• Ron Skinner (10/5): It's going on my permanent record! - It was clean and comfortable, those are the basics. The area is great, everything we needed was in walking distance, grocery, coffee, deli. It has a lively night life a few blocks away... oh! And there is couple thousand year old Roman wall out the kitchen window. We were accompanied by two of our adult children and my brother in law. We made some precious memories together and this was our home for that moment. I can't think of anything.
• Pauline (10/5): Appartement typique accueil chaleureux - L'appartement est grand et confortable avec ses 2 salles de bain. L'hôte est prévenant au moment de la resa puis quelques jours avant et durant le séjour jusqu'à la fin. On a été très bien accueilli par Francesco malgré l'heure tardive. Tout est à disposition dans l'appartement. L'appartement se situe dans un quartier à proximité de la gare, pas très propre mais on s'y est senti en sécurité.

• Johnston (9/5): Great appartment in the ideal location to experience both sides of Rome life. - It was in a great location, you could walk into the city or to a nearby metro station, you could also cross a few streets into San Lorenzo and experience real Roma life (which is amazing). It was reasonably comfortable and size was ideal for our group. We had worked to a budget, our expectations were exceeded. I’d say it is better suited to family with 2 kids, but as a group coming in for the marathon it served us very well. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable for one of our group that slept in it. Beyond that the apartment was great.

• Mirandola da Silva (8/5): Bom em relação ao custo benefício - A localização é bem proxima a estação Termini, e tem vários restaurantes e supermercados nas redondezas. A limpeza estava impecavel e fomos muito bem tratados pela anfitriã. As camas não são tão confortáveis e o ar condicionado não funcionou muito bem.

• Mara (10/5): Expectations exceeded - The location was a bit far from the center of Rome and where all the touristy parts were but it was a pretty close walk to the central station (Termini) which was super helpful. The beds were nice, the place was clean, the property owners were kind and gave us recommendations on where to eat and how to get around the city. It was great!

• Luis (8/5): Nice, welcoming stay - We were a group of 5 adults with children and stayed for 4 days. Overall we enjoyed the stay and felt very welcome. The staff was friendly, helpful and quickly reachable whenever we had a question. The apartment had what we expected. Having two bathrooms is a big advantage. Funny-looking elevator. Location is good, close to the station, in theory you can walk to the city centre but it's quite a stretch, and there are bus stops nearby with frequent connections. In the neighbourhood there are many good restaurants and cafés which we found better than those found in the historic centre of Rome - a good surprise! The mattress of the sofa is not really comfortable. You can fit 5 adults in the apartment, but be aware that there's only one bedroom and the remaining beds are located in the entrance/lobby and in the kitchen (sofa) with no doors in between, so privacy is limited.
• Sara (10/5): It was a fantastic location from which to explore the city! Very pretty and quiet! Would definitely recommend and stay - The closeness to Roma Termini was ideal! There was a fantastic restaurant in the piazza at the end of the street. The historical wall was so cool to look out on. I loved the elevator up to our room.
