• Patryk (10/5): Perfect place in Rome - Perfect place for a stay in Rome, with everything you may need for a long stay. Kitchen is fully equipped - coffe machine, stove, oven, microwave and kettle. The bedroom has a large wardrobe. Bed is big and very comfortable. there is iron, ironing board, dryer. Bathroom is very clean, with a washing machine. The main room has a nice sofa and a large TV. The metro station is just 3 minutes away, and a bus stop is even closer. The host, Davide, was super friendly and welcoming, waiting to provide the keys and show around the place. He also gave tips for local restaurants and less known places worth visiting.

The location is very convenient, we had metro and bus stations nearby , it’s a nice neighborhood, lots of markets and restaurants. The apartment is clean and they have a beautiful garden.The host was amazing, very helpful and kind. When we come back to Rome we know exactly where we’ll be staying.

La posizione della struttura,vicinissima alla fermata della metro,ottima per visitare Roma.La possibilità di avere un posto macchina,su prenotazione, all'interno del cortile del palazzo.

We were grateful to find all the necessary amenities (iron, coffee machine, coffee, hair dryer, tea, ironing board, etc.). The host welcomed us and gave us useful advice about sights to see and places to eat. When we return to Rome, we will definitely come back here!

• ela (10/5): Stupendo! - Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Vatican Town House per 3 notti, la location è molto comoda a pochi passi da due delle fermate della metro A, garantendoci di poter visitare facilmente il centro di Roma. La stanza è compatta e funzionale, molto pulita e arredata con cura, sia la stranza principale che il bagno erano molto ordinati e accoglienti, con tutto il necessario presente. Sul tavolo era anche presente una mappa del centro di Roma ed una della zona intorno all'appartamento, indicando tutti i posti migliori da visitare, le metro, i musei, i ristoranti (personalmente consigliamo "Joseph" e "Ferro e Ghisa") e anche numeri di emergenza. Inoltre il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile e cordiale, dandoci molti consigli utili. In conclusione, non riusciamo a trovare punti negativi, il nostro pernottamento è stato perfetto e anche molto economico.

C’era di tutto, supermercato, McDonald, ristoranti carini. L’host Davide stra simpatico e disponibile. Ci ha accolte con un vino. Arrivate, con una mappa ci ha spiegato la zona e consigliato ristoranti e bar buoni. Siamo state molto bene.

He was attentive from the moment we made the reservation, sending us information on how to reach the apartment through various means (public transport, taxi, or private transfer). He welcomed us in person to hand over the keys, which we really appreciated. He spent a lot of time with us, showing us around the entire apartment, explaining the city on a map, giving us excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat, and even left us a welcome gift. The apartment was very clean, in a fairly quiet neighborhood, and very well connected. We will definitely come back! The only negative thing that we have to stay, it's that we wish we have stayed longer!

The location is quiet, near restaurants and convenience stores.. good for travelling to Rome by car and going around by metro/bus. The host was excellent, very responsive and helpful, we felt welcomed and he went above and beyond our expectations and for our additional requests.

• Patryk (10/5): Exceptional - The best place to stay in Rome. Really feels like home, with everything you may need for a long stay. Kitchen is well equipped, with coffe machine, stove, oven, microwave and kettle. All the utensils are available. The bedroom has a large wardrobe, there is iron, ironing board, dryer. Bed is big and very comfortable. Bathroom is also well equipped and clean. It has a washing machine and necessary chemicals. There is also a hairdryer. In the living room there is a comfy sofa and a large smart TV. But you won't have time to watch TV, because about 3 minutes from the apartment is the metro station, and a bus stop is even closer, so you can easily travel all around Rome. And best for last - the host. Davide was super friendly and welcoming, waiting to provide the keys and show around the place. We got a small welcoming gift and some useful tips for the neighbourhood shops and restaurants. He was always ready to answer any questions about your stay or general info about Rome. We will definitely remember this place for our future plans!
• B (10/5): Fantastic :) - I loved the host. Davide was so kind. I organised this trip as a gift for my partners birthday. Davide went above and beyond - I wanted my partner to be surprised when we arrived and Davide bought a beautiful fruit cheesecake (my partners favourite) and left it in the fridge so I could surprise him. It was gorgeous and a great value for money. I also loved the place. It is quirky, it has character and I adored it. It's the perfect size too. I hope to visit Rome again sometime - and I would 100% stay here again.

• Evelina (10/5): Highly recommend! - David is amazing host! Our flight was delayed by 9 hours, so we only reached Rome at 4 am, however, despite late arrival we were nicely welcomed by David. Apartment has everything you might need, host provides great recommendations and area has many fantastic restaurants around. Really good value for money, because center can be reached easily by bus. If I could improve one thing it would be a shampoo :)

• Caitlin (9/5): Great choice for budget travelers - The hosts were extremely kind, accommodating, and professional. The apartment was spotlessly clean and a perfect place to stay outside of the crowded historic center. Because of its ideal location between 2 metro stops and dozens of bus routes, I could easily get wherever I wanted without having to rely on taxis (I bought a 3-day metro/bus pass). There are several mini-markets and supermarkets close by to stock up on essentials and breakfast items. I'm very satisfied with my stay & would definitely return here. There was temporary construction work going on in the apartment above me, but the hosts warned me about it and were very apologetic; they gifted me a bottle of delicious wine, which I thought was a very nice gesture.

From the thorough and extremely informational upon check-in to their responsiveness throughout the stay, they're amongst the best hosts we've ever had anywhere. Just one example: I asked Davide where we could print some tickets from my phone. I was looking for a shop/business, and instead, Davide printed them and ran them to us at the apartment. The property itself was as described and was well equipped. The location was great. There were restaurants and grocery stores located a couple of minutes' walk, and access to two different metro stations was only a few minutes further. The only thing that we didn't have was access/instructions about using the air conditioning. To be fair, we never reached out to ask either.

He met us on arrival and went through the apartment with us, and gave us helpful information on transport and recommendations etc. There are some great local cafes nearby and close to a metro. The mattress on the bed was a bit thin and could have benefited from newer sheets and pillows .
