• Carolina (10/5): Ci tornerei - Design moderno, 2 bagni che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno (6 persone) sicuramente più semplice e confortevole. Biancheria pulita e profumata, spazi abbastanza ampi. L’appartamento è in un quartiere elegante, immerso tra gli alberi, e questo ha contribuito a rendere la vista dalle finestre molto bella e accogliente. La cucina era fornita di tutti i comfort. Gli host sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili, soprattutto verso la nostra richiesta di Check-in anticipato. Inoltre, ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura oltre l’orario previsto per il check-out. Niente

• Alexander (10/5): Отличное место для отпуска любым составом и для любых целей - Квартира просторная и чистая, два санузла с душевыми, есть всё необходимое для готовки. Квартиру было легко найти и легко заселиться. От аэропорта можно добраться на одном поезде, станция в 15 минутах ходьбы. Район очень спокойный, с небольшими домами. Ближе к метро есть много баров и ресторанов, но в квартире шума не слышно. Супермаркет в 4 минутах от дома.

• Noura (8/5): Clean and spacious property in a nice location - Nice, clean, and spacious flat. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. It’s located in a lovely area of Italy with a great atmosphere and excellent bus connections—the buses run frequently, and it doesn’t take long to reach the main train station or the city’s main sites. It’s also just a short bus ride to another local train station with direct connections to and from the airport. The neighborhood has a wonderful Italian vibe, with plenty of restaurants, an ice cream shop, a bakery, and a nearby grocery store. I especially enjoyed the local fruit and vegetable market in the mornings. Communication with the owners was excellent, and they were very helpful, even assisting us with carrying our luggage to the flat. Nothing

• Anna (10/5): - Mieszkanie podłożone poza centrum dzięki czemu można odetchnąć od zgiełku i halasu. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, przygotowane na komfortowy pobyt.

• Agnese (10/5): Il luogo perfetto per sentirvi un po’ romani! - Casa accogliente, pulita e ben accessoriata in una palazzina famigliare nel centro del quartiere Monte Sacro. Quartiere tipico romano molto tranquillo rispetto ad altre zone di Roma. Se venite in auto ci sono parecchi parcheggi liberi in zona. Svariati bus a circa 5 minuti di cammino conducono nel centro, ma in ogni caso a due passi ci sono ristoranti, bar, panifici e supermercati. In cucina c’è tutto quello che può servire per essere autonomi nei pranzi. Ad accoglierci c’erano anche piccoli snack dolci e salati. Le stanze da letto sono spaziose con grandi Smart TV e letti comodissimi. Le persiane e le tende garantiscono il buio di notte. Phon assolutamente ottimo e di qualità. Host gentilissima e molto disponibile.
• BLEMENOU (10/5): - Όλα οι ιδιοκτήτες πολυ ευγενικοί το σπίτι ζεστό πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και πραγματικά είχε τα πάντα, ακόμα και πρωινό μας είχαν.... Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά.. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!!
• Stanislav (10/5): - Ein tolles Haus, voll ausgestattet inmitten von einem sehr ruhigen und sehenswerten Stadtviertel, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Gelateria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Extremst hilfsbereite Gastgeberinnen, die in die Nebenwohnung leben, daher jederzeit erreichbar!, Das einzige klitzekleine Manko ist, daß man eine gute Stunde es mit dem Bus in die Stadtmitte braucht und wenn das zu Stosszeiten passiert, so hat man eine weitere und lustige Erfahrung gesammelt. Unterm Strich, absolut empfehlenswert!!
• Brigitte (10/5): Saubere und sehr geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage! - Wunderschöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage aber mit guten Busverbindungen zum Zentrum. Alles top sauber und sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen! Gar nichts.

• Brigitte (10/5): Geweldig verblijf - Prachtig appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers Ligging geweldig als je niet noodzakelijk in het centrum wil zitten. Bus 90 naar termini en bus 60 en 66 naar piazza venezia heel dichtbij. Helemaal niets!!
• Judit (10/5): Kényelmes, tiszta, csak ajánlani tudom. - A lakás lenyűgöző volt. Szép , modern. A mikrohullámú sütőt azért hiányoltam. A központtól messzebb van, többet kell utazni, de megéri, hiszen itt látni és érezni az olasz emberek mindennapjait és nem mellesleg sokkal olcsóbb minden . Ha lehetne 9.9 értékelést adnék ennek a szállásnak. Nincs ilyen.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Springtime in Roma - The perfect place to stay in Rome. I wish I could have stayed longer. The apartment is very high quality. So comfortable, every facet, from the bed to the shower to the kitchen and living area. Tastefully decorated and furnished. The kitchen is super functional and fully stocked. Tvs in all rooms. Lovely neighbourhood, supermarket up the street, bus around the corner to Termini. Most of all a terrific host, who was kind, generous and made sure I had everything I needed. I would say this is my favourite place that I've stayed in Rome. Thank you, it was lovely. Usually I would book an apartment with outside space. I didn't miss it at all because the apartment is so beautiful. I planned my day better.

• Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - We had a superb stay at Nomentana house. We highly recommend the place. The location in the Nomentana neighbourhood was a plus for us. We got to experience life in a Roman neighbourhood. While the apartment was nice and quiet, the surroundings were lively, with many cafes, pasticerias and restaurants. We felt the neighbourhood offered a more authentic experience, no tourist traps around. We could easily reach city center via bus (some options are 60 and 90, the latter goes to the Termini train station). The bus station is an enjoyable 7 min walk from the apartment with pretty sights in view. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean. We were 2 people and could not have wished for more space or comfort. Many complimentaries from the owners (sweets, tea & coffee selection, hygene supplies), fully equipped kitchen, clean and spatious, tv and ac in every room. This place was one of the highlights of our vacation. Would happily rebook if we are ever back in Rome.

• Lisa (9/5): Lovely, clean & affordable apartment with easy access to public transport - The apartment was very well-appointed with everything one needs for a short stay. The hosts were very kind and even provided some fruit and snacks for us when we arrived. They were also very responsive to all the messages that I sent. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, in a lovely neighbourhood just outside the inner city limits. There is a bus that goes from Roma Termini to Piazza Sempione, which is less than a 10 minute walk to the apartment, so it was easy to reach. There are plenty of places to eat close to the apartment, and on our first night we ended up finding a nice place for dinner nearby instead of going back into the city. Nothing really. The apartment is not close to the city centre, but this was not an issue - and the price was very reasonable for Rome accommodation.

• Anoek (10/5): Great apartment: well equipped, very clean and helpful host. - Great apartment, very clean and well equipped! Two bedrooms (each with a comfortable double bed), two bathrooms and a kitchen. Wifi and TVs with streaming services worked well. Helpful host who responded quickly to questions and made check in and out easy. We arrived late and really appreciated that coffee, small breakfast were waiting for us. Shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Bus stop to head to the city centre nearby and the Citymapper app helped us navigate public transport. Apartment worked really well for our family. We loved our stay! Nothing.

• Smits (10/5): Great stay, great beds. - The apartment is very nice, with good-quality, comfortable beds, good bathrooms (although sometimes a little less water pressure than preferred), clean, spacious bedrooms, and good support from the host. The location was great for us since we were by car. If you want to take public transportation, its only a 5 min walk to the bus stop and 15 min walk to the metro. The apartment is on the first floor and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Nice cafes and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is great for four people. For six, it becomes way smaller since the sleeping sofa takes up a lot of space in the kitchen/dining room. The sleeping sofa is okay for kids, but I would not recommend it for adults.

Homeowners live next door and they are exceptional! I asked where we can buy Italian cookies, and to my surprise we received the cookies as gift. I would 100% recommend this apartment. Nothing to dislike.
