• Angela (9/5): Sehr schicke Wohnung in unglaublicher Lage - Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und in der besten Lage, die man sich vorstellen kann. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in ca. max. 30 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist in einer belebten Gegend voller Restaurants und Bars und trotzdem ist es super ruhig. Die Wohnung ist auch bei Hitze angenehm kühl. Sie sieht fast noch besser aus als auf den Fotos! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar. Es gab keine Seife, kein Duschgel. Es sah alles sauber aus, aber der Fußboden war unglaublich dreckig. Die Klamotten unseres Babys waren komplett schwarz, wenn es dort gekrabbelt ist. Es wurde gesaugt oder gekehrt, aber mit großer Sicherheit schon sehr lange nicht mehr gewischt. Die Kissen müssten ausgetauscht werden - Se waren total knubbelig. .

El alojamiento estaba limpio y cuidado, con todas las comodidades necesarias.La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo y bien comunicada. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar,destacando la atencion de Pauline y Fabio.El proceso de check-in y check-out fue rápido y sencillo. Como punto a mejorar, la ducha no contaba con alcachofa flexible, lo que resultó un poco incómodo durante el uso. Sería un detalle sencillo de mejorar que aumentaría bastante la comodidad para los huéspedes
• Juergen (7/5): Wunderbare Lage - Das Apartment befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Piazza Navona umgeben von sehr schönen Straßen/ Gassen mit vielen Cafés, Läden und Restaurants, im rückwärtigen Gebäude einer Sprachschule. Die Lage ist wunderbar, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und schön renoviert. Wir konnten nach vorheriger Absprache schon früher einchecken, was sehr komfortabel war. Das zugesandte Video half uns, den Schlüssel und den Eingang der Wohnung zu finden. Leider ließen sich die Fenster nicht vollständig schließen. Wir haben uns damit arrangiert, aber es war deshalb sehr laut und leider im März auch entsprechend kalt - trotz Heizung über Klimaanlage und Zusatzheizung. Mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten für Koffer und Aufhänger für Kleidung/ Handtücher würden den Wohnkomfort u.E. erhöhen.

The condition of this accommodation was completely unacceptable and far below the standard advertised. It is very clear that this property is being rented purely for profit, with little to no care for guest comfort or safety. Frankly, if the owners or management had to stay in this apartment themselves, I am certain they would not tolerate these conditions for even one night. I am a long-standing and loyal customer of Booking.com and have never had to raise a complaint before. This experience, however, was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I expect a clear explanation and a proper solution. I strongly suggest that you send an inspector or a “secret guest” to this property to experience the conditions firsthand. Please see the detailed list of issues below: Main Bedroom • Air conditioning/heating does not work • An electric heater was provided instead, which was insufficient and the room remained cold Kitchen • Only 3 pasta bowls provided • 4 mugs, one with a broken handle • Only 2 drinking glasses for an apartment advertised for 4 people • No proper kitchen knife to cut vegetables or meat (had to use a steak knife) • No chopping board (had to use a plate) • Kitchen window requires force to open and clearly needs servicing Bathroom / Toilet • Toilet seat is extremely loose • Mirror is cracked at the bottom corner • No toilet paper holder Electricity Issue • Power went out at approximately 7:15 a.m.

• Alexanda (10/5): Wonderful - This location is great - a building with other private properties and some small offices; up to 20-25 min walking distance to all major sights. The area is quiet at night, so we had a comfortable stay. Plenty of caffès and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious, the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The heaters did not provide enough warmth, but we used the two air conditioning systems to bring the temperature up, so no dislikes.

La finestra de l’habitació principal/sala d’estar no tancava bé, i això ha provocat que al mes de novembre passessim fred tot i posar la calefacció. Això també comportava molt soroll provinent del carrer. La wifi no funciona bé. La taula de la cuina és molt dèbil i amb un plat a sobre semblava que hagués de caure.

• Amy (7/5): Lovely short city break in Rome - Main room is lovely and spacious and the sofa bed feels like a full double. 2 bathrooms which was nice as a group of 3 and it is perfectly located to walk to every attraction. The streets around are beautiful with lots of cute cafes/restaurants and the host met us early so we could leave our belongings. Quiet on an evening too. Second bathroom has a damp smell, other than that the property is perfect for a city break in Rome!

• Ancoizaan (9/5): Huge aircon'd apartment with great amenities! - Big spacious apartment perfectly suited for 3 people, with aircon (which is absolutely necessary in the heat of summer!). The location was ideal: not too busy but close to many good restaurants and bus stops to get to all the main attractions. Checkin was straight forward and host gave some recommendations of places to visit nearby. Pillows could be more comfortable but not the end of the world.

Location is perfect to go around the city from Coloseo to Vatican, all attractions are walking distance from appartment. Appartment is near numerous restaurants and bars, but in private square... perfect. Our host Pauline was also perfect, she helped us book the taxi on Easter day, answered all questions in gentile way, made numerous reccomandations to make our stay pleasent. Thank you, we enjoyed!

• Olena (9/5): The location is absolutely amazing! - The location is absolutely amazing! The accommodation is situated on a beautiful street with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. It was very convenient to explore the city on foot: just 15-20 minutes to St. Peter's Basilica and around 30 minutes to the Colosseum. The apartment itself is very spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen, which was a big advantage. Although the building is quite old, there were no issues with utilities. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would gladly come back again! The floor can be quite cold, so bringing slippers is a good idea.

There is no shelf in the bathroom for your cosmetics, so we used a chair from the dining area to store it. Also, I didn't notice that there is no washing machine, but a very good laundry service is in 3 minutes' distance.

Someone said that there was very loud in the night during their stay, but we didn’t hear a lot of noises which made our stay uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very quick response to all questions. Sofa bed a little bit noisy, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The two-room apartment is spatious. The closing and the opening of the old door was challenging. The bed linens were old and with holes. The beds were uncomfortable due to the old mattresses. The kitchen water tap was loose. The apartment was minimally equipped and furnished.

• Marcelo (9/5): Excellent. - The location was superb, one of the best gelaterias just a 5 min walk away. Everything at walking distance, and the cobblestone streets were just majestic. There's a few bars real close that cater to young people, and they go on for hours on weekends. The room is not sound proof, so you do the math... but just on weekends, the rest is fine.
