• Julia (9/5): Kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen - Sehr zentral, Wohnung mit Charme, leider etwas laut, aber dafür gut gelegen. Simone ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend! Alles hat super geklappt! Es war etwas hellhörig, die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

• Izabela (10/5): - Residents San Marino has everything you need to. Location is perfect. Close to Koloseum, Termini and metro. Many nice restaurants around. Host is very nice and helpful.
• eleonora (7/5): Host gentilissimo e super disponibile!!Ottima struttura per due coppie (anche 3 se disposti a dormire in divano letto) - L’host è stato davvero gentile, ha messo a disposizione ina culla sapendo della presenza di un neonato, e ci ha fatto trovare qualcosa per la colazione per il giorno seguente!! La struttura in ottima posizione, Comoda per la presenza di due camere matrimoniali più un divano letto opzionale e due bagni entrambi con doccia. La cucina è fornita di tutto (frigo/freezer/forno/forno a microonde) e anche di olio sale e altro per cucinare. I bagni e la cucina non erano curatissimi. In cucina c’era tutto il necessario per cucinare (pentole, bicchieri, piatti e posateria) però era sfornita di pezze per asciugare (solo una) e neanche uno strofinaccio per poter pulire il tavolo dopo aver finito di mangiare. Il detersivo a disposizione della cucina credo fosse bagnoschiuma non detersivo piatti. Nei bagni solo 1 paio di rotoli a bagno ed essendo in 6 persone per 4 giorni e 3 notti, sono bastati a malapena. Diano letto e cuscini davvero scomodi!

• Francesca (8/5): - La posizione comodissima, vicinissima al Colosseo e ai fori Imperiali, la casa ampia, comoda per cinque persone, la comunicazione con il proprietario ottima e immediata.

• Feisty03 (10/5): We all enjoyed our three night stay there. - This well appointed flat was clean and comfortable. The showers were excellent, lots of pressure and plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for us, close to Cavour Metro and withini an easy walk to the Colloseum. Our host Simone was extremely helpful and responsive. There were many cafes and restaurants nearby.

• CARLOTA (7/5): Bien pero mejorable - La localización es buenísima, muy cerca del panteón, el foro romano y de la estación de Termini. La primera noche antes de dormir nos encontramos pelos en una de las almohadas, y una toalla con manchas como de maquillaje ( sin haberlas llegado a usar ). Además el pago de tasas nos la pidieron en dinero efectivo sin un previo aviso, nos podíamos haber encontrado sin billetes encima.

• Marta (7/5): Alojamiento bien ubicado, práctico, básico, suficiente para 3 días. - Camas cómodas, también el sofá-cama. Ubicación, cerca del Coliseo, parada de metro y estación de Ternini. Las duchas muy pequeñas. Cocina anticuada. Es un poco raro encontrar tantos armarios cerrados con candado, en la cocina y en la habitación.
• ANA MARIA (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente para visitar Roma y está muy bien comunicado, con metro muy cerca. Las camas son muy cómodas y es bastante fresco. El anfitrión fue muy amable al dejarnos agua, leche y desayuno para el primer día, nos vino muy bien, ya que llegamos tarde y no pudimos comprar. La comunicación con él ha sido fácil, siempre estaba disponible. El piso está un poco viejo. De noche, con las ventanas abiertas, había algo de ruido de tráfico.

• Varianou (10/5): A big thank you 💯🫶 - The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Simone made sure that we were comfortable from start to finish and provided us with the taxis to and from the airport. He was giving us information to where the best restaurants trattorias and osterias were.   The apartment is located in the heart of the city, and a short distance from the train terminal, the colosseum, and the other historic monuments.   This place and Simone deserve a 5 star and above to all the efforts and comfort he provided us for being an excellent host and a real gentleman.
• Kissane (9/5): Charming apartment - The apartment is in a very good location. Good size apartment, comfortable beds. The host, Simone, was extremely helpful to us. He always replied straight away. He really thought of everything a guest might need, even down to umbrellas. The front bedroom is noisy due to traffic. We also found the living room cold.

• Nicole (8/5): Would recommend to family and friends.. great value for money - Lovely breakfast starter gift which was appreciated after a long flight from Australia. Easy check in instructions and lovely area in Monti. Very good value for money for a family of 2 adults and 4 children. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Small kitchen but didn’t bother us as we went out for dinner. Plenty of facilities to prepare breakfast and lunch.
• Richelle (9/5): Close enough to center of Rome but far away enough to feel like home - Location was great since it was close to attractions and restaurants. Washing machine, fridge, and other appliances worked well. AC in bedrooms was a necessity in July. Owner had great communication and set up a driver to pick us up/drop off to the airport. An AC in the dining/living area would have been great, once home we were in the bedrooms to stay cool.

• Suzanne (2/5): Disappointed with the property, lack of cleanliness. - The property on the surface was somewhat clean, which means the showers and the bathroom sinks were clean. The kitchen was disgusting, hair in the sink drain. The dish cloths left for us to wash dishes looked they had recently been used to wash the floor. We had to purchase clean supplies to clean the kitchen and disinfect the dishes before using them as the dirty dish cloths indicated that the dishes would not be clean. The washing machine was equally disgusting, which we had to clean before using. Looking closer the place was not cleaned very well, dirt on the ledges in the bathroom, under the bed. Old worn out bedding and beds.

• Marisa (10/5): Fabulous! - Simone is a wonderful host! Accomodating, helpful and friendly. The apartment is in a great area where most main attractions are within easy walking distance. The colosseum is literally around the corner! We had a great time here! Thank you, Simone!

• Fatima (8/5): Great location - Can't beat the location, super close to the metro station. The Coliseum is pretty much a few blocks away. Lots of restaurants and little shops around the area. Felt safe even at night. Simone left a little breakfast basket for our arrival which we appreciate it a lot. He was very accommodating, helpful and responsive, overall we were very happy with our stay. The shower door on the small bathroom was hard to slide open and close due to what seemed to be mold or rust not a huge deal though, we were still very happy with our stay.
• Rosie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is within walking distance to all the main attractions. The Colosseum is only 10 minutes of a walk. Metro lines 3 minutes away. Loads of shops and restaurants a few minutes away. Simone the host was excellent from the get go. He ordered transfers to and from the Airport when we couldn't sort it ourselves. Was super fast to answer any questions we had, very helpful and gave great tips on where to go. The apartment is exactly as shown on pictures. Very clean. There was a welcome gift on arrival. There's a mini fridge with wines, beer and coke that you can use and pay for when you leave. There's air con which was badly needed with the heat.

One shower was not usable due to broken shower head and other so small difficult to actually shower especially if you are a male. Both showers had mould and did not look clean.

The communication was very polite, he gave detailed instructions on how to use the apartment and helped arrange airport transfers at an affordable price. The apartments have absolutely everything for a comfortable stay and cooking. There is a supply of tea, very tasty coffee (with coffee makers of different sizes), olive oil, salt, spices. From equipment: refrigerator, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products and much more. Two showers are equipped with shampoo dispensers, shower gel, hair balm of very good quality. Two toilets with a bidet - very comfortable for a large family. We lived as a family with three children, we all had enough space! Two bedrooms with large and comfortable beds and pillows and a living room with a sofa bed that is comfortable for sleeping. Large dining group. The apartments are fully thought out and very comfortable in location. All sights can be reached on foot. There are several grocery stores nearby. Special thanks to Simon for presents in the form of a sweet plate. There is also a small fridge with a paid bar - upon arrival it turned out to be very important!) All liked it
