• Burcu (10/5): Greatest Location! very good apartment for a family of 4 and very friendly helpful host! - The location was amazing! Made us feel a true local. We loved staying at Trastevere, easy to walk everywhere also not noisy crowded part of the neighbourhood. It was easy to walk Vatican city & Colessium and all other touristic spots in city center even w 2 kids. Apartment was simple yet everything we need in there as well as clean and comfy. The host was so helpful! Overall we'd def. like to stay again Nothing!
• Amanda (9/5): Delightful Rome stay - The location is perfect and so you can easily walk across the river to main Roman attractions. Trastevere is so pretty and full of wine bars and cute restaurants. It was delightful and as a solo lady traveller I felt very safe at the property . I didn’t mind the street noises and chatter but for some this may bother you . I have to say once the window is shut it’s much quieter.

• Jeroen (2/5): Slechter dan dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt! - De locatie zou fantastisch moeten zijn. Echter dat is het verre van! Veel lawaai van beneden gelegen restaurant, vuilniswagens die s'nachts alles kwamen legen, schreeuwende mensen op straat en uiteindelijk best ver weg gelegen van het echt leuke Trastevere! Hier kan de eigenaar niet zoveel aan doen natuurlijk, maar het is wel goed om te weten mocht je van plan zijn dit appartement te boeken! Alles viel tegen. Bedden zijn verouderd, in slechte conditie en vies! Oude geel uitgeslagen lakens. Meerdere kapotte stopcontacten. De douche liep niet goed door, evenals het toilet. De deur van de badkamer schraapt over de grond en hangt los in de scharnieren. Vriezerdeur was met plakband aan elkaar geplakt en viel gewoon uit de koelkast op de grond. Bedlampjes waren kapot en de lade in kast in de slaapkamer is gewoonweg gevaarlijk. Mijn jongste kind van 4 heeft haar hand heel lelijk open gehaald aan opstaande spijkers in deze lade! Heel erg jammer dat de eigenaar dit achteraf niet met ons netjes af wilde handelen, maar aangaf dat ik dit tijdens mijn verblijf had moeten melden zodat hij dit kon oplossen...Hoe dan? Dit hele appartement dient flink te worden opgeknapt en mag in deze staat niet zo verhuurd worden. Dit had dus ook niet gedurende onze 2 dagen allemaal opgelost kunnen worden. Wij vinden dit dan ook erg teleurstellend en hadden op meer begrip gehoopt! Van alles zijn foto's gemaakt en Booking.com heeft het voor ons op willen pakken, maar als een halsstarrige eigenaar zo dwars blijft doen - en waarschijnlijk alles zal tegenspreken van wat ik hier noteer (maar kijk in spiegel voordat je dit doet Simone) - dan houdt het op helaas! Wees dus gewaarschuwd en zoek een echt bijzondere plek en betaal iets meer is mijn advies.
• Nunziella (3/5): Lo sconsiglio - Solo la posizione era buona Peli sotto il letto, residui alimentari nei cassetti, lenzuola stropicciate, termosifoni che emettevano solo aria ftedda, scopino del water sporco, polvere sul termosifone toilette, sugli specchi. Per non parlare del fazzoletto sporco che ho trovato sotto il letto. E che dire dello scarico della doccia!!!

We couldn’t get the wifi going but the owners came out straight away and p - Excellent location right in the buzzing Trastevere area but the double glazing was brilliant at keeping any noise out. All basic facilities were provided. Nice shower. It is definitely not as charming as the pictures would suggest, no colourful rug or flowers. It would benefit from some nice pictures on the walls.

• Andy (10/5): Nice flat with all you need in a great location - The flat had a nice character with lovely ceilings and flowering jasmine outside. It has all the equipment you would need. It is in a great location but not overly noisy - you are in trastevere after all - with a bakery, cafe and ATM just nearby and a short walk to the main road for tram and buses. The air con was a bit noisy but worth having.

• Naja (8/5): Very good - Nice, quiet small apartment in a more quiet part of trastevere. Close to the river and the more touristy part of Trastevere. Easy to get to with tram or bus. We were three adults and one toddler, and it worked well. Communication about how to get into the apartment came the day before, which was a bit late for my taste.

Clean and tidy bathroom kitchen and living areas. All very good and we were happy with our stay and would return. The property owner also went above and beyond to give us lots of information for new years eve which was great! And also let us store our luggage for a late flight and let us check in a bit earlier as the room was ready for the early flight. We honestly cannot think of anything we would have changed. We have tried but nothing!

Lively neighborhood, yet quiet location while we were there. Walking distance to most sites. The apartment itself is super cozy with windows that open out to the street below. The electronic key system just took a while to get used to.

• Charlotte (9/5): Superb - A very nice little apartment. Only cooked breakfast but it looked like kitchen was well functioning. Cosy neighborhood close to city. Never met host in person but everything went smooth by phone and messages.
• M3im3i (4/5): Air-conditioning inconvenience! - Great location. Close to lots of amazing restaurants and easy to get to the tourist attractions. As soon as we checked in on Monday night, I noted that the air-conditioner was not working and contacted management. They said they would come to check it the next day. It was a hot night in summer and we did not sleep well at all. On Tuesday, they came while we were out sightseeing and confirmed it was not working. Then they told us they would install a new air-conditioner unit the next day! I told them I was disappointed as we slept quite badly because of the heat and the manager said they would bring over some fans. On Wednesday they dropped off the air-conditioner unit but did not install it. Management asked if we could be out early the following day so they could do the installation. On Thursday, they installed the air-conditioner while we were out. When we returned that night, there was dust all over our bags, our clothes, the bed, and even in the second room. Seeing as we were leaving the next day it seemed a bit pointless and our stay was made even more uncomfortable due to having dirt/dust all our over things and us having to sleep in a dirty bed. Great for anyone who stays in the future. Also, the second bed is a couch bed! Just in case it is not clear. Our friends kindly let us have the bedroom and had to sleep on the fold out couch bed.

• Valya (10/5): I really liked the accommodation - It was a lovely apartment in Trastevere area. All beds were comfortable. We checked in and check out without problems. The apartment is clean and bright. there was a small blockage in the bathroom, I told the owner about it, he promised to look. And a little noisy in the morning, utilities collect garbage under the window. But in general the apartment is in quiet place

• Ok_59 (8/5): Very good - Location was good, very quiet and close to restaurants and bus stops. A "manual" of the apartment would be nice. I didn't guess how to turn on the heating, and I couldn't get the TV to work (minor issue). The gas stove main switch was anyhow clearly visible.

• Cara (10/5): My mom and I absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely come back! - everything was great. the beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean the location was fantastic. through no fault of the property owners, the restaurant downstairs creates a lot of noise early in the morning from recycling. if you’re looking to sleep in, close the windows and wear earplugs.
