• Andrea (9/5): - L'appartamento è moderno, ben arredato, pulito e con tutto il necessario. Due camere, due bagni e una sala da pranzo con la cucina. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano e dalla stazione metropolitana. Il viale Ottaviano offre negozi, bar e ristoranti di ottima qualità Se cercate una zona tranquilla, poco rumorosa, ve lo sconsiglio. Di notte numerosi rumori disturbano il sonno, traffico veicolare, servizi urbani di raccolta rifiuti e sirene dei servizi di emergenza. D'altronde siamo in pieno centro città

• jasmin (9/5): Very good! Highly recommended accommodation and I would love to come back again - Its very close to the Vatican and shops, restaurants, metro just a stone away. Very accessable to everything to make your trip to Vatican and Rome easy and enjoyable. The whole apartment is very clean and appears newly refurbished. Toilet smells
• Sahlee (8/5): Excellent location perfectly situated between Saint Peter’s Basilica and Vatican Museums. - The location was amazing. Very close to the entrance line for events at Saint Peter’s Basilica. Numerous food options and a grocery store right next door. The appliances ( oven and washing machine) did not have any instructions. We spent a lot of time trying to find info online. The appliances in the states are very different so it would be helpful to have simple instructions posted somewhere. Also, the kitchen needs oven mits and kitchen towels.

• Laisa (9/5): Very comfy stay and perfect location - It is only a few minutes’ walk to the Vatican and there’s so many shops nearby (supermarket, gelato, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc). There’s a lift to the 1st floor. The apartment is well equipped and really nice and clean. We liked that we have 2 bathrooms, and the double rooms are massive. The kitchen and dining/lounge were also comfortable and equipped. Cristina responds very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs. At night, it can get quite noisy in the streets because of the garbage collectors - until they finish (apartment is on the 1st floor). You can also occasionally hear the sound of people’s voices while passing through the stairs outside the flat. But if you can sleep easily/deeply and don’t get bothered by some/slight noise, then you’d be fine.

• Kačić (5/5): The location is the reason I would definitely come back again. - The location is truly excellent near the Vattican — the street has everything you might need, whether for everyday necessities or entertainment, including wonderful restaurants and cafés. My child had to sleep without a mattress in kinderbed — they had prepared three sheets instead of a mattress, so our nights were quite sleepless. The floor was rather dirty; it didn’t look that way at first, but when we walked around in white socks, they turned dark as if we had been walking outside. There was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. The apartment looks beautiful, but unfortunately, these are very important details that both the host and future guests should be aware of.

Sklepy, sklepiki i restauracje tuż przy drzwiach. Czysto, nowiutka klimatyzacja. Mieszkanie bardzo duże z dwoma łazienkami. A hałas z ulicy to chyba normalna rzecz w centrum miasta :)
• Lin (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent! It's easy to go anywhere in Rome by walking or bus. The noise at night. Some nights can be very loud and disturb our sleep. The bed can improve as it was a little too hard for us. But not the owner's fault, we are just not used to sleeping on a hard mattress.

• Florin-vasile (9/5): Superb - The bedrooms are very large, the bathroom is very clean, there are a lot of towels, but we didn't find soap or toilet paper. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. Access to the apartment is very easy with the help of the internet lock. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the bus station is very close. Vatican is omly 5 minutes walking. The noise coming from the road construction in front of the building was very annoying. We couldn't sleep with the windows opened, so the heat was quite a problem in the middle of August. There is no AC but we knew that before booking. There is, however, a vent unit in each bedroom.

• Julia (8/5): Excellent location, good value for money - Excellent location near the Vatican. The apartment is very spacious (it says "shared kitchen" in the description, but the whole unit is private). Very good value for money. Easy to find, easy to get in touch with the owner. Safe entry with locked main front doors to the building and several locks on the door to the apartment from the inside. Very clean. Mattresses are very firm, but we prefer them to be (if you need a really soft bed, this might not work for you). WiFi was described as an issue from others, but we had no problems with the 4 of us using it simultaneously for social media scrolling with videos. As expected from the other reviews there where a couple of issues: - Very near a busy street with current road works. Noisy from the street and from the neighbor upstairs. Very dusty due to the road works. I used ear plugs at night, so the noise gave me no issues sleeping. - The shower was terrible. The water shifted from ice cold to scolding hot in seconds, and the warm water lasted for a very short time.

• Alicia (8/5): brilliant - the apartment is in a brilliant location so close to the Vatican and easy to get to other main attractions, really good value for money, the host was really kind and gave us lots of information, very clean, would stay here again! the property doesn’t have air con so can be very hot in the summer, however, the owner was so kind and provided us with extra fans due to the heat wave which was brilliant- and given the value for money, this apartment still exceeded our expectations

• Salome (10/5): We enjoyed our stay. - Very nice, clean and cosy apartment, witn authentic style, all the necessary amenities. Good location, easy access to public transport, good value for money.
• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location - the Vatican is just across the street, all the famous sights (Fontana di Trevi, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, etc.) are nearby (2-3 km) - you can go there either by foot or by metro (as the closest metro stop Ottaviano is just 6-7 min.away). The bedrooms are spacious, all the rooms look at the street, which can be quite busy even at late hours. Hosts are really helpful and polite. Overall it was the perfect stay for us. Maybe the only problem was with the water - there is warm, even hot water, but after 2 minutes of showering, the hot water stops flowing and there comes only cold water. But after another 2 minutes, the hot water comes back - and the same goes. It might be inconvenient, but you are still able to shower anyway. And as it turns out, the problem with the water is common in Rome as a whole, not only in this neighborhood.

• Dragos (8/5): Very good - The property is well maintained and in a very central location next to the Vatican. Beds were comfy and the facilities in the apartment were as well plenty-full to have a very good stay. Overall a good value for money. There was an issue in the area with the water pressure that probably caused some problem with the boiler to start properly. Fortunately the host was very helpful to check it the next day after contacting.
