional. I never usually write reviews but this stay was truly wonderful, thank you 😁 Nothing, it was perfect

• Pawel (10/5): A wonderful weekend in Rome - We are absolutely delighted! first of all thanks to Andrea - it's rare to find such a nice and helpful host! The apartment is exactly as described on booking.com - comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. It's worth to emphase the great location of the apartment - right next to the park bordering the Colosseum, 2 minutes from the bus stop from which you can get almost anywhere. The area, although very close to the center, is quiet. Within a 5-minute walk there is a street with many restaurants offering very tasty cuisine at an affordable price (it's worth asking Andrea about that). To sum up - I highly recommend this apartment! It's maybe not the cheapest choice, but it's definitely worth the price! :) -

• Rafał (10/5): Exceptional - Ideal location- you need to walk through park & you are at Colosseum. Apetament has all you need & is accepting dogs :) Andrea & Rachel are very helpful. Recommend to all. Stay was too short :)
