Our host was very communicative to our questions. It's a big city that is busy at all times. There is always some sort of noise going on.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to the metro, making it easy to get to the city centre and explore Rome. There are plenty of great places nearby for food and coffee, which made mornings really enjoyable. Mirko was an excellent host — very helpful, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. His recommendations for coffee and places to eat were spot on. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

C’è l’ascensore e la cucina ha l’attrezzatura necessaria per cucinare. Conad supermercato a 50 m aperto fino alle 21. Tutto benissimo, pulitissimo e perfetto. Tutto bene.

• Amira (10/5): Good stay October 2025 - Wonderful apartment! 🏡 Our stay was very pleasant – the apartment is well-equipped, spacious, quiet, and beautifully designed. It’s located about 20–25 minutes from the city center by public transport, but the transportation is very convenient – both bus and metro stations are nearby, so getting around is easy. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and full of great restaurants and cafés. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay in Rome! 🌟 October 2025

• Stefanie (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft - Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Sie ist ca. 2 km vom Colosseum entfernt. In der Nähe der Unterkunft sind viele Restaurants und eine U-Bahn Station. Mirko ist sehr nett, war vorab und auch vor Ort erreichbar, hat uns Vorschläge zu Restaurant gemacht und uns auch den Transfer vermittelt. Es ist etwas hellhörig im Haus

• James (10/5): I would recommend this apartment. The host was really responsive and helpful. - The location was fantastic, right next to the Metro station. There were many restaurants around us and the apartment was really close to many of the attractions we wanted to see when using the Metro. There is an excellent supermarket next door which was great. There was really easy parking next door which only costs €20 per day and the garage offered electric vehicle charging so we could leave with a charged car with no hassle. This was the best place we stayed on our European road trip.

• Kishan (8/5): Enjoyed our stay in Rome. - Apartment is very big, three bedrooms, one with an en-suite. It is one minute from a metro station which makes getting into the centre very easy. Also lots of good eating and drinking options nearby. Mirko was very helpful during our stay. There was a lot of noise on the street at night, till late.

• Tracy (9/5): Superb - Beds were comfy, and we had all the necessities you'd need. I wish that we could have watched TV in English or with at least subtitles, but the TV needed a code to make changes, so that didn't happen. When you have a parent who's 70 and wants to stay back from the younger people going out, that would have helped to give them at least something to do. The metro was right outside the door, just about 1 minute away, so that was nice, and it took us to a lot of sight seeing points. That was nice. There are a lot of gelato shops and little restaurants and mini marts in case you needed milk or anything for breakfast. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and Mirko was just as sweet and cute as could be! The only thing was that in my particular bedroom, the air conditioner would kick on to start and wouldn't continue like the other rooms that got very cool. But I was still comfortable. You could hear people outside, even late into the night at like 2 & 3 am during the week and I even had the windows and shutters closed, but not signs proof, but I was able to fall asleep and sleep through the night.

Clean place, large rooms, good wifi Welcoming and wonderful host Mirko U r in centre of city in 10 mts by Metro Guidance by Mirko regarding Rome is also good The lift is small but it's ok as the house is on 2nd floor and the stairs are good. One of us took the luggage in the lift so no issues at all.
• Lelde (9/5): Perfect - Apartment was spacious and with A/C, which was very important since weather was hot. There was everything we needed (washing maschine, towels, hair dryier, dishes etc). Everything was clean. One thing I would add is shelves at the showers. Also excelent location, store just around the corner, metro just outside the doors, also best tiramisu in Rome in 1min walking distance from apartment. Host was very nice and gave us some suggestions where to eat in Rome. -
