- Giorgio (10/5): - Posizione. Stile e arredamento. Cordialità e disponibilità di Monica (gestore)
- Antony (10/5): - Posizione, pulizia, cortesia, cura dell’alloggio.
- Chin Iuan (8/5): Comfortable and convenient - Location was good and convenient. Host was very good and even helped us to carry our luggage up Kitchen tap was leaking. Bathroom basin was too deep.
Felicitaciones
- Victoria (10/5): Great place, definitely recomend it. - Very comfortable apartment. We were staying for 8 nights with a child, there was enough space for 3 people. The location is perfect for sightseeing: you can walk everywhere by foot.
Monica, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. We liked everything
- German (10/5): Perfect Stay in Rome with a Fantastic Host - We had a wonderful stay at Domus Belsiana 16 in Rome. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring Rome. Monica, our host, was exceptionally helpful — she arranged our transport from the airport and also organized our transfer to Rome Termini when we left. Everything was smooth and easy thanks to her. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome! Nothing

- Tarsila (10/5): Wonderful time in a beautiful apartment, in the midst of Rome culture - Incredible host and fantastic location near wonderful restaurants and sites. Apartment was clean and had everything you needed. Nothing. It was superb.
- Valerie (10/5): Perfect location, spacious and clean apartment. Perfect for two single travellers. - The location was THE BEST. It was like living off Bond St in London. Surrounded by all designer shops and chain shops one street away! Right by the Spanish Steps and Spagna metro station - a perfect location. I felt we were in the heart (and soul) of Rome. There was some street noise at night which necessitated the purchase of ear plugs for the person sleeping on the sofa bed. The bedroom, at the back of the property, was peaceful.

- Stefano (10/5): Ottima location centralissima - Appartamento molto bello, ben arredato, centralissimo. Monica è stata accogliente e gentilissima. Nulla

- Inna (10/5): -
- Rebekah (10/5): Great central property - Central property, with all the amenities we needed (including a washing machine). The host was great and accommodated our changed arrival time due to train delays. Also loved having the bedroom separate from the lounge.
- Paolo (10/5): - Posizione, pulizia e arredamento Nulla
- Zuzana (10/5): -
- STAVROULA (10/5): Excellent location - Excellent location in the city center close to most attractions. The owner Monica is very kind and very helpful. She arranged for us as we requested our taxi transfer from the airport and welcomed us to the house. I would definitely choose Domus Belsiana again.
- Sageer (10/5): Great spot which we would recommend - The location was amazing right in the centre of all the attractions which were all walkable. The metro was very close so handy for the airport transfer by public transport. Great vibe lots of excellent local restaurants.. apartment was very clean shower was great and the apartment matched the description. I'm very glad I stayed here. The kitchen is also well appointed and we found everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and we slept really well.. The only thing I'd ask as a tea drinker is some bigger tea mugs please. If you are a light sleeper there is some noise from the elevator use, the upstairs apartment wooden floor occasional chair scrapes and below street noise. This was all minor for us and did not cause any issues as we were out most of the day and were not at all disturbed.
- Yvonne (9/5): Check in was flawless. Monica was wonderful. - Wonderful location. Apartment has everything you need. Paying to have a cup of coffee in the apartment. Plumbing in bathroom leaks.
- Rina Kam Fedotova (10/5):
- Kenneth (8/5): Location and accommodations were delightful. - Brkfast location was good. Stairs should have a railing.
Bkfst decor & atmosphere was poor, as were the cornetti. Cappuccino was good.
- Chen (10/5): Amazing experience with great apartment , great location and Monica is such an amazing host ! - So beautiful the house . And everything well organized Nothing I don’t like
- Lucian (10/5): Amazing stay - Absolutely everything was fantastic. The location is excellent, right next to the Piazza di Spagna, and it's about 5 minutes to the underground station. The host was at the location already when we arrived and she was very kind, thank you Monica.
We loved the AC, the comfort and the croissants and the coffee/hot chocolate breakfast from a very close restaurant. Delicious. We weren't bothered by this, but you have to keep in mind that it's a central location, and there are many restaurants on the street, it can be a bit noisy in the evening.
- Πετρος (10/5): Ideal stay in Rome - The location was ideal—close to Rome’s attractions, quiet, and easily accessible for a city-center apartment. Monica was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was fine, though there’s room for improvement.
- John (3/5): - Location is great. Close to Spagna and other attractions. Sadly due to the poor cleanliness we did not enjoy our stay. The room had ants. We kept our luggage closed and did not feel comfortable using any of the amenities. It was difficult to enjoy. The host was pretty nice in the beginning but unhelpful when the issues were brought up. This was our 3rd trip to Rome so we have other accommodations to compare it to, and for the price we did not see the value.
- Manuela (10/5): -

- Wanzilfarlilah (10/5): Lovely Apartment with Perfect Location! - We love everything about the apartment. It was very cozy, clean and well equipped. Check in was swift. Owner, Monica, was very friendly and attentive right from the start and throughout our stay. Location was perfect near the via dei condotti shopping stretch, Spanish steps (4mins walk) and Trevi Fountain (11mins walk). Carrefour express js around the corner. Absolutely recommend!!!
- Prathap (10/5): Exceptional - loved the location, the AC and the cleanliness and comfort
- Janis (10/5): Great... - Great location. 30 minute walk to the Colosseum, Vatican, Trevi Fountain and other attractions, lots of restaurants, cafes.
- Jon (8/5): Brilliant, well equipped base for Rome! - Fantastic, well-equipped apartment in a great location. Monica, our host, was brilliant. Not so much a positive, but worth knowing - earlier reviews mention items being provided upon arrival and suggest these are complimentary. This is no longer the practice. Only items available and in the fridge are provided at a cost with a price list provided. Likewise coffee pods (at a cost) and even tea bags!
A good touch might be a bowl of fruit, a bottle of water and 2x coffee pods per day provided free and to avoid the wrong perception (hotels will routinely provide water and coffee in room free of charge). That said - there's a Carfour just around the corner so no major issue.
- Paul (8/5): Excellent location, good value for money, and would stay again - Bought my own Some minor scratches on walls and headboard
- Stanislava (10/5): Exceptional - location and Monica (owner) was really great
- Roy (10/5): Exceptional - Great hostess. Very helpful and quick communication. Not a whole lot. Noise from the street if I have to mention one thing. But I guess this is inherent to a downtown location like this.
- Mohammed (5/5): Passable - No lift to the 1st floor flat
- Eli (10/5): Exceptional -
- Baila (9/5): Location was great, apartment was comfortable with all amenities, hostess was great. - Hostess was wonderful, available and helpful. The shower water temp was difficult to control.
- Simone (9/5): Cannot imagine staying anywhere else! - Superb location in the heart of a gorgeous part of Rome, cobble stone streets filled with restaurants and bars galore, lovely shops and conveniently a little supermarket 1min away to meet all of your needs. We walked to all the main attractions. The apartment is very comfortable and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to fabulous Roma 💕 Upstairs neighbours are early risers, luckily so are we! (But street noise did not bother us at all. )
- Ahmed (9/5): one of the best stay - it is really amazing and great, I was happy that I booked it, I was not sure between this property and other listings on Booking.com. Unfortunately, the photos on the site don’t do the property justice. The property is excellent; it has a bedroom and a living room, and it also includes a full kitchen. The location is great, and the host, Monica, was very helpful and welcoming. I recommend this property to any family, couple, or group of friends nothing.
- Paola (10/5): Wonderful - Clean, wonderful location No complains
- Gul (10/5): Exceptional - Everything.
Monica was super sweet, efficient and helpful.
- Hebah (3/5): Live in heart of Rome - Clean, location, and cooled A/C. Small but enough for max 3 adults. Note, you have to bring your personal stuff like Tissue and Shampoo that they don’t provide like others. I booked for 2 nights and I arranged an early checkin with their customer care through chat explaining clearly my arrival time at 3am with the date. We agreed on paying extra €30 for that and payment will be upon checkout. After arriving and couple hours, they asked me to pay full night +€30 for night checking while we agreed on everything before my arrival. I was with my old mom and I don’t have another choice to move with mom and luggage in Rome.
- Lily (10/5): Gorgeous apartment in central location - close to everything that we need - Close to all the shops. Hotel is on the main street. Nothing..Everything was fabulous
- Marisa (8/5): Nice apartment with all the pros and cons of its brilliant location - The apartment is quite pleasant and the well supplied kitchen allows for one to make best use of nearby minimarkets and deli. The washing machine a great bonus. As expected, the location was excellent, being a couple of blocks from the Spanish steps and the Metro station. Also not surprisingly, in a very busy small street filled with passer-by's. The living room windows face the street and the array of restaurants underneath and nearby; so, the noise from diners from lunch until late is substituted by morning delivery trucks... Saving grace, the bedroom, facing the courtyard in the back of the building is much quieter (but for the Saturday disco noise emanating from a nearby venue until around midnight) and the good bed helps. So, there is a balance to be made between 'location, location' and relative noise in the summer season. The host was very attentive - both in arranging for a taxi pick up to the airport as well as coming by to see an issue with the drainage of the bathroom sink and a lingering mouldy odour emanating from a closed cupboard. However, we were somewhat disappointed with the response to the maintenance issues - or rather, the lack of it.
- Chantal (9/5): Apartment in Belsiana - The person in charge was very approachable and communicated from weeks before giving options for transfers. The apartment was exceptionally clean and of a good size. Nothing really. Being so central thought it might be noisy but it wasn't.
- Elisabeth (10/5): Fabulous apartment in great location - Beautifully furnished and equipped with best quality fittings and furnishings. Very modern kitchen/living area and stylish traditional bedroom with very modern bathroom. It was a good job that we weren't intending to cook much because there was so much wine, prosecco, water and beer in the fridge that there was little room for food.! (You have to pay for what you take but it was not so expensive). Situated in one of the many old narrow streets near the Spanish Steps with many many restaurants and lovely shops. Close to Metro too. Staff were so helpful and the man who greeted us had to wait ages for us as the traffic was so bad but was very kind. We loved it and will be back!! The street is noisy at night with people enjoying themselves but the windows cut out the noise and air con very efficient. Nothing. All good.
- Johanna (9/5): Worth it! Very happy overall. - Amazing location, perfect little spot to chill out between long days of walking everywhere! Great little apartment We were missing a blanket for bed and it was a surprisingly cold night, but they made a special effort to pop by with extras the next morning.
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, great location, great host Nothing
- Ovidiu (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great time at Domus Belsiana! The location is right in the center of Rome, 3-4 minutes away of Spanish Steps (on foot). The place was very clean, with plenty of space (it's excellent even for a family with 2 kids), with fully equipped kitchen, and even a washing machine. We had a spacious apartment, with 2 ACs, and everything we needed. The host was amazing, and very kind with our requests. We arrived 3-4 hours before the checking hour, and since the apartment was free, she let us in without any extra payment. Also, in the day when we checked out, we had our flight late in the night, and she was very kind to allow us to leave the backpacks in the apartment till we left for the airport, and not needing to carry them around. Again, free of charge! She was always available on WhatsApp, responding to any questions we had, with a very kind and war attitude. We also had breakfast arranged at a nearby cute restaurant (a few meters from the location), where we had some delicious croissants and cappuccinos. The location is on a picturesque street, with tons of restaurants with great food. Subway station is just a few minutes away from the location (3-4', on foot, right in Piazza di Spagna), where you have direct access to Termini station, where you can easily take the train to the airport. In approx. 1h you can reach the airport, from the accommodation (3 stops with the subway, and 1 train stop, of 30 minutes).
From the location, everything was in reach, on foot, and we didn't use any kind of transportation, during our stay: ~300m to Spanish Steps, ~800 to Fontana di Trevi, ~800m to Villa Borghese Park, ~1km to Pantheon, 2.3km to Colosseum, ~2.5km to Vatican. Plus there are tons of tings to see on the way. Rome is absolutely stunning, at every place there is something to see. Even if it seems to be "just" a basilica, do yourself a service, and enter. The indoor architecture in Romb buildings is absolutely breathtaking. Nothing at all. Everything was perfect.
- David (10/5): Great place, great neighborhood, close to a lot of great sites. - Great location! The neighborhood is really amazing and you're very close to all the sites. Apartment was very well stocked and definitely felt like they took care to offer amenities like a hotel would. You do have to pay if you use the coffee in the kitchen. If you come with a car, the closest parking lot is a block away and 40 euro a day.
- Daniel (9/5): Excellent stay. Well thought-out apartment. Superb location. Great host. -
- Elizabeth (10/5): Really enjoyed our time in Rome this is a great place to stay - The host left breakfast vouchers for a coffee and croissant to use each day at a nearby cafe.
There was a lovely restaurant opposite the property would highly recommend and a smaller restaurant below the property.
The host let us in remotely to the communal front door and sent us the door code via whatsapp to get in the flat.
The nearest station is La Spagna and getting around on the metro was easy can buy a 24 hour pass for 7 euros There is some street noise which you can hear in the living room but the bedroom is at the back so you cant hear it there..
The lounge could do with a coffee table and a lamp or two but that is a tiny minor thing.
We didn't like having to pay for tea or coffee but we had our own so used that. The city tax is 6 euros per person per night but that is Rome wide charge.
Would recommend the big sites Colosseum, Vatican etc which can be booked in advance.
- Anja (9/5): 5 days near Spanish steps in Rome - Location was perfect. Near to all attractions. Nice restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood, especially our neighbours, La Cantina Belsiana. The appartement was clean. Airco is a plus. Bedroom away from street side. We would certainly book again. Nothing.
- Mohammad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (10/5): I really hope I can book this apartment again soon. Monica was so gracious. - I would rebook this property and recommend it highly. The location is fantastic, the space, cleanliness and comfort were really perfect. I loved the washing machine and soap. The amenities of shower cap and toiletries were wonderful as well as a nice strong hairdryer. The breakfast in the cafe was a bonus. Monica was an amazing communicator. The front door was very loud slamming closed when people from the other apartments left in the morning.
- Tatiana (10/5): Exceptional - We had AMAZING staying at this place. Location is super! Our host Monica was very kind and helped us with any request. Apartments are clean and comfortable. Nice design. Very good mini bar with cold champagne and soft drinks were waiting us on arrival at this hot summer period! nice restaurants are around. It is Place to return, definitely!!!!
- Dimitry (9/5): Superb - Monica was a person who met us. She is very kind, patient and friendly. Location is great, facilities were satisfactory
- Gay (8/5): Shared the apartment and we had great four days. - Location very close to the Spanish Steps. Very well appointed excellent kitchenette, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, excellent shower good lighting and lots of mirrors. Lots of local restaurants and small boutiques. Shower room well appointed but a little bit small.
- Serafino (10/5): Fantastic Location, clean and very comfortable. - Unbelievable location, Fantastic location, clean and comfortable.
- Edris (10/5): Overall it is a very nice two bed property in an excellent location and close to anything you need - Location was excellent. The host was excellent and always helpful. Very close to anything you need. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. A bit noisy but as they say if you are looking for quiet place don’t go to Rome.
- Ben (10/5): Ideal base to explore Rome - Loved the vibe of the area and the proximity to restaurants, shops and sights around the Spanish Steps.
Also loved that the bedroom was at the back of the unit, so was perfectly quiet for sleeping!
The apartment had everything needed for our 4 day stay. Nothing comes to mind
- Rosanne (10/5): Perfect - would stay here again! - Great location - restaurants right on our doorstep and walking distance to shops and tourist spots. Very clean and hostess was very helpful and easy to contact
- Grzegorz (10/5): Exceptional - Location is perfect, close to Pizza di Spagna. Apartament very comfortable, with large Iiving room and bedroom facing backyard so Street noise does not disturb your sleep. Nicely arranged interior. All was ok
- Rotana (9/5): Very nice stay in a great location. - Amazing location very close to Spagna metro station and ideally placed to discover the city ; comfortable appartment well equipped. Great welcome and very clear instructions form our hostess. A little bit dark, but not very annoying as we were not in Roma to spend the whole day in the flat !
- Anne (8/5): Great location - small flat but very nice and had most everything we needed (except good coffee pot) - superb location very nice welcome hostess and facilites had all we needed - hostess showed us how to use appliances no real coffee pot like a Bialloti just pods which make weak awful coffee. Bit tacky to charge for each cup of coffee and water - never saw that before. be nice if they had a real oven too
- Kristi (10/5): Great apartment and location. - I typically like to stay in the Spanish Steps area. I like the vibe and the great restaurants nearby, The host left waters, beer, wine and coffee for the Nespresso coffee maker for a fee. It was nice having those things available. Everything was great. We could have used a couple more pillows. Also, I would appreciate a couple of clothes soap pods even if it was on the pay list.
- Yako (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonah53 (10/5): Exceptional - Outstanding apartment in a perfect location.
If you're lucky enough to have availability on this apartment for your travel dates look no further this has everything. Spotless with great facilities, Monica was the perfect host and we will most certainly be back.
- Giacomo (10/5): get what you and enjoy it! - firstly is very cozy and homely, stylish and modern. all essentials are there even for making simple meals. location is just to die for and perfect for my trip this time. host very responsive and flexible for check-in. I will certainly come back.
- Dorota (10/5): Exceptional - Location and the flat itself. Everything was great. Nothing
- Yaron (9/5): best deal - best location for shoping in rome. small street near via del corso. you can shop and drop your bags in the flat. cute clean and modern flat with splended facilities, greate deal. . no safe to put your passport while shoping+ charging you for coffie capsules is little stingy
- Eric (8/5): Great location close to restaurants and bars. Cute street. Would consider staying here again. - The location was great and the bedroom was pretty quiet at night from street noise. However, if you are a light sleeper like me, you can hear the neighbors shut doors loudly and hear the electronic lock from upstairs lock/unlock each time the neighbor leaves. I would still recommend the apartment because most places we find in Europe are like this. Close to restaurants and the Spanish Steps. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with basics. A/C worked well in the bedroom and living room. The bed was 7/10 comfortable without being too hard/squeaky. We didn't like how the fridge was filled with beverages, but only for sale. Coffee was also available, but not included. 1 euro for reach coffee pod?! I might as well go downstairs and get a fresh coffee instead. Most places we've stayed included at least coffee and sometimes water and fruit on our arrival, which goes a long way after a day of travel. Filling the fridge and leaving no other space for our own groceries felt like the mini bar at a swanky hotel, but that's not what you want in an apartment with a kitchen.
- Olga (10/5): Exceptional - All was excellent!!!
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Juris (10/5): beautiful holidays in Rome - Exceptional location, great facilities
- Bknyc2049 (10/5): Bellissimo! - The host was very responsive; the accommodations matched the pictures; the apartment is extremely well put together; the air conditioners worked perfectly (important in 100F weather); and the location was amazing. The apartment is on the first floor (i.e., one flight up), and the living room windows overlook the street - there are a few restaurants on the street directly underneath (some foot traffic, but very little car traffic), but not terribly noisy. (It may depend on what you're used to.) Extremely convenient to sites, stores, ATMs, etc. We were very happy with our stay!
