• Desilets (7/5): Bon séjour malgré les inconvénients cités ci-haut. On accepte et on s'y fait ! - Situation géographique, accessible à pied de Termini. Restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Le confort des lits laissait à désirer. Grand lit creusait au centre donc probablement on devrait corriger ou remplacer les pattes de soutien. Salle de bain offrant peu de commodités: pas de support pour la serviette à main, pommeau de douche endommagé et tenait très mal dans le support., moisissures au bas de la porte de douche et dans la douche, eau chaude instable, le four ne fonctionnait pas, peu de comptoir dans la cuisine, pattes de table instables (revisser les écrous ? ce que nous avons dû faire). Inquiétude par rapport aux fils électriques parfois dénudés. On devrait ajouter que c'est au 3e étage.

L'appartement est trop petit pour 4 personnes. la douche est minuscule on ne peut même pas se retourner dedans. C'est INACCEPTABLE . les toilettes il y a beaucoup de moisissures. la cuisine est grasse. l'interrupteur ne fonctionne pas correctement. Pas de sac de rechange pas les poubelles. Pas la possibilité d'étendre le linge.

Appena entrate siamo state accolte da un pessimo odore di chiuso in tutta la struttura. La camera è molto vecchia e tenuta male, ma la cosa peggiore è stata il cuscino: puzzava così tanto che ho dovuto spruzzarci sopra il mio profumo per coprire l'odore. Non ci siamo proprio, la pulizia e la manutenzione dovrebbero essere le basi."

• Spyros (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια σε Termini/μετρό και αρκετά βολική για να κινηθούμε παντού. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν βασικό αλλά είχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς για να το χρησιμοποιήσει ως βάση για ένα ταξίδι στη Ρώμη. Η επικοινωνία ήταν επίσης μια χαρά. Μικρές παρατηρήσεις: το καζανάκι της τουαλέτας λειτουργούσε αλλά χρειαζόταν αρκετές φορές πάτημα για να ξεκινήσει. Επίσης ο καναπές-κρεβάτι (για δύο άτομα) ήταν κάπως άβολος στον ύπνο.

• ROCÍO (9/5): Muy buena ubicación. - Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Nos facilitó el entrar antes al alojamiento. Nos explicaron muy bien los servicios del alojamiento y las dudas que les planteamos. Es muy calentito, dispone de radiador de pared que caliente bastante, no siendo necesario poner la calefacción de aire. Tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca de la Estación de Términi y del Coliseo. Mejoraría las camas.

Deberían invertir en implementarlo siquiera reposteros con puertas, iluminación y sobre todo solucionar el problema del agua caliente.

Buzdolabi ve ocak olması kahvaltı edebilmemizi sagladi. Uzak mesafelerde hep metroyu kullandik. Yataklar rahattı ve temizdi. Mutfak temizdi. Sac kurutma, firin ve ütü vardı. Evde çok yoğun bir küf ve rutubet kokusu var. Kış ortasında sürekli cam açmak zorunda kaldık. Banyoda sifonun ve dusakabinin etrafı, camların dipleri hep küf. Banyo gideri tıkanıyor ve sular birikiyor. Evin camları çok zor kapaniyor ve soğuk giriyor. Lavabonun konumu o kadar kötü ki ellerinizi yıkarken her yer su içinde kalıyor . Yine de 6 gün idare edilemeyecek kadar değil. Bu sorunu ev sahibini acilen çözmesi gerek. Camasir yıkanacak bir yer yoktu.

• Josh (1/5): Staff was a nightmare to deal with and the place smelled and bed was awful. - Location was okay. The beds were absolutely awful. We booked it because of the pull out couch and they wouldn’t even give us sheets or blanket for it. As well we quickly ran out of toilet paper and there was no extra rolls and they wanted to charge us 36 euros to give us more toilet paper. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. It also smelled absolutely terrible. They left wet umbrellas at the front door. Extremely disappointed with my stay. Strongly discourage anybody else from ever staying with these horrible hosts in this awful apartment.

Deposito de agua del baño "a bombeo" (largos minutos para que salga el agua ) El agua de la ducha demora hora y media en calentar y alcanza para una persona. Camas viejas, elásticos metálicos, dormimos casi sobre tablas, los colchones no existen. El único baño adentro de la habitación principal. Sofá cama que no se puede cerrar. Muebles de cocina sin puertas, con cortinas de tela al estilo 1900 en casas de campo. Desagradable.

Die Unterkunft bestand zu großen Teilen aus Gegenständen die im miserablen Zustand sind, die Toilettenspülung funktionierte kaum, auch die Stühle waren kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen.

• Osman (6/5): Tolle Lage mit ein paar Nachteilen - Die Unterkunft liegt in einer tollen Lage. Die Dusche war eine Katastrophe. Man konnte die Temperatur kaum einstellen und Warmwasserdruck war so niedrig, dass mann kaum Duschen konnte. Das Bett ist Ok aber das Sofa ist nicht zu Empfehlen. Es ist schon durch und müsste ausgetauscht werden.

• Elisa (8/5): Molto bella e posizione comodissima! - La struttura in generale è molto curata, la cucina è attrezzata ed ho apprezzato molto che ci fosse tutto il necessario (olio, sale, caffè etc) per cucinare. L’accoglienza è stata ottima e in generale la consiglio! La zona giorno è arredata con gusto e molto comoda, tuttavia è molto buia, avendo solo due piccole finestrelle, forse se si dovesse aver bisogno di lavorare potrebbe non essere l’ideale. Il letto invece era una sorta di brandina, bene per qualche notte per una persona ma non ottimale.

Vittoria did well to communicate and did well to tell us the tricks of the apartment - e.g. the toilet & not to touch the hot water switches. The washing machine needs replacing. I wouldn’t stay another day longer without this, especially in summer! The kitchen sink had no hot water. We boiled a kettle to wash up. (I hope the previous tenants and cleaners did the same???) The flat was marked down on cleanliness for that reason as this could be a hygiene issue.

• Radu (7/5): Ok stay considering the locations. - Good location and communication. Clean overall. Minimal accommodation, facilities barely work (toilet, faucet sinks). Would be nice to have newer furniture, or at least better mattress and couch. A functional washing machine would be nice.

The wooden flooring was rotting away at the shower, the shower itself didn’t have constant hot water as it would go from freezing cold to burning every 10-20 seconds and the shower head was broken and didn’t spray water correctly as it would spray painfully in the middle and drip out the side.
• Riikka (7/5): Good - Great location, only a short walk from Termini and the main attractions. A small grocery store right around the corner. The apartment is quite small for three persons but everything is very clean and there's coffee and tea available as well as hygiene products. The host met us on time and gave us tips about where to go. Beds were very uncomfortable, we slept quite badly. The water temperature in the shower changed all of a sudden to very hot or cold, couldn't control it. Also the bathroom floor looked like it had got wet many times and hadn't dried properly. Only one coffee cup available for 3.

The property was basic but had everything needed to stay and use as a Base for a trip The toilet flush took some skills to get working but this didn’t detract from the stay in any way.

• Marina (8/5): Very good - The location was incredible, very easy walk to the main touristic points. The beds were comfy even the pull out couch. The communication with our host was also great, they were very responsive and even offered to come by to check out the oven which wasn't working. The bathroom was very small for 4 people and was constantly leaking, we couldnt tell where it was coming from, and so the entire bathroom floor was just wet the entire time. The oven also didnt work and the walls were very thin so we heard drunk neighbours come home which woke us up. Lastly, it was unclear through the photos that the bedroom didnt have a door, so its more of a studio layout which was a bit awkward as we were hoping for more privacy.

We had a problem with shower not draining but we contacted the host and they arranged for it to be plunged. Good air conditioning. No hot water in kitchen, we had to boil the jug to do our dishes. No tea towels to dry our dishes. No toaster. No lift to carry heavy suitcases up stairs but we managed ok.

The bathroom is in serious need of repair. The toilet barely holds onto the wall, leaks everywhere and the flush doesn’t work.

• Chee-ping (9/5): Beautiful location and place. No real complaints. - Host connected with us upon arrival and had someone waiting to greet us. Vittoria was lovely and very helpful. Room was very nice and had full kitchen. Location was nice but a bit secluded. 15 mins walk to Termini and to Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Super close to a grocery store which is convenient. Provided basics like salt and oil for cooking which was surprising but appreciated. Toilet was very hard to flush - it needed to be pumped. Arrived to no hot water because someone turned off the water heater switch - took us a while to figure that out. The area is a bit quieter so seems a bit less safe at night. Not enough dishes to use for family of 4 so had to wash all the time.

• Andres (8/5): Great stay and amazing location. - Location is superb, located really close to the Termini and a walking distance to the main attractions, rooms were clean and communication with the host was fast. I slept in the sofa bed and it wasn't really comfortable, other than that the place was great!

There was a strong musty smell in the apartment, especially in the bathroom. The mattress on the bed was dated and stained. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable. Some of the electric units were loose.

• David (7/5): If you look for perfect location for afordable price, then ok. - Location. Price/Quality. I took two separate apartments in this facility. One (Double Room) was quite ok and I wrote a respective review for it. But another one (for family with 4 persons) could be much better (than expected): Lack of Lighting, Bathroom (with water leaking), toilet seat non-fixed, very few toilet papers etc.
• Vladimir (9/5): Over all: highly recommended place for Rome - city break. - Good location, warm apartment, full equipped kitchen, clean, Cousy... The furniture is Litle bit outdated and studio for a family of 4 its little tight.
• Igor (3/5): Unrenovated, moldy apartment with inconsistent heating. - The historical charm of the apartment was overshadowed by the lack of renovations and a persistent moldy odor. Inconsistent heating, with only an electric radiator and an air conditioner, led to electrical issues. The uncomfortable couch, coupled with the cold and moldy environment, compromised our overall comfort, which was particularly concerning as we were with kids. Addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the guest experience.
