It was very clean and the location is really nice (15 minutes walk to the colosseum) and a small supermarket just next to the building. The apartment is even prettier in person. Everything was perfect. We met the host when we arrived, he showed us the apartment and the host was genuinely very nice but I messaged him after about increasing the heating and to send me the invoice, he didn’t reply. That was the only thing I didn’t like.

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and the little nook upstairs in there room was an absolute hit with them they loved having there own space after a long day of walking to just relax We couldn’t find any fault they have thought of everything

La pulizia eccezionale e la funzionalità dell'appartamento. Posizione perfetta, centro di Roma raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi e disponibilità della metro a pochi metri. • Gary (9/5): Our stay was very comfortable and will book again next time in Rome. - Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms with good sized showers. Nescafé pod espresso and coffee machine in kitchen. Kitchen also had dishwasher. Washing machine was very handy as we were on a two week tour of Italy with not much luggage. The apartment was very quiet and the elevator saved us after long days of walking around Rome. Finally, the metro station is literally right around the corner.

• Uwe (9/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer besonderen Stadt. - Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 6. Etage, ein Fahrstuhl besonderer Art ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles Notwendige vorhanden, sehr geräumig. Gute Lage, z.B. nur 15 Gehminuten zum Kolosseum. 10-15 Gehminuten bis zum Bahnhof Termini Der Wasserdruck bei Dusche und Waschbecken war sehr gering. D.h. Zeit einplanen beim Duschen… Ist sicher kein Beinbruch, aber hat schon ein wenig gestört, wenn man mit 4 Personen 6 Tage die Wohnung belegt.

• Stephen (8/5): Great location for a comfortable stay - The apartment was great - location was great. The apartment was the right size for 4 people. Kitchen facilities were great, but really never tried as there were so many great places to eat so close by. The only fault with the apartment was the shower - hot water was scarce and the water pressure was not much better than a dribble from the overhead shower

• Caroline (7/5): Clean and functional apartment - The apartment was clean and nice. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms were perfect for us. Very cute decoration; it had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were really useful. Good restaurants and cafes were nearby. A little mart is downstairs, and they sell fresh-baked bread and croissants. It was walking distance to the Colosseum, and we walked everywhere except to the Vatican. It is located on a somewhat unsafe or seems unsafe street. The metro is nearby, but we were pickpocketed on that metro. I wouldn't recommend taking the metro if it's busy, especially if you're traveling with young kids. They target you and push your kids and you in different directions to distract you. It was the worst experience of my life. The apartment is in an old building, but it has been renovated, I felt a bit cold even with the heater on.
• Lianne (10/5): A beautiful apartment - The apartment is much bigger than the pictures lead me to believe. The decor is beautifully done with lovely finishing touches. I loved the ceiling. The bed was comfortable and big. It was very quiet too. I've stayed in Rome and other Italian cities before and found noise travels a lot but it was very quiet here. The bathrooms were very clean and the shower was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine to help make things easy. It was also very nice that there was a cot and highchair for our baby. It's on the 6th floor but there's a elevator which makes this easy (this is not always the case in Italy!) We were about half hour late arriving due to issues at the airport but the host was kind and waited for us. The location is convenient for Termini and the metro. It was also easy to walk to the Colosseum. There were supermarkets and some nice restaurants close by too. Literally the only thing was one of the towels was stained, however we were left plenty of towels, so this was not an issue.

• Ashish (10/5): Excellent and well kept apartment - Very spacious and clean apartment. Host was easy to connect. Gianluca arranged private transfer from airport to apartment. He was there to welcome us. Fridge was stocked with water, coke. He explained us the location of the apartment on map and informed us about tourist spots. Rooms were big. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Rome. Nothing I can think of.

The apartment is very well maintained with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. I would certainly go back to this apartment next time I am in Rome All was great
• Jiewei (9/5): Superb - Very spacious place, with 2 bathrooms. The owner met us in the room and explain everything to us. There's a PENNY grocery store right at the door, well equipped kitchen. Takes about 15-20min walk from Termini, if you carry luggage and suitcase, a little longer than I expected. But very close to the Emannuel Metro Station. Neighborhood is very quiet, but a bit of messy, typical rome I guess. Overall, a very good accommdation if you travel in group.

This is a 10/10 property so book it early. - A beautiful property, comfortable, tastefully furnished and with all the things required. The property was close to tourist attractions, metres from the underground train, supermarkets and places to eat. Our host welcomed us, providing information, supplies in the fridge and all the necessary requirements for our stay. We have stayed in 12 different accommodations over the past 2 months and this is by far the best.
• Wanda (10/5): Perfect apartment for family with teenagers to explore Rome - Gianluca’s place was the best place we stayed in during our Italy trip. It is so beautifully and thoughtfully furnished you could definitely stay there in style and comfort with your family for quite some time. My family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers really appreciated the spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, the short walk to Rome Termini station which made a day trip to Naples easy, the thoughtful touches of cold drinks and coffee pods that Gianluca left us and the excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and the best gelato we ate during our time in Italy. It is only a short walk to the Colosseum and other attractions as well. Communication was clear and easy too. This is a really wonderful place to stay and very highly recommended!

Cleanliness is a top priority for me when selecting accommodations, and I was thrilled to find that this Airbnb surpassed even my highest expectations. What truly sets this Airbnb apart is the thoughtful provision of everything a guest could possibly need. Every detail has been carefully considered to enhance the overall comfort of the stay. The location is another standout feature in terms of accessibility and quietness, and the hosts were helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
• Doug (9/5): Large, spacious, very quiet apartment close to the Colosseum - The apartment was large and comfortable. It is on the 6th floor, but there is a small lift for luggage and 1 person. For being in the heart of Rome, it was an amazingly quiet apartment, which means a lot to us. Communication with Gianluca was not as good as I would have liked. I needed to reach out to his co-worker Federico a couple of times just to get Gianluca to respond. Upon arrival, Gianluca had set up a private airport transfer for us that never showed up...there should have been proactive communication about that rather than us scrambling to figure out what was going on. Other than this communication issue, however, everything was wonderful.
• Ronald (10/5): This place puts your travel fears at rest - This place is a must stay. I took my family here and they didnt want to leave. Close to everything from termini, restaurants and a supermarket. We were spoiled by Gianluca and his hospitality. The place is designed for fun and functional spaces if you want your own thinking space. My wife and i loved the loft in the 2nd room was awesome. There is an elevator for those who have trouble walking up. Dont double think this place just book. That we didnt get to stay longer. Hehe.

The cleaners arrived when we were checking out and we were running a few minutes late and they seemed very angry (language barrier).

• Ute (10/5): Exceptional - Best appartment ever- we loved every Minute in it. The owner is very helpful and there is nothing you will miss. Location is close to the termini main station. That has the classical advantages but also disadvantages.

It was clean, spacious and exceedingly comfortable; there was even a welcome pack of eggs, coffee, a selection of teas, fruit juice, toiletries etc provided. A excellent location, the only downside being the number of homeless people sleeping on the street. Homeless people sleeping on the street.

• Cheung (10/5): Upon first entry to the apartment, I thought I could live there for longer term. - Kitchen had all required appliances, including microwave. Dishwasher and laundry tablets available. Fridge was prepared with eggs/water/juice. Bottle of wine and beer was much appreciated. Instructions to use appliances very helpful. Large screen TVs with backlight emission is very cool and made for enjoyable viewing. Mattresses were comfortable. Apartment heating/cooling was very good. Building had a new/large elevator. Building entrance leading up to elevator should have a ramp for luggage.
• Gary (10/5): good location to all Rome sites. can walk to places. close to transport and restaurants. - host had basic food items for breakfast which included milk eggs coffee tea juice water and yogurt. he also gave a bottle of wine. the apartment was secure. felt safe, if they were any problems host was very quick to rectify. we had a problem with drain in shower. was fixed next day and also when asked water temperature was increased quickly. nothing really. maybe couch could be softer, but not a big problem just a little too hard for me. need to be careful on metro with pickpockets. my wife had purse stollen on last day using metro when super busy

The owners gave us stuff for breakfast, tea and coffee capsules and even a bottle of wine. The area is very convenient, near the tube and close to the Colliseum. We were able to visit Rome mostly by foot. Not the cheapest but worth every penny! Everything was great

• Daphne (10/5): Fantastic apartment! Highly recommended! - Amazing apartment: large, clean, comfortable and very well furnished. Great location at walking distance from termini station and the forum. Great beds, flatscreen tvs with Netflix in every room, nice free toiletries, some basic food stuff we could use (olive oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, butter, yoghurt, water and a bottle of wine) which was particularly nice. Our host was very friendly and forthcoming, letting us stay in the apartment until 16h on our last day since the next guests were coming later than expected. All in all, would highly recommend. I can’t say there was anything worth complaining about- perhaps the plumbing (low water pressure, warm water a bit unpredictable, water in the showers did not run away very well), but there’s probably not much to Do about that.

There was everything we could think of, the beds were so comfy and the rooms was spotless - honestly the best apartment we have ever stayed at (we travel a lot!) Our host was lovely. We arrived around 11pm and he patiently waited and showed us around the place. Location was great, approx 20 mins into the centre of Rome. Would 100% recommend and will return if we ever visit Rome again. Absolutely nothing 😊
