No es que no me haya gustado pero si es importante que tengan en cuenta el cambio de las fundas de las almohadas y algunos tendidos porque están amarillentos y eso no se ve bien.

• Lilya (7/5): Stay was good but the host was very bad. - Location Person we communication with wasn’t patient and did not explain patiently and calmly what we need to do. We made a mistake and requested early check in for 1:00pm not 13:00 European time. They were explaining that we requested next day. My family with kids was traveling from two different country and I felt so bad on the day of my birthday. Very disappointed

• Cristina (1/5): UNA AUTÉNTICA BASURA - la ubicación porque lo demás estaba todo fatal y súper sucio Prácticamente todo , es una vergüenza de piso , está hecho una pena , todo roto , sucio , la ducha con agua fría , las sillas rotas , lavavajillas , televisión , todo roto. Los cabeceros destrozados , las puertas reventadas , llevaba años y años sin limpiarse , una auténtica vergüenza. La ducha aparte de que el agua salía fría , estaba súper sucia la cortina , el agua ni si quiera tenía presión , todo asqueroso. Las sábanas y edredones llenos de manchas, sangre y suciedad , todo asqueroso. No nos avisaron de que la tele no funcionaba ni había mando, y respecto electrodomésticos no nos dijeron que no funcionaban. Pasamos mucho frío ya que no nos dejaron ni mantas por si acaso, ni edredones de repuesto , la calefacción ni si quiera calentaba. No nos dejaron la maleta por la mañana el día del check out, cuando ni molestaban. Lo único decente era la ubicación pero estaba TODO en malísimas condiciones.

• Ben (5/5): Recommending the host stays at the property once while to make improvement up to make guests happier - There were no iron board and kettle, the host was informed and did provided the items. Property is located in a great location, only 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum, many restaurants and grocery stores are less than two minutes walks. We were at the property for three nights, there were two shower head in one restroom, one of the shower handle was defected, no way to adjust the height of the shower and the other shower head handle was missing, there is no way to turn it on, the host was informed, but it didn't get fixed while we were there, maybe because of the weekend and no plumber service. Hopefully it get fixed for the next guests.
• Izmini (1/5): - My family and I were extremely dissatisfied with this apartment. Everything left a lot to be desired. Cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable — the duvets and bed sheets were not clean. The washing machine was not working, and the heating system kept turning off; the staff said it only works a few hours a day. The shower water was not warm, making it very difficult to shower. Everything in the apartment was very old and did not match the photos at all. There was also a very strong smell of dampness throughout the place. In short, I do not recommend this apartment at all. We were very disappointed.

• Agnieszka (7/5): Super lokalizacja, piękny ale zaniedbany apartament - Super lokalizacja, samo centrum blisko metra i stacji Termini. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Apartament na 5 piętrze (jest winda). Bardzo dziękujemy właścicielowi za możliwość pozostawienia bagaży przed godzinami check in i check out. Niestety czystość apartamentu: brudne i porysowane ściany, niewyrzucone śmieci spod zlewu w kuchni, bardzo brudna tapicerka sof i krzeseł, bardzo brudne poduszki dekoracyjne... Nie rozumiem dlaczego właściciel ich nie upierze? W kuchni brak gąbki i płynu do mycia naczyń. To naprawdę niewiele kosztuje.. a podnosi poziom ogólnego wrażenia z użytkowania mieszkania. Czystość jest bardzo ważna, a tutaj jej po prostu brakuje pomimo ogólnego sprzątania. Całe wnętrze sprawia wrażenie zaniedbanego, a ze zdjęć można mieć wrażenie że jest piękne.

• Maciej (5/5): - Lokalizacja wynagradza uniedogodnienia w obiekcie. Zdjęcia obiektu nie odpowiadają rzeczywistości w obiekcie. Było przygotowane 5 miejsc mniej. Cześć spała bez pościeli i ręczników pierwsza noc. Obiekt mocno zaniedbany. Czystość wymaga wiele do życzenia, brakowało szklanek, kubków.

It would be recommended to indicate that in the booking process. When we arrived to the property at 4 pm they had just started the cleaning. The apartment is not well taken care of

• Josep (8/5): - Ubicació, cuina gran, 2 banys complets. Habitacions grans i espaioses. Ens van deixar els llits i sofas/llit preparats amb els llençols. Molt amables amb la comunicació. Falta una mica de manteniment: portes cuina no ajusten, dutxes sense pressió i amb raig irregular, comandament aire sense piles,... Cosetes que farien que l'experiència pugi del notable alt a l'excel·lència.

• Chetan (3/5): Unpleasant for our large group. Due to sewer smell. - Positives: Spacious apartment. Convenient location near train station. Bathrooms are not functional. Looks nice. Toilet had an issue for one day and very bad sewer smell was there in bathroom that stunk the whole apartment. Bunk bed room does not have AC. Kitchen can be stocked with paper towel and kitchen towel.

• Edward (5/5): The apartment was disappointing, but it satisfied the bedroom needs for our group of 12. - This apartment is close to Roma Termini, Metro, and tram lines. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood. We were very disappointed with the appearance and condition of the apartment. It has not been maintained to a normally accepted standard. For example, the on-demand water heater makes showering almost impossible (it turns on and off with no logic), one of the sinks won’t drain, one of the toilets doesn’t always flush, some window shutters don’t open, there is no AC in the small bedroom, and the paint is old and peeling in many places. There are none of the standard amenities such as dish soap, and duvet covers. There are no stands or racks in the bedrooms on which to open a suitcase, only the floors. In general, it is livable and satisfied our need for bedrooms for three nights, but it offered little more than that. Perhaps the owners intention, as expressed in the name The Great Retro is to offer a taste of 1950, which it does quite well, as long as you recognize that it reflects the passage of 75 years.

• Thi (4/5): Disappointing - The small bathroom was terrible. water splashed everywhere, hot water was unstable, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, the shower was broken and had a few drops of water. old kitchen utensils, the pot was missing a handle. the bare minimum of a hot water heater was missing. 😥

• Nancy (3/5): Ok but not so ok. - I like the capacity, because it good really for a large group of families. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is functional. I did not like the door of each rooms it has no lock especially the toilet. And the place outside the rooms seems untidy and so hot.

Host very helpful pre checkin. Very bad maintenance on the property. Toilet seat broken and came off, shower door broken off hinge, kettle wires exposed and not working, washing machine not working, no wifi code, no compendium with local information or check out instructions. Quite disappointing
• Martin (6/5): Overall disappointed with amenities and facilities. - Good air conditioning. Large rooms, comfy beds. Secure. Showers were terrible. Lack of water flow. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart. WiFi didn't work. Fridge wasn't cool enough. Cleaners were still cleaning the property at 5.20 when check in was at 4pm.

• Dylan (1/5): Awful host. Do not stay here. - Close to the train station The host fell asleep so left us waiting for 3 hours when we wanted to check in. This is made worse as the check in was virtual so it was a lock box and the host didn’t send this in advance instead left it to the day where he fell asleep. 8 beds and only 7 bed sheets. Showers freezing cold throughout the stay.

We arrived at the appointed time of 4pm but could not find the keys as they had been taken by the cleaner who was still cleaning the rooms at that time. We had to wait for half an hour before we were admitted. The apartment has two bathrooms. One shower didn't work. The hosts should improve their WIFI service - they recommended looking for a device with a 12-character password at the bottom

• Jocelyn (4/5): Do not book - It was clean when we arrived. The contact person was nice and instruction to enter was clear and easy to find. It’s also centrally located. Big enough for our whole family. And have a place to heat food. It says on the booking that they have AC but their AC if we can call it like that doesn’t emit any coolness and Rome in summer is horrible. They have 2 electric fans for 17 people and one fan that moves when you turn it. On our 2nd night all the plugs were not working which means that we were very hot inside. And the hostess said it’s ok as it’s not so hot. But we booked for an accommodation that says it has AC. And all our electronics need to wait to be charge as the plugs that were working were the ones in the kitchen. Water on the shower is trickling and barely enough force coming out of it. It was really a pit as the property is very nice and spacious but will not recommend this to anybody.
• Febin (3/5): Not Family friendly. - Space-1700 sqft apartment is very spacious for 7-10 people. Amenities - All most all the equipments are broken. No A/C, No WiFi, Broken chairs,bed shower etc.. Not really worth for money.

Very nice architecture of the apartment. The fact that the plugs were not all working, the door handler were broken andl blankets were pretty dirty.

• Avr (5/5): Passable - location is very close to the Roma Termini (train station) apparent and facilities can accommodate 10 person (2 families) one of the showers Leaked and caused the neighbors downstairs to come banging on our doors and shouting at midnight, waking up our kids !!! from that point we couldn't use this shower and had to use only one shower (for 10 persons) the owner offered some compensation but the experience was not good.
• Anonymous (5/5): would only go there if it’s the last accompany option left in Rome - very spatious facilities are very old, no lock on doors so you can’t even close any room, doorknobs that fall out all the time. basically it feels like the apartment is going to fall appart. There are stains on all furnitures. The host is not nice to speak with, only provided the check-in information at the very last minute and it was a whole complicated self-checkin that needs to be done in another building then the airbnb’s. No information regarding check-out

• Cardoso (4/5): DISGUSTING BLOOD STAINS IN THE BEDSPREADS - The apartment, even if it's old and some things are broken, is very nice and big. The day that me and my family arrived at the apartment we asked the owner to change the bedspreads because they were stained with BLOOD and other things... She sent 2 people to change them but in reality what they did was cover the bedspreads with white sheets to hide the BLOOD stains. Disgusting!
