Guest Reviews
- Дмитрий (10/5): - Отличная квартира для проживания в Риме. Есть всё необходимое. Удобное расположение, максимально приветливый персонал. Рекомендую! ——
- Marina (10/5): TOP! - We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights — 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment is spacious, has enough room for a family, and also a lovely balcony. The location is excellent: the bus station is only one minute away, and the metro can be reached with an easy 10-minute walk.
The apartment owner is very approachable, replies quickly to messages, and is always ready to help with any questions. I honestly haven’t had such good communication with an apartment owner in a long time.
Our flight was delayed, so we arrived in Rome around 1 AM. I asked the owner if he could organize a transfer to the apartment, and he arranged everything for us. Late check-in is possible, and he explained everything clearly, even sending a video message showing how to do the self check-in.
We were truly impressed. A very kind and professional gentleman, and the apartment was clean, tidy, and in a fantastic location. We have absolutely no complaints.
- Camille (10/5): -
- Maria (10/5): Genoten - Fijne ruimte...heerlijk bed.
Alles schoon.
Mooie omgeving. Alles aanwezig. Voor ons toch een beetje ver van t Vaticaan.
Dus taxi genomen.
- alibel (9/5): Agradable - Si Me gustó todo
- Natalia (10/5): - Квартира відмінна. Є абсолютно все, що може знадобитися.
- Danai (10/5): A charming aparment in quaint building - Nice neighborhood with easy access to the Roman Forum and Colosseum, ideal for first time visitors to Rome. The area was quiet a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of the town which we liked. There is a cafe right after the corner which was very convenient to have a coffee, some pastry or sandwich at the start of our day. There is also a bus station a few steps away which takes you towards the center.
The hosts were very nice and organized and they even had a list on the apartment with emergency numbers and other useful info which was very considerate. We had also communicated to them that we were going to use the clothes washing machine to do laundry so they had soap, clothespins, drying rack and all things necessary. I was also nice and warm since on March it was getting bit chilly at night outside but inside the heating was on automatically every evening-night.
We also liked the building with its charming little garden and old elevator. It is a small complex of buildings with permanent residents which helps to feel like a local for a while.
Overall staying there was a positive experience. Everything was great. One thing that we did not know how to handle very well was that even though we tried to avoid it water would still spill out of the shower and there wasn't any drainage for it on the floor so it would reach outside the bathroom door. The excess water would eventually dry out the next day but still it would be nice if that wasn't happening. Maybe we were supposed to throw a towel to the floor but I personally do not feel comfortable doing that :).
- Alina (8/5): We like it, especially location of apartment. - Perfect location. Comfy bed. Many restaurants around. No hangers in corridor.
- Rosemarie (9/5): Happy and feel comfortable especially I'm travelling for work! - Safe location and very private, away from hustles of tourist spots. Proximate to a market with fresh farm products. Neighborhood is amiable, safe to walk around and most of all the host is kind and considerate. Sometimes, it is hard to open the door of the apartment but get used to it and found out the right technique!
- Mikhail (9/5): Superb -
- Lazar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Farah (10/5): Lovely cozy stay in a perfect location - The property was excellent, very clean with all needed utilities available.
- Urban (8/5): Excellent stay, would recommend as it is great to visit all the monuments in Rome. - Very good location, bus station near the apartment, all the kitchen utensils were there, very nice hosts :) It was a little bit cold as we vistied in february.
- Bárbara (10/5): We loved it, just great. - Host was vey kind, the place is great, very beautiful, kitchen is great, we loved it, washing machine was great, bathroom was just perfect. It is a bit far from the metro station, we did walk to the coliseum but it is not that close.
- Věra (9/5): Superb - Nice and comfy appartment in a quiet part of Rome.
- Svetlana (9/5): Superb -
- Paweł (9/5): Superb - Nice and clean, well equipped. Great location.
- Liam (8/5): Beautiful apartment - lovely neighbourhood, about 25/30 minute walk from colosseum- quiet & authentic neighbourh - The apartment was beautifully decorated - really authentic but with a modern twist - really enjoyed that it was situated in a residential area. Lots of little shops, restaurants, takeouts within walking distance! We struggled to get hot water from the shower for the first couple of days and later found hot water would come from the hand held shower head rather than the fixed head - messaged the owner and they were helpful
- Atikah (7/5): Good -
- Martina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was very clean and nice, loved our stay here. Highly recommend it.
- Vladimir (6/5): April 2023 - Location, neighborhood, local caffees, market, fast food and supermarket I neighborhood Warm water in apartment is not functioning well ( too hot or to cold) , specially difficult to adjust for kids. No heating in april, and two intern air-condition can't produce enough warm air ( one is integrated in the closed box in the wall) and dont have sensors which can register that is cold in the room.
- Argentina (8/5): Very good -
- Julián (3/5): Poor -
- Kg (10/5): its very good apartment for a family ) - clean and stylish apartment in a calm and green neighborhood, walking distance to colosseum! Bathroom has problems with drainage , also hot water is enough only for a one person quick shower ( rest are using cold water only)
