• Edgar (2/5): Decepción - Su ubicación No corresponde con las fotos, sucias puertas, paredes… en las fotos aparece las paredes blancas y limpio y nada que ver, olor a tubería en el apartamento. El portal súper sucio, suelo con papeles tirados, arena muy viejo.
• Alina (9/5): - The location was great, very close to the piazza di poppolo, spanish steps and other sights,. There was a slight unpleasant smell in the apartment. The bathroom was almost inside the bedroom.

• Karolina (1/5): Raczej ponownie nie skorzystamy. - Super lokalizacja Obiekt wymaga natychmiastowego remontu. Wszytko zniszczone, odrapane, brudne ściany, drzwi. Bardzo nieprzyjemnie się na to patrzyło. Bardzo gorąca woda w kranie , łatwo się poparzyć.
• Carlota (5/5): Pick location or peace of mind - The apt is near to Piazza Popolo Dark hallway into the apartments. Difficult operating the entrance to the building with your phone. Same with apartment door. Operator did not understand English, written or spoken. The cloth washing machine does not work. No closet space. Bathroom with no curtain.

L'appartamento era pulito, presenti asciugamani e biancheria letto. Adatto per 2 persone perché è piccolo e ha solo 1 letto matrimoniale. Gli affacci delle finestre sono solo sui cortili interni. Il tavolino in cucina è molto piccolo e instabile (basterebbe avvitare le viti). L'apertura del portone con telefono è un po' scomoda.

• Guest (1/5): Очень разочарование. - Место положения. Не соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Расположение над рестораном, запах и шум вентиляции из кухни ресторана. Нету окон на улицу. 3 окна внутр где расположены вентиляции и блок кондиционер, очень жарко. Внутри есть один кондиционер который очень плохо охлаждает . Были 2 вентиляторов, очень шумные. Было очень пыльно, сыну было плохо, он у меня астматик. Очень плохо спали. Старались как можно дольше оставаться снаружи. Искал замену, с детьми не было подходящий вариант, да и бюджет не позволял. Есть фотографии и видеозаписи из квартиры.

• Adas (3/5): Rome is wonderfully but not the apartment, killed the wibe. - The location was good and also we liked the Self-check-in. The air conditioning was working fine. The photos are outdated, it does not represent the situation, and not worse that kind of money per night. The floor was dirty, and spent an hour cleaning it up. Also, there was a sanitary smell all the time.
• Sidorela (10/5): Unforgettable and magical in the full sense of the word. - Everything about the apartment was perfect. It was in the center of Piazza dell Popolo, easy to find as an apartment. The way to get in was easy and explained in detail. The apartment was very suitable for 4 people, it had two rooms, bathroom, kitchen, wardrobe where you can leave your clothes. It had all electrical appliances, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, iron, cooking equipment. It was very comfortable. The location was perfect, there were 2 restaurants downstairs, 1 min from Piazza Popolo, 7-10 min maximum on foot to Piazza di Spagna. The past 3 days were perfect, but we would choose to spend another 30 days right there. With the hope that we will see each other again in the same place with the best impressions. 100/10 🙌🏻 Nothing, everything was perfect.
• Charalampos (7/5): Perfect location, please correct some things in the house - excellent location, excellent wifi, easy access, very nice restaurants nearby. Host communicates very well in whats app. The location is perfect, however My developmental feedback is that the place has to do some things . New mattress needed, cannot sleep well because it has a dent. Sofa bed is in better condition. in the bathroom, new bathtub glass needed , it is too small and the water goes out of it. The house needs to be painted better. The windows need mosquito screens and last thing i would prefer to have a closet for my clothes.
• Ertan (5/5): Nice location, bad utensils, hard to open doors - Location was great. Sizes of the rooms are enough. The bathroom was clean enough. Its a good option if the most important thing is location to you. The doors are very hard to open, its a struggle to enter and get out of the building and the apartmant. The sheets, beddings and the couch were incredibly dirty. The kitchen stuff like pans were very old and nearly imposible to use.

• Maxine (7/5): Good - Very nice central location. Towels were provided, as well as a blow dryer. Small but efficient washing mashine. Initially the bed felt quite hard, but it was very nice! It was summer, so the thin bedsheet was alright, but perhaps not for the colder months. Sofa could have been tidier, there are some spots on it, as well on some wall places. There was a very dominant citrusy smell (probably from the cleaning products?) hanging in the air when you did not open the windows during the day. You could see that a renovation has taken place (or is still going on) as there was still some tape from paint work being done on the window - which did not bother us at all, but still could be taken off :)

• Anonymous (5/5): Great location, good place if you’re going to be out all day visiting - The location is great, on a quiet street, easily accessible, within walking distance from some of the main objectives (Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Vatican), and the owner was easy to reach via messages. The apartment also has almost everything you need, from an iron to an espresso machine (even though there were no espresso pods) and even a small washing machine. The pictures we’ve seen are taken from the best angles possible, and sadly the reality doesn’t match them. We have found out that the furniture is a bit old and you kind of miss a wardrobe since you just have to place your baggage on the floor. We also feel that the cleaning could have been done a bit more thoroughly since some places were a bit dusty. The sheets were a bit weird also as it was basically a blanked placed between two sheets like in a sandwich, and the plastic curtain in the shower was partially broken.
• Kerry (7/5): A nice apartment, but more expensive than others I’ve stayed at for a similar setting. - It was big - very spacious. The sofa looked a bit stained and the coffee maker didn’t have coffee pods supplied that fitted the machine.
• Laith (4/5): disappointed and the value for the apartment is too much - the location the cleaning stuff is very rude and they treat the guest very bad , also the beds is not clean and the bellow , there is a small insects in the bathroom .

Don’t look elsewhere just book ☺️ - Excellent apartment and highly recommended for anyone looking a well equipped and comfortable apartment in the centre of rome! Walking distance for main attractions and shops, restaurants, bars and transportation both buses and trains. Host was very welcoming and immediately messaged us when we needed to ask questions and checked on us during holiday to check whether all was good. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family and would definitely be using this accomodation next time I am in Rome ☺️ No concerns whatsoever. I liked everything about the apartment. One suggestion is maybe to equip property with a kettle for tea lovers like me 😄.

• Kasia (9/5): Great stay. - We had a great time there. Host was great and very helpful - my mother in law needed an iron Cristiano brought it right away.It was great to enter keyless. Place is located in the middle of everything. To Spanish stairs is just 10 minutes walk. If you got tired you can always take Metro which is also very close to the apartament. Two rooms, with kitchen and bathroom. There is nothing I could complain about.Great place for wonderfull trip to Rome with very reasonable price. Thank you Cristiano for your hospitality. Hope to be back one day.
