Très bien desservi par les transports en commun, il est possible de faire une grande majorité des monuments à pied et de ressortir le soir. Propre et moderne, l'appartement dispose de l'essentiel et est bien équipé (micro-ondes, grand frigo...). Nous avons apprécié avoir de quoi déjeuner le lendemain matin de notre arrivée (gateaux, dosettes Nespresso...) et avons apprécié notre semaine dans ce logement.  À noter qu'il faut prévoir une taxe de séjour de 6€ par jour par personne. Das Appartement hat alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht , wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur jedem empfehlen .

• Monica (10/5): Sentral og stille beliggenhet - Leiligheten er sentral, det er stille og rolig der. Sengen er hard, men veldig god. Det er lett å sjekke inn og ut. Det var nok varmtvann i dusjen, det er ikke alltid sånn i Roma. Leiligheten var ren og innbydende.

Il bagno ha la finestra e davvero molto ma molto ben tenuto e arredato Purtroppo è in una via scomoda, dove anche il taxi fatica ad entrare. Non c’è parcheggio e questo é davvero un minus perché neanche in zona ci sono garage. Infine se una persona ha problemi motori é inaccessibile perché le scale sono particolarmente pendenti

• Tzili (9/5): דירה חמודה - דירה מעוצבת, מאוד חמודה ומצוידת היטב. היחידה מרווחת, מטבח פרטי מצוייד היטב. מקלחת מאוד נוחה ומתוכננת טוב. מיקום שקט ומצוייין. הלכנו לכל! מקום ברגל. הרבה דברים באיזור- בתי קפה,מסעדות,אתרי עתיקות ובקרבת הרובע היהודי ובית הכנסת הגדול. אל הדירה מוביל גרם מדרגות,אומנם רק קומה אחת, אבל קשה לעלות ולרדת עם מזוודות. הבית מבודד חלקית ושומעים רעשים מהדירות השכנות. והמיטה הייתה קשה.

• Róbert (10/5): - A szállás nagyon jó helyen van a történelmi központban. Mindenhez közel, gyalog 10-15 percre szinte minden nevezetesség. Csendes utcában. Erős, jól működő klíma. Augusztusban utaztunk, és a nagy melegben is nagyon gyorsan lehűtötte az egész lakást. Az apartman mindennel felszerelt. Tisztaság fogadott. Érkezéskor nagyon jól esett a hűtőben a behűtött ásványvíz és a kis nassolnivaló az asztalon. Luca nagyon segítőkész és kedves, mindenben segítségünkre volt. Bátran ajánlom 4 főnek, családnak, de figyelembe kell venni hogy az ágyak egy légtérben helyezkednek el.. Az apartmantól 2-3 percre, kb 100 méterre található egy élelmiszerbolt a sarkon túl, balra. Ahol szinte minden kapható. Öröm volt itt megszállni.

• Nicole (10/5): Modern loft in the heart of Rome - The apartment is amazing, very modern, clean, and best of all it’s right in the historic centre of Rome. Host Luca was very responsive and helpful. He organised us private transfers to and from the airport with lovely driver Fabrizio. He let us leave our suitcases in the apartment well before check in time so we could already explore Rome. Highly recommend this stylish loft apartment!

• Kate (9/5): Delightful Rome stay - Everything. Very comfortable and well fitted loft. Perfect for our families stay in Rome. A quiet historic street away from the hustle and bustle but only minutes walk from the action - Trastevere, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon particularly close. We were ever left little treats in the kitchen, thank you! Nothing really! The water pressure in the shower was a bit tricky, but nothing we couldn’t overcome.
• Imad (8/5): We will absolutely come back again! Thank you Luca - The flat is close to Rome’s famous landmarks and is fully equipped with almost everything you need. Our flight was delayed by a few hours, and we arrived to check in the evening. Luca was very kind to wait for us and hand over the keys, and he was also generous enough to extend our check-out time by two more hours. This lovely flat is missing a balcony, which would make it the dream place to stay.

• Elcira (10/5): Very nice stay! - My family and I had a very nice stay at Luca's loft. It was nice and very clean. It was walking distance to many attractions, stores, great restaurants, and taxis. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. There is nothing I didn't like from our stay. My family and I felt comfortable and safe. The loft was perfect for our needs. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.
• Marlayne (9/5): Lovely Roman Holiday - Great location near everything we wanted in Rome. Luca was a great host. He had great recommendations. The central air conditioning system was broken when we arrived but we didn't realize as there were 2 portable air conditioners and 2 fans. it was cooler once the a/c was fixed but we have stayed in other places with a/c which weren't as cool as when we arrived with the temporary solution. loved having a washing machine and kitchen. The stairs to the loft were a bit creaky.... can't think of anything else!

• Expat (8/5): Centrally located in Rome - The location was very central. They also provided some cookies and coffee pods which were appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised that this unit had a bidet. There was a mix up with the keys. We arrived at around 10:40PM but the lockbox did not have they key. We had to call the owner to alert them of the issue and had to wait outside until someone brought another set of keys. We understand this was a mistake but maybe worth checking next time before the new person comes. The sofa also needs to be changed as it is quite damaged and the AC was not that cold.

It is pretty near to tourist places. The AC wasn't working but the host had a ventilator in the place so we use it. He apologized for the inconvenience and sent someone to check it the next day:)

The narrow streets are filled with people walking around and small business, besides ancient ruins and buildings, making it a very special plance to stay. There was a small market nearby with great stuff and great prices. But the most important is that the apartment was AMAZING! We could see that the host put up an effort to make it feel welcoming. It was equipped with everything, coffee, kitchen utensils and even books and board games!! It was super fun! There were nice paintings hanging on the walls, a cool mezanine, it was really an incredible stay. In only 4 days we really felt at home.
• Caroline (9/5): Ideally situated comfortable accommodation in the heart of Rome - This apartment is located in a great spot in the heart of Rome, with easy access to all the major attractions. You can walk to the Colosseum, Vatican City, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps in just 15-30 minutes. If you'd prefer to use public transport, the Roma Pass is a great option. It's also in a safe neighborhood, and there are grocery shops and bakeries nearby. The apartment itself is warm, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Eevrything very well organised, we would definitely book this apartment again! The stay was flawless, I can't find any fault. The only minor issue was the ripped sofa in the living area and and the bidet hose was dripping water.

Complete furniture equipment for a pleasant stay and amazing library of art, architecture and other works that fill more than one wall. Fabulous location for excursions and access to a very varied gastronomy area at reasonable prices and very good quality. Many accesses to public transport in the area and with security surveillance in the surrounding area... Historical Roman ruins a few meters away to enjoy archeology. Also the Tiber river 4 minutes away to enjoy its wonderful nature and its Roman bridges. Congratulations to the owner Perla for her good taste and the sum of services in her accommodation, predisposition. attention and cordiality... nothing to say

• Jacqueline (7/5): Good location. Everything was within walking distance to the accommodation. - Due to us arriving late, we were charged extra. When our flight was delayed, we felt under pressure to get a taxi instead of a bus to the accommodation as we knew the host was waiting on us to give us the keys. It would have been preferable to collect the keys from a lock box so no one was inconvenienced. The air conditioning was very poor, it released hot air. There was only one small window above the front door that was not sufficient to bring in fresh air. The stairs leading up to the accommodation were very steep and slippery. There must have been a leak in the roof and the stairs were constantly wet.

The loft itself was very clean, equipped for cooking, with grocery shop and bakery nearby. In walking distance from all the sights in the city centre. Also with several bus stops very close. The owner was very helpful, answered immediately on whatsapp whenever we needed anything. And the beds were amazingly comfortable! There wasn't anything wrong. The only thing that could be better, would be the kitchen equipment - there were no breakfast bowls.

• Robert (7/5): Good but not great - location was great. nice to have a washer and it was a good sized apartment. water did not drain in the shower and we had to plunge it on multiple occasions. seeing as the last person that stayed there had the same issue it was very disappointing to not have that fixed before we stayed. not very clean overall. fridge was dirty, coffee maker was dirty and the shower walls had mold/mildew. surface cleaned but not what I expect when paying for accommodations. having to pick up and drop the keys at another location was not convenient. bed was to firm for our liking. overall it met our needs but would not stay there again.
