• Iwona (6/5): Ogólnie czas spędziliśmy bardzo miło i owocnie, spacerując i zwiedzając. - Podobała mi się lokalizacja, wszędzie w ramach spacerów było blisko. Lokal znajdował się w kamienicy jednak dodatkowym plusem była winda. Dodatkowym atutem były dwie łazienki w kontekście większej liczby osób. W tej lokalizacji, po drugiej stronie ulicy znajduje się pub, który rozpoczynał życie dopiero w nocy i tak do rana trwały rozmowy, śpiewy, było bardzo głośno.

• Jamil (10/5): Wonderful, sure coming stay again in next summer.❤️ - Everything, close to all the historical places.Restaurants are walking distance. Alessandra is a wonderful host. Without her our trip would be an issue but she made our life so easy.

• Giulia (8/5): visuale pazzesca - la posizione é ottima, la casa è super spaziosa e la visuale spettacolare il condizionatore funzionava male, non siamo riusciti a farlo partire, bon so se dipenda dalla struttura o da chi l’ha usato prima di noi

• Alba (7/5): - La ubicación es ideal a 5 minutos de la Fontana. El tamaño de la casa es bastante grande para grupos. Había lavadora, plancha, secador y cafetera que también nos resultó muy práctico y un juego de toallas por persona Está mal cuidado, paredes manchadas y cortinas un poco sucias. Uno de los baños no lo hemos podido usar porque no salía agua caliente y del otro la presión era escasa. El sofá cama del salón bastante incómodo..
• Maciej (7/5): Jesteśmy zadowoleni, ale można postarać się o czystość i kilka detali - Lokalizacja. Duże, przestronne pokoje. Duży przestronny salon z dużym stołem i 6-7 krzesłami. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. 2 łazienki. Wygodne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Tv z internetem. - na zdjęciach mieszkanie wygląda pięknie, ale to chyba zdjęcia sprzed 10 lat, nie ma dywanów, nie ma foteli, poduszeczek, nie ma dużego stolika kawowego, nie ma żadnych kwiatków, nie ma obrusika na stole, łóżka nie były przygotowane tak ładnie jak na zdjęciach - Robaki (rybiki) w łazience. Dosyć dużo w okolicach kabiny prysznicowej. - Poplamione pościele brązowymi i żółtymi plamami. - Obdrapane ściany (przy lodówce), w przejściu do dużej sypialni. - Klimatyzacja w sypialni słabo grzeje, nawet jeśli się ustawi na 30 stopni - Brak ciepłej wody w łazience bliżej wyjścia. - Małe ciśnienie wody. - Trzeba około minutę poczekać na ciepłą wodę, która potem leci przez minutę-dwie, a potem znowu się robi zima i trzeba znowu poczekać na ciepłą i tak w kółko. - Halogen nad lodówką do wymiany bo mruga. - sztućców mogło by być więcej niż na 3-4 osoby
• Mick (7/5): Good flat for being central - The location was great as was the flat size it would be great for bigger groups that want to be central There is a lot of road noise and pub noise even at 3am.
• Xavi (8/5): Buena ubicacion, limpio, si tienes sueño ligero no es tu lugar, pub irlandes a 10 metros. - Ubicación perfecta, amfitriona amable, ascensor en la propiedad, apartamento muy limpio. Las camas que no eran sofa camas muy comodas. Apartamento muy grande. Uno de los dos baños tiene muy poca o nada de agua caliente y presión. Los sofás camas bastante malos, malos colchones ( de hace facil 50 años ). Los que durmieron ahi no tuvieron la mejor experiencia. En frente hay un bar irlandes que hace mucho ruido por las noches, yo duermo siempre sin despertarme, y ahi me desperte varias veces por gritos en la calle ( y eso que es Roma, no me desperte ni una vez por las constantes sirenas de ambulancias o policia ) asi que imaginad como era el jaleo del pub irlandes.

No where to hung out clothes apart from a very small portable inside clothes line. It’s on the 4th floor

• Цветалина (10/5): Nice apartment, great location, the lady who met us, Natalie, was very kind and explained us a lot about the city! - Perfect location, right in the heart of the city, in close proximity to all the sightseeing places! Lack of hot water in one of the bathrooms!
• DANNY (9/5): Alojamiento recomendable - La ubicación del alojamiento es buena cerca de la Fontana da Trevi, además cerca de paradas de autobús para visitar otros lugares turísticos. El apartamento es moderno y cómodo para 6 personas. La persona que entregó el apartamento muy simpática, nos dejó un plano y dio indicaciones de sitios turísticos. En el cuarto no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y también estaba descompuesto el aire de la sala, sin embargo ellos enviaron a alguien para arreglarlo

• Diane (7/5): Fab for a family. - Location was great. Spacious apartment. Lots of equipment. Big beds. Beyond the control of the agent. Very close to a noisy pub, that went on until around 4am each morning. But if you were in the bedroom at the back of the property it was fine.
• Darren (7/5): Good - There was plenty of space and the location was fantastic close to piazza de Venezia, colosseum, and Trevi fountain. One bedroom got a little warm as air con did not fully reach that room
• Demetrios (8/5): Great Location - Location is amazing. So close to restaurants and the Trevi fountain. The lady we met gave us great information and ideas about the city and sights. One room was massive. One room was very good size (but had some mould). And the lounge room/ kitchen had plenty of room. Amazing views. Room needs a bit of love. Shower in one bathroom needs to be fixed. Whoever was in before us put the cups and plates back in the cupboards dirty. Not a big deal as the location was great.
• Faye (9/5): Perfectly placed; clean and spacious inside. - Property was perfectly situated within walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. Property itself was spacious and the hosts were brilliant with all our queries before and during the stay. We couldn’t get hot water for the shower but with the weather being so warm, it was not an issue for us.

• Hong (7/5): Abit of traffic noise in an excellent location. - Location and cleanliness of the apartment. water pressure and the water temperature in main bathroom. sofa-bed springs in not so good condition.
• Gabby (9/5): Spacious and centrally located - The location was perfect and spacious for our family of 7. We could walk 10 min to the Trevi Fountain or Colosseum 15 min away. The front room was a bit noisy at night but nothing youtube ocean sounds can’t fix. The elevator was definitely vintage but kids enjoyed every minute of it. Located on the fourth floor. The elevator button didn’t work on the fourth floor so we had to send one kid down to bring the elevator back up. It was a fun game for them but I can see this as an issue for some other families. Beautiful views out the windows. Ac was perfect for front room and living room but back room not so much. There was several different sleeping options additional to the two room beds like pull out couch and twin with trundle bed. Bedding, towels, blow dryer, sample bars of soap and shampoo were all available. There are heaters in bathroom on the wall so be cautious with kids as the switch is right next the light switch. Washer available and drying rack. Walls are thin so you can hear everything. Elevator can only do 4 people at a time and hard to fit stroller.

• Shelley (8/5): Great Location and Views, shame about the street noise into the early hours. - Location was excellent and the views were amazing. I was very disappointed that in the street opposite that the apartment over looked was a pub called the Nags Head, it was very busy, loud and noisy, especially at 4am when about 50 people were all shouting in the street, it kept my husband and I awake, so we didn't get much sleep during our stay, had we been aware of this we would have booked elsewhere!

• Emin (7/5): Overall it's good but not suitable for long stay - Location of the property is very FANTASTIC. It's located near Piazza Venezia and all main landmarks (Trevi fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon etc.) are in 200-250 meters away from you. Interior needs to be refreshed but it's still clean and cozy. Elevator is old (semi-automatic, you need to open doors yourself) but it's working. In front of the property on the main street there is a pub that is very loud at night. If you get a problem with hot water, don't panic, try to restart the water heating machine near the exit door and check if all water taps are open.

VERY noisy front bedroom - don’t forget the loo roll - location modern flat is huge we actually really liked the lift (I know others have complained) mostly clean friendly and helpful staff :) sofa bed In the bedroom surprisingly comfortable front bedroom sooooo noisy from outside and from the landing (people using the lift) No basic kitchen items :/ other than a filthy dish sponge. so bring with you oven gloves, sponge, dish clothes, loo roll, bin liners. Also no bedding for the sofa bed.

• Juliet (8/5): Very good - Location was amazing, size of apartment was large and clean and perfect for a family. Shower was temperamental, there was a trick to using it but they did explain this on check in. The apartment is slightly aged compared to photos but still nice.
