• James (10/5): Good value and perfectly situated apartment, really helpful staff and very close to the heart of Rome. - Amazing location in a lovely street with no traffic. Lovely spacious, bright rooms and gorgeous views across the rooftops to the Aventine Hill. Street has really great restaurants and a fabulous cafe opposite the building was perfect for breakfast. The best cornetti in Rome. Nothing - it could not have been better.

• Sally (10/5): Perfect location, great hosts, amazing apartment! - Hosts Francesca & Paolo were fantastic throughout process. We were met at the apartment by Francesca who was super friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean throughout, beautifully presented and had everything we needed! The location is brilliant too. In the heart of the Travestere area which is wonderful to wander around & enjoy great food / beer! Walking distance to where we all wanted to be. We will definitely use again when next in Rome! Thank you, for a great visit!! Nothing!

• Ina (7/5): - People who worked there were so kind. Close to busses and stores nearby. Some of us got bug bites on our bodies while sleeping there. And it is 5 pairs of stairs, no elevator. It was also extremly cold during the night. Something blowing woke us all up. The hotel changed the temperature, but it didn’t help very much.

• James (6/5): - Great location in Trastevere! Rare to have 3 bedrooms and a living space. A/C was great to habe! The sofa bed wouldn't open and the hot water heater only turned on when the kitchen sink was on. The shower would be cold if we didn't do that. We tried adjusting the pressure on the hot water heater as their instructions indicated, but didn't work. They did offer to send someone to look at the sofa bed when we weren't at the house and we weren't comfortable with that.

• Richard (9/5): A terrific apartment, great location, you may well leave fitter and healthier............ - A clean, spacious apartment in Trastevere which suited our group of five perfectly. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything you'd need but you should really be out enjoying the treasures on Rome. Friendly host who welcomed us on arrival and allowed us to leave our bags despite being earlier than we should. I saw reviews saying the shower curtain didn't work well, but we had a proper shower cubicle with sliding doors so would seem this has been addressed. In order to be fair to prospective travellers who may have mobility issues, the apartment is lovely but is on the fourth floor, with no lift. OK, we all need the exercise, particularly after an evening in Trastevere, but it is a long way to drag luggage on arrival/departure. One room aircon didn't work so well, another the aircon remote ran out of batteries. But after the stairs i think we just crashed out anyway!

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect! - Fantastic time here - great location to chill after a long day seeing the beautiful site of Rome. Bars & restaurants on your doorstep but not as busy as the centre of Trastevere, which really suited us. Great vibe there on a Saturday, great buzz about it. Had great nights there. Was perfect everything you needed & great communication. Would highly recommend & would return. Has great views. Always hot water - 5 of us shared & no issues with hot water, so don’t worry about having 1 shower. Kitchen area is great - as you need. There were stairs - you are on the 4th floor, but after the cuisines, you need them 😂

• Daisy (10/5): Carpe diem! Viva Roma ! - Fabulous shower pressure. Very comfy beds. Lovely bright light through the windows. Spare blankets for warmth in the night. Good locking system. Cosy! Let people know there’s a lot of stairs to climb. Make sure the shutters close in the big bedroom. The air conditioning and fan remotes didn’t consistently work.

• John (8/5): Short stay in Rome before we headed to Amalfi. - Excellent location. The shower is desperately in need of upgrading. No shower door only a curtain that is makeshift. Lots of water on the floor. Both air condition units need to be addressed one of them does not work and the other makes a lot of noise. Basically the apartment needs maintenance.
• Celeste (8/5): as above, nice property with excellent location and communication, but just a little tired - location excellent yet quiet communication excellent bit tired with few things needing attention eg: air conditioning loud in one room / another room not working properly flaking leatherette on bed head looking bit shabby / shower curtain dirty / cupboard door falling off / no tea towel / minimal glass wear and cups for three couples…. Hey it’s a really nice property but if there were one or two things no problem but you add all those things up and you notice / and paying $600 Nz a night you expect all those things done

There are a ton of really nice restaurants but I - It was plenty of room for 6 adults and it had air conditioning The owners are very quick to respond You are a 26 minute walk to the Colloseum and forum and even further to the Vatican City. The shower curtain does not fit so water goes everywhere The location is on the 4th floor and there are ALOT of steps

Our apartment was on the top floor which included going up about 6 flights of stairs - no lift. This was okay for us but be mindful when booking if less mobile.

• O' (8/5): Very good - Greeted by owners who were really friendly and helpful. Really spacious apartment with really comfy beds. Great location. Easy to walk to most tourist attractions. Shower flooded very easily and water was rarely hot but other than that apartment was lovely.

Twenty minute - super comfortable beds. very clean . good location Air con in two of the bedrooms was noisy. shower curtain too short which made it difficult not to soak the floor.
