Dagmar (1/5): This is a scam. - The property is a scam. The apartment advertised was different. It was missing a washer and a dryer, t.v. The A/C was not working one of the unit not even started and the controls were even a different brand. The property manager never answers or even tries to contact us.
FRANCES (1/5): STAY AWAY- BEWARE - Absolutely NOTHING to like about this DUMP Absolutely nothing to like — stay away! This place is a nightmare and the host is a scammer. BEWARE. There’s honestly so much wrong with this property, I don’t even know where to begin. We booked a 3‑bedroom apartment for 6 people, but when we arrived, the host told us to meet at #76 and then walked us — in 100‑degree heat, dragging all our luggage — to a completely different property up the street. That property turned out to be a 2‑bedroom, not what we booked. So back we went to the original apartment, only to find it in disgusting condition. There was no AC turned on despite the heat, and the place smelled awful. Towels were hanging stiff and hard on a rack in the kitchen, and the unit was completely bare — no plates, no cutlery, no kettle, no coffee maker, one toilet roll, nothing. We asked about the missing supplies, and the host said he’d “come back with them.” Before leaving, he insisted we pay the city tax in cash immediately. After he left, I inspected the bedrooms. It was unbearably hot, and the mattresses were absolutely filthy — covered in stains, with just a thin sheet thrown over them. While we sat on one of the beds, we were bitten by bugs twice. The AC never worked. Completely disgusted, I texted the host to report the issues, and he simply replied asking what the problem was — then stopped responding altogether. He never came back, never brought the supplies, and ignored all my messages after that. I also contacted Booking.com for help, and unfortunately they weren’t much better — they offered no real resolution. In the end, due to my husbands health we couldn’t possibly stay there and had to find another accommodation last‑minute for 2 of us which cost us another $900. the 4 other young adults had to stay as we couldn't find them other accommodation, and the Host would not respond to help us, so they we stuck Do yourself a favor — avoid this place and this host. Total scam.

Salakheddin (1/5): Suggestion don't book at this property either its very comfortable - I tried to male check-in early for 1hpur they asked for extra pay i accept cause no place , enter the property was hard its base on second floor no person to help with bags , room not clean ( no tissue , no toi.paper , no shampoo, ) & the worth of this AC in living room not working i keep calling no reply , at third day they reply and keep telling will come to fix till the fifth day & will never fix ever SUGGESTION from my exper. Either if its very comfortable dont book this property cause of small things u will lose ur mood and wont enjoy the LOVELY NON SLEEPY CITY

No washing machine no television and the ac/heat was not working. There was no soap to wash dishes however you are asked to wash water dish or cup you use. There was very little body wash no shampoo or any of that you will have to supply that yourself buyer be advised. Not like the pics

Dorothy (1/5): Bad - For an apartment there was a cook top but no utensils no cutlery there were 3 glasses I platter I have special dietary requirements that is why I booked a apartment so I could prepare my own meals also there are a lot of stairs to take a suitcase up and down there were no instructions on how to contact anyone when you arrive it was pouring with rain after pressing the intercom to no avail I ended up calling them but this was not in instructions

Selin (3/5): Nothing good besides the location - Location was perfect. Too close to trevi fountain The beds were sagging in the middle. The sheets were not fitted to the mattresses; they were simply placed on top of the blankets. The air conditioner in the living room wasn't working, and when I mentioned it, they said it worked when plugged in, but they didn't come to check. It never blew warm air. We booked it as a hotel through Booking.com, but it wasn't a hotel. There was no reception, no one to communicate with, the sheets weren't changed, the towels weren't changed, there wasn't even a hand towel. There wasn't even a cup or a kettle to put a toothbrush in, something you'd find in the simplest hotel. Apart from the location, unfortunately, there was nothing good about it. There was nowhere to put your suitcases when you arrived early or when you were checking out late. We were carrying our suitcases around all day.

The woman also knocked on our door two days in a row while we were sleeping to open the locked closet and get towels. The bathroom smelled bad and we were only given 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. The shower was very small. The room looks different than the photos.

Its renovated apartment, so the low rating is not an indication at all because they come from old reviews. Just stairs with no lift. But easy to go up and down for any normally fit person

The current one is huge, very modern, everything is just amazing in the apartment itself. 1 minute walk from Trevi Fountain Just the stairs as its in the 3rd floor and its high ceilings, but I went up and down often with no feeling its much.

The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated with great charm, and impeccable cleanliness. The keys were received promptly by a very pleasant person. A rare gem to recommend without hesitation !

Judy (1/5): Misleading - Only the location. Dirty. never said 4 story walkup. Neighbors noisy late at night. Misleading. Said it slept 7 but only sleeps 6. Moved us to another location which I described above. Elevator in 2nd location only fit 3 people at a time. Lots of mosquitoes. Not enough toilet paper. Towels were hard as were beds. Definitely NOT like the pictures.

Tania (1/5): I wouldn’t stay there again if you were paying. - located right next to the Trevi fountain - in the middle of all the hustle and bustle - such a busy place. where do I start; the constant smell from the bathroom, the constant buzzing from the electrical points, the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly before our arrival, only supplied one toilet paper roll, keys didn’t work properly, the bed was terrible, worst accomodation experience I’ve ever had!

Nemanja1982 (5/5): Passable - Top location. Medium clean. Comfortable space.q No window, no natural air. Did not meet the landlord. Everything additional we asked for, we could not get. We were extra charged for later check in. We did not get invoice for city tax and later check in. No cleaning during entire stay for 6 days, only one set of towels and sheets, no paper towel.
