• MIGUELCAD (8/5): - La casa está en el Trastevere, un barrio animado, pero la zona de la casa es muy tranquila y se descansa estupendamente. La casa cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios, además la anfitriona fue muy amable y servicial. La casa cumple con todos los servicios necesarios, y la cama es muy confortable. Es agradable que te reciban personalmente y te hagan entrega de las llaves, y te expliquen un poco la zona, porque cada vez es algo más infrecuente, y se agradece el trato personal y la amabilidad y educación de la anfitriona. El baña es muy pequeño, y la ducha es muy estrecha, cuesta moverse. La anfitriona, que era muy amable, tarda un poco en contestar los mensajes, y en leerlos, por lo que la comunicación no es todo lo fluida que nos gustaría, pero siempre atendía las peticiones, y aportaba la información.

Buena ubicación. Supermercado y transporte, a tres minutos andando. La anfitriona muy pendiente de todo, encantadora. Muy recomendable.

Usamos el servicio transfer desde aeropuerto recomendable 100%, la cama de la habitación muy cómoda. Tienes cerca una panadería estupenda para desayunos etc y mucha restauración El sofá cama no es muy cómodo. La cerradura de la puerta de entrada falla un poco y a veces cuesta cerrar.

• Mattias (10/5): Perfect stay in Trastevere – amazing location, spotless apartment, and an incredibly helpful host who went above and bey - We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Trastevere! The location was unbeatable – right in the heart of everything, yet still cozy and charming. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel at home. The host exceeded all expectations. She was incredibly kind and helpful – she even came early to let us in so we could drop off our bags before check-in, which made a huge difference for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Išsiregistruoti turėjome 11 val., bet kuprines palikome iki 16 val., tai labai patogu. Norėčiau grįžti į šią vietą. Viskas patiko.
• Matthew (8/5): Was a great day I love when places are super clean was super comfortable. Just the showerhead was a little annoying, but - When was amazing it was super cute. A great apartment close to everything. We’ll definitely stay here again. The only issue was the bathroom would slide in the showerhead was broken, but otherwise the shower in the bathroom was so clean because of how great the place was in the location I could deal with the broken showerhead

A wide selection of restaurants on your doorstep. The shower head needs to be changed. It doesn't stay in the holder. But, the water pressure is powerful.

• Tracy (10/5): Overall we had an amazing stay, thoroughly enjoyed the nightlife in Trastevere and w this apartment. - The location was excellent. Walked everywhere. Apartment was well equipped, we had everything we needed & more. Thankfully it was centrally heated, a bonus as it was very cold some days. It is very compact but that didn’t bother us. It can be quite noisy late evening due to the proximity of restaurants. We were very unlucky to have had very noisy residents above us too on our last night. None of these are the fault of the apartment. The host was amazingly helpful and sorted any queries or issues in very quick time. Really lovely lady.

• Каролина (10/5): - Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was perfect – the place was spotless, very comfortable, and we received a warm and friendly welcome. The location is excellent, about a 20–30 minute walk from all the main attractions, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. We would happily come back again!

• Cooney (8/5): brilliant! amazing location, safe and very clean. - Delila was really lovely, very helpful and made up the sofa bed when we asked. The location was excellent. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby with a nice busy vibe. we felt very safe and everyone was friendly. We could walk to all the main attractions vatican, colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and we explored lots of streets around these areas. We were very fortunate with the weather, warm and sunny in February! We could catch the tram outside the appartment and getting to the airport was very easy on public transport. There was a phone buzzer to open the outside door into the appartments which went off several times, once at midnight and other days at 10.30 pm and on our departure day continuously for nearly half an hour. someone was trying to get in. we did not press the buzzer to let them in as we didn't know who they were.
• Lauritz (8/5): Ein runder Aufenthalt mit nur marginaler Kritik, die leicht zu beheben ist. - Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit sofort erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich top – die Gegend ist nicht zu touristisch, sondern ein beliebtes Ausgehviertel auch bei Einheimischen. Von dort aus kann man alle Attraktionen sehr gut erreichen. Wir mussten erst Bescheid geben, damit WLAN und Warmwasser funktoniert. Also beides wurde zwar sofort auf Anfrage gefixt, trotzdem wäre es natürlich besser gewesen hätte man das vorher gecheckt. Ansonsten gibt es bei der Ausstattung der Küche noch Verbesserungsbedarf. Es gab weder Spülmittel noch ein scharfes Messer (ohne Zacken).

La cama si es verdad que era cómoda y tenía lo necesario para pasar unos días aquí. Dalila un encanto de mujer, nos esperó hasta altas horas de la noche para poder quedarnos en el apartamento ya que el vuelo se retrasó, nos esperó en el apartamento para darnos las llaves. • Дарья (9/5): Отличный вариант для 2-3 ночей в Риме - Небольшая квартира в классном районе со всем необходимым , в районе есть хорошие рестораны и магазины в пешей доступности. Также 20 мин пешком до пантеона и 30 до колизея! В квартире отличное отопление (были зимой), если для вас это важно, то это лучший вариант. Далила-хозяйка, невероятно вежливая, сама нас встретила и все показала и рассказала, показала также где припарковать машину недорого. Парковка городская прямо у дома. Очень маленький душ, где некуда поставить ванные принадлежности. Полотенца были сильно уставшими, также как и постельное белье (были найдены волосы на простыне . Подушки довольно жесткие , но кровать удобная .
• Brenda (10/5): Espectacular - El dpto tiene una ubicación espectacular en Trastevere. Dalila fue muy gentil recibiéndonos y nos ofreció cambiar las sabanas y toallas durante nuestra estadia de una semana. No solo hizo eso sino que acomodó, perfumó todo el dpto y le dejó juguetes a mi hijo de dos años. El dpto tiene todo lo necesario para una estadia sin preocupaciones y Dalila esta muy pendiente de lo que uno necesita. También elegimos el taxi que ofrece ella de un conocido para ir hacia el aeropuerto Fumicino.

Table de repas et salon spacieux .Logement spacieux et toi est fourni même les condiments en cuisine et les capsules de café ! Idem savon pour les mains etc . Téléviseurs salon et chambre . Dressing spacieux. Accueil parfait ! Manque juste un micro-ondes. Et le wifi difficilement trouvable

La anfitriona muy agradable el primer dia nos enseño en un mapa donde ir a visitar todo. La casa esta cerca de todo andando. El plato de ducha un poco pequeño pero te acostumbras esta bien.

• Raquel (10/5): Muy recomendable. Volveriamos seguro. - La ubicacion es perfecta: zona centrica, con mucha opcion para comer, cenar y salir a tomar algo. Zona muy animada. La casa esta ubicada en una calle que no hay nada de ruido y se duerme y descansa perfectamente. La casa es muy acogedora y calentita, y esta perfectamente limpia. La cama es muy comoda y hemos estado muy a gusto. A escasos metros de la parada de autobus que te lleva a Termini. La recomendaremos siempre. El plato de ducha es bastante pequeño. Me hubiera gustado tener un microondas. Demasiada decoración, que la hace acogedora pero quita espacio para cosas mas prácticas.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Fotos entsprechen nicht mehr ganz der Wirklichkeit. Die Wohnung ist keine 50qm wie angegeben. Eher kleiner, aber für 2 absolut ausreichend. Das Bad ist extrem klein und neben der Toilette steht direkt eine Waschmaschine, so dass man nicht normal sitzen kann.

• Kathleen (9/5): A cozy and attractive apartment, with a helpful and informative host, in a great location. - The apartment was attractively decorated, clean and tidy. Our host was very gracious, helpful and informative. We loved the Travestere neighborhood - lots of great food in the area and it felt safe. We were able to walk to most of the attractions and public transportation was economical and easy, for the most part. The hot water never got really hot in the shower. We didn't take showers until the next to the last day so we didn't bring it up with our host right away. We meant to mention it to her, but we had a hectic departure and didn't get a chance to tell her. I'm sure that if she had known, she would have responded.

Bed was super comfortable and it was fairly quiet considering its location. TVs in bedroom and living room but never turned it on. Owner was helpful in getting your bearings for visiting iconic places. Plenty of local shops to stock up on eggs milk bread etc. Shower stall was quite small and it took some time to position the shower head. we aren't big people but someone with big shoulders over 6 feet tall would struggle in the space. Sink took a long time to empty.Tea coffee and salt and sugar available. You need to bring your own milk and pepper!

Aircon and some nice personal touches like coffee machine. The host was very kind and so helpful in giving advice about the area.

If you turn on the water, without holding the nozzle water flies everywhere. Nozzle doesn't fit in holder and must be held in order to shower.. Bathroom towels are worn and have holes. • Lizdev (9/5): Pleasant stay in Rome - Dalyla is a superb host. She was so accommodating with us arriving earlier than our check in time and also taking care of our luggage after our check out time. We were spoiled with lots of treats and she really went out of her way to make sure that we knew how to get around Rome and suggesting restaurants and places to visit. The shower is a little bit small so really big people might not fit in the shower. It was however adequate for us. The view is also not spectacular but you can sleep with the windows open and there is a small balcony outside the kitchen area.

Dalila was a great host, and went well above and beyond for us. She had left some food for us ( cereal, yogurt etc) and sent us list of good eating places. Very clean. There are stairs and the shower is on the smallish side but plenty of hot water. She even came and changed the towels mid stay. Highly recommended. No much really. Stairs for older guest might be an issue but it wasn’t a problem for us.

The kitchen was small but perfectly suitable, same with the bathroom. The living area was large and beautifully decorated and the bedroom was a good size with a very comfortable bed Some lovely restaurants in the vicinity of the apartment. Delilah was a wonderful host, explained the area well and recommended some restaurants to visit. There was tea, coffee and sweet treats left in the apartment. There was nothing to complain about. It was a fantastic apartment

Quaint location with a few good restaurants nearby and close to supermarket and bus stops. - Host was very accommodating with a late check in (arrived midnight due to delayed flight) and helpful in providing recommendations for our stay. Not a self check-in or self check out. Had to wait to meet with host upon check out to pay cash in full for our stay, which is fine but doesn’t allow for flexibility if you want to change your plans last minute (e.g if you decide to leave earlier like we did). Shower is very small. Host quoted city tax charges but tax wouldn’t apply if paying in cash. Good restaurants and bus stops nearby but otherwise not quite within walking distance from main attractions. Front door took a bit of getting use to (but the host does explain how it works).
