• MQM Lutful (7/5): It was a pleasant stay. Sofia was very responsive. Her instructions were very clear. - The location and size. It was superb. The quality of linen, bed & kitchen utensils. Few things didn’t work.

• Alvis (6/5): Large apartment. Great location not far from train station. - Great location not far from train station. Large apartment. Easy check in. No hot water. Apparently central boiler was not working. Toilet seat was not attached. Furnishings and kitchen were quite dated and worn.
• Bernecka (1/5): MASAKRA, grzyb !! - Lokalizacja jest ok. Bardzo blisko Koloseum. W mieszkaniu jest jeden pełen Grzyb! Który szkodzi zdrowiu. Obok jest drugie mieszkanie z którego wszystko słychać. Czasami się zastanawialiśmy czy ktoś nie korzysta z naszej ubikacji… tak słychać wszystko. Łóżko jest połamane.. spada się na brzegi . Nie da się na nim spać. Prysznic cały w kamieniu i grzybie. Brakuje normalnej wody… albo leci turbo zimna albo gorąca do parzenia herbaty. Deszczownica jest cała w kamieniu i nie leci z niej woda tylko kapie… ogólnie turbo nie polecam..
• Kamila (5/5): Okish - Pictures are slightly different than reality- like visible bedroom- much less sun, completely different, dark, pretty old room. Clean, but nothing cozy and as on the picture. Different than on the pictures, clean but not as new as pictures show, quite dark and “cold”.

• mingardi (10/5): Moooolto soddisfatti - Posizione fantastica a pochi metri dalla metro, proprietaria disponibile e veramente meticolosa nel fare in modo che non ci siano intoppi, tutto come da foto e senza sorprese, ci ritorneremo e lo consiglieremo. -----

Metro stotele praktiskai uz duru. Yra viskas, ko gali prireikti: indai, irankiai, orkaite, kaitlente, saldytuvas, skalbimo masina, indaplove, lygintuvas, plauku dziovintuvas. Cia turbut visos Italijos beda: tai karstas vanduo bega, tai saltas, sunku nureguliuot.

• Victor-Orlando (8/5): Acceptabil - Locatia aproape de metrou si de statie de autobuz Baia foarte mica si la marimea mea a fost foarte dificil de folosit. Balconul era defap un hol de depozitare intre doua apartamente si locul de fumat era defap in afara apartamentului.
• katarzyna (6/5): jeśli ktoś nie chce spędzać czasu w mieszkaniu to super opcja - lokalizacja i stacja metra pod drzwiami wejściowymi to najlepsza część tego mieszkania niestety mieszkanie jest w starym stylu pod prysznicem i w łazience znajduje się pleśń, klamki były zniszczone cały obiekt pozostawił wiele do życzenia
• emilia (10/5): - Locație excelenta,lingă mijloace de transport, magazine alimentare ff aproape,liniște,apartament foarte bine utilat,paturi bune,gazda foarte amabila,ușor de luat cheia și mai presus de toate locația este foarte aproape de centrul orașului.
• Elio (8/5): Una posizione comodissima per chi arriva in treno e vuol visitare Roma con i mezzi pubblici. - Posizione eccezionale a 100 metri dalla fermata del Metro e con tutti i principali servizi (bar, supermercato, bancomat) nelle immediate vicinanze. Qualche accuratezza in più (indicazioni WI FI errate, manuale utente solo in inglese, scarico della doccia intasato) non guasterebbe.
• Agata (8/5): - Obiekt położony jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Można spacerem dojść do Colloseum w około 10-15 minut. Bardzo blisko jest stacja metra. Niedaleko jest również market Carrefour oraz punkty gastronomiczne. Mieszkanie jest dość duże, idealne dla dwóch par. Mieszkanie było czyste, była przygotowana czysta pościel i ręczniki. Niestety woda w prysznicu nie spływa odpowiednio szybko. Jest również trudność w ustawieniu temperatury wody - albo jest za gorąca albo całkowicie zimna.

• Kadir (9/5): A nice holiday at New Inn Sofia - The location of the hotel is very central. Transportation is comfortable and easy. Sofia was very helpful and polite. She informed us about the places we would visit and made recommendations. The hotel is equipped to meet all needs. Thank you for everything Sofia.

It has water in the fridge, coffee provided by the coffee machine and enough towels in the bathroom - The location is convienient just at a Metro station. - The furthest Rome landmark (Vatican city) is just 40min walking distance. You can take the metro to visit Termini, Spagna, Popolo and Vatican city, while you can walk to visit Colosseum, Venezia, Pantheon and Navona. - I would definitely be back - The shower is small. - Body lotion is on the floor which is difficult to use because of the small shower. -Shampoo is not provided - Dishwasher soaps are not provided - TVs in the unit are not smart, so you can only watch italian infomercials

• David (8/5): A beautiful apartment, next to a Metro stop and a short walk to the Colosseum - The apartment was easy to locate from the clear instructions given to us. The property felt like home with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The large bed was very comfortable and the apartment was always nice and warm. Contact with the proprietor, who was very helpful, was excellent through Messages . We would love to stay there again. The TV in the seating area of the kitchen we found impossible to get beyond the “Greek language” options

• Tatiana (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable apartment. Close to the metro station, easy to get to all sightseeings. The kitchen is quite equipped with all you need. Sophie was always ready to help. It would be good to have normal ironing board. 2 nights the neighbors were a bit noisy.
• Ante (7/5): Great location, but need some improvement - Location is excellent. 10-15 minutes walk to Colloseum/Termini. Metro station right in front. Several small shops and restaurant nearby. Host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Apartment need some refurbishing, it is not in the condition as it looks on the photos. A lot of furniture/items are worn-out or in bad condition. However, everything is working and functional, just reduces the level of comfort.

It’s not a very center, but very close to Santa Scala, San Giovanni in Laterano and San Jesu in Jerusalume Nulla

• Красимира (10/5): convеnient and hospitable - We got directions from the host- written message + a video on how to get to the place and how to get into the apartment. The apartment is extremely close to the Manzoni metro station - quick access to all important points of tourist attractions, also very, very close to the Colosseum and the surrounding area (it was fun to do our 5km joging around those ancient remains ) It was clean and convenient - we had all we need during our stay. Also the host was very kind- with helpful advices for tourists :) -

• Elvis (4/5): Disappointing - Location seems good because it is right next to metro station, BUT no one told us the metro line was closed during our stay. Shower is almost unusable, it is small and clogged. The apartment, especially the kitchen, is old and looks like it wasn’t cleaned.

Ver - great location with proximity to attractions and public transport Bathroom needs to have a bit of a tidy up, shelves need replacing, shower door leaking, handheld shower rose is split.

• Teuila (6/5): didn’t meet our expectations. it is in a good location however we were not impressed with the facilities and service - large apartment, close to the colosseum and metro hot water didn’t work, didn’t feel very clean, the owner organised her assistant to meet us at arrival, we provided the time of arrival, only to arrive to no one to show us in, waited on the street for an hour and had to walk to a near by cafe to connect to wifi in order to try and get in contact with her only for her to be waiting for us inside the apartment. when we walked back to the apartment she still didn’t meet us downstairs. yelled from upstairs to come to where she was. not a very nice greeting to arrive too.
