Servizio impeccabile e cuore grande. Torneremo sicuramente!
- Andrea (10/5): Lovely place in an ideal location - Great location, close to transport and shops and eateries. Great communication with the host. Spacious rooms, nice and clean and all the basic features are in place.
- Davide (9/5): Posizione molto buona, appartamento perfetto. -

Lokalizacja znakomita 20min drogi do Watykanu 30min drogi do centrum, 5min drogi do metra.
Mieszkanie urządzone w typowo Włosko/Rzymskim klimacie.
- Patricia (3/5): Would not stay again. - The location wasn’t too bad. There was small store across the street. The apartment needed upgrading. New paint, small holes fixed. Better light bulbs in every room. Hot water hardly ever worked. The washing machine was sitting at an angle in the middle of the floor in one bedroom. There were no paper towels or paper napkins in the kitchen. All guess got one towel and a smaller towel. And no more than that, you had to wash them. When asked about clean towels, owner said it was a rule in BNB. And the cleaning fee would be higher.
- Sonia (9/5): - Localização e comodidades
- Kertész (7/5): Jó elhelyezkedésű nagy lakás. - Elhelyezkedés, saját parkolóhely, központi légkondicionáló. Gyerekszobában a játékok és lehetett rajzolni a falra is. A különálló WC-ben szűkös volt a hely. A sötétítő függönyből áporodott szag áradt.
- Michaela (8/5): Very good - Paolo was kind and responsive, lots of space for 7 people.
- Aikaterini (8/5): Lovely in almost all ways - Spacy and comfortable apartment with good beds. The hot water situation was not good. We ran out all the time while showering and it was totally inconsistent
- Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent in all aspects. We would go back!
- Lina (9/5): Superb -
- David (7/5): It was our two first nights in Europe from Canada. It was good to have room to spread out. - Lots of room for our group of seven. The balcony was nice. Very small and slow elevator. General appearance of the building was not great. Needs an upgrade (paint etc.. )
- Jan (9/5): Superb - Good location close to Vaticane museums. Many shops are close to the appartment. Air condition, very good communication with the owner. 2 bathrooms. The house and apartment would need some repairs (wall painting). Microwave and kettle are doing big noise. And the heat of Rome but this not relates to the appartment :-)
- Damian (10/5): Perfezione e buon riposo - Great, atmospheric place. Very good location - metro a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Everything you need is nearby - shops, restaurants, pharmacy. The biggest asset is Paolo - the host. I have never felt so taken care of. If you need something beyond what Paolo offers, he helps you find it. Paolo is the number 1 host!
- Eugelin (9/5): Feels like home. -
- Katalin (10/5): The best apartment I have ever booked in an europen big city. - Paolo is the best host I have ever seen. He help a lot and always available. The apartment was big, clean, nice with all necessary equipment. The apartment is in a very good district with a lot of shopping and eating possibility, near the metro and bus station. Nothing.
- Deanna (9/5): The apartment met our needs well and provided a quiet respite - It is a large apartment and easily accommodated our group of 7 people. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped with a nice veranda. The metro was only a five minute walk away. It was helpful having two bathrooms. We made good use of the large dining room table and there was plenty of seating in the living room. The elevators are small, but very helpful for getting luggage up and down the apartment building. There were some excellent bakeries and eating areas. It was only 15-20 minutes walk to the Vatican. The apartment could benefit from a fresh coat of paint throughout, and a few repairs to some of the chairs. One of the bathroom toilets has a small leak, but still worked fine. It could use a new shower curtain in the bathroom that covers the whole shower opening. The neighbor next door was a bit loud at night, but that is hard to control.
- Janeane (10/5): Excellent accommodation would stay again - Very cool when it was hot facilities were good. Great location. The number of beds was not the same as description in booking. As one sofa bed in one double bedroom but not in both.
- Felix (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect stay! The apartment has everything you need. Paolo ist always available and helps quickly with questions. The location ist also great and you're in Vatican within a few minutes. A metro station ist also very close.
- Yuan (10/5): Exceptional - the landlord Paolo is very very nice and friendly person.he answered questions so quick.and offer very useful information to us. good service.apartment is so clean.bed are comfortable.the decoration is modern and beatiful .location is so good.it is near the Line A metro station.just 2 minutes walk where you take line A to Tetmini station and transit Line B to Colosseo.supermarket tigre just 1 minute walk at the back.we did enjoy our stay in Rome. I checked out at 10 am.and landlord agreed us to keep the luggage in a restaurant before the van driver pick up us .I keeped luggage here for 1 and half hours.and then Van driver picked up us to airport.i payed the taxi fee already.but the driver also want to charge me extra 50Euro for luggage left in the restaurant when we arrival at airport .I was shocked.they didn't tell me previously about that charge.anyway.landlord Paolo solved this case.we didn't pay extra 50Euro.but driver just say something bad to us and we feel not good.
- Anna (5/5): Passable - contact with the owner We booked for 7 people - friends. There were sleep covers only for 5 even though we wrote earlier we are not family. Additional blankets were dirty and smelled very bed. In addition dust was everywhere. Toilet paper only for 1 day. Everything else was Ok.
- Tatiana (8/5): wonderful - it’s very big! great for a big group or family -
- Einarisimo (8/5): Aside from the neighbors, this is a terrific apartment in a very good location near the vatican - It is a great value for a 3 bedroom flat in rome The neighbors played loud TV into the the morning hours, Paolo tried his best to mitigate but this was a constant.
- Amjad (6/5): Pleasant - Location not far from Vatican city, although can be steep hill. Clean property and clean linings. Good kitchen facilities, and airconditioned property. -Owner changed price few days prior to arrival
- Unsafe balcony for children
- No locks on toilet doors, not ideal if travelling with lots of people
- Toilet doors very noisy, kept waking up the kids at night
- Natalie (2/5): Host from hell - The accomodation was spacious, funky and spotlessly clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable and air conditioning very good. Good showers and a well equipped small kitchen for preparing breakfasts. The are not three single beds in one of the bedrooms despite what is described, so we had to use the sofa bed unfortunately. Location isn't that great. It's near to the metro but I'd have preferred to be closer to the centre in hindsight.
Our main problem however was that we unfortunately experienced the most stressful situation, which ultimately cost us over €200 and a day of our trip, dealing with the 'host from hell'. I have no doubt he will attempt to justify his appalling behaviour in response to this review so I'll try to briefly explain and you can make up your own mind whether to take the chance or not.
We made our booking back in April, after booking I checked my confirmation and noticed that it was booked for 6 adults, but our group was actually 4 adults and 5 children. I immediately messaged to report this, presuming it was a system glitch as 6 adults was not what I had searched for when making the booking. I was told that there would be an extra 50€ there or there about extra to pay to increase the guests.
On the day we were travelling there, the accommodation called me to confirm our numbers and I confirmed we were 4 adults and 5 children. Later on that evening, as we were boarding our flight to Rome, they messaged me that the extra costs for the guests would be €210. I checked my bank statement and noticed that the payment taken a week earlier was the original amount, not including the extra 50€. I queried the extortionate increase and sent the accomodation screenshots of the quote I had received and was expecting to pay.
On our first morning there, the owner began sending very threatening, rude and highly unprofessional messages over WhatsApp telling me he was sending someone over in person straight away and we had to pay cash or leave, and many other incredibly rude / sarcastic and generally unprofessional messages. We lost over half of our day in Rome dealing with this, with many tears shed through fear and frustration.
