The apartment included everything you could think of as well as coffee, wonderful fruit amd snacks which was very appreciated. It was SPOTLESS. We were so comfortable there and plan to return when next in Rome! The location was excellent...close to the subway and restaurants. We had breakfast at a wonderful place just across the street. Stop looking and book this place. We were 6 adults and two teenagers and we were very comfortable.

• Mark (10/5): Casa De Rose: Couldn't have asked for a better holiday! - Casa de Rosa was comfortable and convenient beyond our expectations. With 3 couples staying in Rome to celebrate a special birthday, we had everything we could have asked for. The accommodation was minutes walk from lovely restaurants and the main train station. We used the Big Bus hop on hop off which had a stop at Termini station The hosts were SO kind and accomadating, allowing us to leave our baggage with them on the day of departure. This allowed us one final day of sight seeing! An amazing place to stay, everything made so simple and the height of relaxation! Having to leave to go home!

Transport höll kommunikation, höll tiderna med god marginal, var bekväm och trevlig . Lägenheten är bra upplagd, har allt i köket man kan tänka sig behöva, olika kosmetika för första tiden samt snacks och dricka generöst för första tiden. Allt finns på plats så man inte måste stressa till en affär. Lägenheten ligger bra till transport, inhandling och restauranger. Gångavstånd till många sevärdheter. Allt var toppen! Kommer boka denna lägenhet igen när jag är i Rom. Vi gillade allt, men bra att tänka på att det finns en trappa inne i lägenheten man måste kunna gå upp för.Till själva lägenheten finns hiss. Wi-Fi var ok men lite långsam , inga problem för oss. Vi tycker ändå att denna lägenhet är värd 10 poäng!

The apt was in walking distance to all the major tourist attractions and it was easy to access the main train station as well. Check in and check out went smoothly and the apt was clean and nice to stay during our stay in Rome. We would return here again during our next Italy trip.

The host, Anna Maria, was very friendly, she provided drinks and snacks for when we arrived, helpful with tips on where to eat, she provided a map of Rome, and provided us with a parting gift. She also assisted me in obtaining a driver for the day we left. They were very kind and helpful. The wifi would often drop out in the bedrooms but good in the main area.

• Jude (10/5): Thankyou Anna Maria - 'Casa De Rose' was the BEST in Italy - so cosy, clean & beautifully decorated. - The location of 'Casa De Rose' was absolutely excellent - it was just a 6-minute walk to Roma Termini Station, a very close walk to the shops and restaurants which was very convenient for us. It was also close to Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica & Santa Maria degli Angeli Basilica. The 3 bedrooms/bathrooms were very well equipped with all the amenities, extremely clean & immaculate, great quality towels, linen and bathroom products. The kitchen had all the gadgets possible including the dishwasher and this made it a fun experience for us. The laundry machine and clothes dryer was very useful too. The host Anna Maria was very gracious and generous and communicated with us at all times and answered all our queries. The description, photos and amenities listed on the internet are absolutely accurate and we would definitely recommend this place to our families and friends.

Anna Marie and family made us very welcome and spent time making sure were well informed about the apartment and its facilities. They left us with a great basket of goodies which was a nice touch. There were six adults in our party and we never felt crowded. Just arrived at our next stop ,a corporate establishment with the usual minimalist appointments, a kitchen without even a toaster. What a difference to a family business that makes the effort. Your hospitality made our Rome stay even more memorable. Thank you Not spending more time there.

• Shoemaker (10/5): Fabulous time in Rome at Casa de Rose! The apartment perfectly suited our family group of 8. - The very kind hosts were extremely flexible with our arrival and departure times for our week-long stay. They provided us with local information and a lovely basket of fruit, snacks, wine, and coffee pods. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking (although we ate out except for breakfast). Though conveniently located in a busy neighborhood close to the train station, Metro, and many restaurants, the apartment was quiet inside. Also, it had great air-conditioning, which our family really appreciated since we were doing day trips by bicycle during a heat wave. And 3 nice bathrooms with showers kept our group of 8 happy! Everything was excellent, but at first we didn't find the larger size plates (they are in the cabinet under the television) or the clothes drying rack (it is in the little closet just inside the front door at the bottom of the stairs and sets up fairly nicely in the hall between the bedrooms).

• Alma (10/5): Perfect apartment for family. - We arrived in Rome very early, but hosts allowed us to drop off our luggage. Easily communicated via WhatsApp. Upon check-in, our hosts toured the apartment in case we had questions. They were kind enough to have a fruit bowl, snacks, and stock the fridge with some drinks. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, including hair dryers, iron, washer, and dryer. We were a short walk away from tourist sites but surrounded by shops and restaurants. Check out was also very easy. One thing to note is that this apartment is up two flights of stairs. This is our first time to Italy and did not know that the ground floor is "0". The apartment is on "2" floor which would be the 3rd floor in the USA. There was a very small elevator (fit 2 people and 2 small suitcases only) but we did not have access to it. The stairs were very manageable for our group that included two 75 year olds.

• Laura (10/5): Wonderful place for my vacation with family. The hosts were MORE THAN accommodating. 100% recommend. - This property felt safe, clean and offered more than I expected. The check in and out process was quick and easy. I didn't understand that Italy taxes and damage deposit was preferred to be paid in cash (likely my misunderstanding/error). I would have been better prepared but the host worked this out with me and it wasn't a problem.
• Frederick (10/5): We all really enjoyed our stay at Casa De Rose. We highly recommend this property. - Having 3 bathrooms was great for 3 couples. Property was fresh, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. There were generous supplies of everything, including hairdryer, towels, bottled water, snacks and fruit. The property has obviously been very well maintained. Felt very safe with extremely secure front door. Also, Anna Maria and family were very helpful on arrival. Nothing.
• Joanna (10/5): Absolutely fantastic! - The property is simply stunning! It is beautifully decorated and 100% clean. Communication from Anna-Maria was great and she and her family were really helpful. The property includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher which was just brilliant! We had been left a range of snacks, fruits, alcoholic and soft drinks and pasta/ passata. The beds were so comfortable and having three bathrooms between the six of us was a real bonus. I’ve given the location a 4/5 only because there isn’t a view- this is not at all a problem given that’s not what we were there for. The location was perfect for being able to walk to places like the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. There is a nearby station with buses, taxis, metros and trains. We used the metro to reach the Vatican but we walked back to the apartment via Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. Would I stay here again? 100% yes! Absolutely nothing at all! I had read reviews about some noise from bottles in the evening. This wasn’t a problem at all. I did hear this but it was very brief and not at all noisy, just for a couple of minutes each evening and to be expected in a city location.
• Sai (10/5): Fabulous host for a perfect property in an ideal location to see Rome - The host is easily one of the best we have encountered in our travels. They were gracious enough to have a basket of goodies waiting for us, including a bottle of wine, fruits and even a bottle of local sauce, They gave us a tour of the property. They explained the local attractions, local eating places and how to travel around beautifully. The apartment itself was perfect! The beds were the firm/soft kind that do not do your back any harm, while supporting you. The location itself was very safe - and yet in the center of Rome. The kitchen was completely equipped with everything we could have asked for - including a microwave, dish washer, clothes washer, clothes dryer, wine glasses and a tea strainer! Water heater was perfect and the air-conditioners in each room also worked perfectly. All in all easily one of the best places we have stayed in. The host was so sweet, she actually gave my wife a shawl as we were leaving - with a picture of the Coloseum on it! How could anyone be so nice? There is literally nothing to dislike about this place. It may be possible to pick a few nits - but they would literally be inconsequential.

• John (9/5): Nice facility in a convenient location - Clean, updated, convenient location, accommodating owners. The owners provided a training session and a welcome basket containing provisions for our stay. Laundry equipment is much slower than expected. We struggled with the HVAC controller, so maintaining a steady temperature was a challenge. These were minor issues.

The apartment facilities are also very new and clean. The owner's family of three are also very welcoming and help with luggage. We will choose this place again if we go to Rome next time!

Anna Maria and her family could not have been nicer! My only complaint, and out of the control of ownership/management at Casa de Rose, is the sound of bottles being discarded from surrounding restaurants around 12:30 AM each morning.

The accommodation is clean & beautiful, perfectly located near the Termini & Metro stations, including the tour guide buses. The accommodation is exactly what you see in the photos provided. The beds were so comfy. Hosts Anna Maria & her family really went out of their way to make sure our family of 6 were comfortable throughout our stay, providing us drinks, snacks & fruits etc & useful information about what to do in Rome & local scenery. They made our experience in Rome absolutely enjoyable & we would not hesitate to book again when we are in Rome again.

They left us lots of information about Rome, were quick respond when we had questions, and were flexible when our travel plans were delayed. The beds were large and comfortable and the bathrooms excellent. If I was staying in Rome again, I would definitely stay here. We were met by Anna-Maria and her partner for keys and to be shown around apartment. It was extremely clean, and had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and accommodating for us with three grown children. They even had a stocked fridge, fruit bowl and snacks when we arrived! Wi-Fi was excellent, air cond was a welcome after the outdoor heat, and the power board for our phone charges, etc was a nice touch. Vacinity to tourist spots was easy by foot, and close to metro and buses for outer suburbs. The hosts even helped us organize taxis for check out. I am so glad I chose this apartment as it was the best I’ve experienced. Nothing… everything was superb

The hosts were excellent in their communication (we were able to easily converse in English) and very timely in meeting us to provide us the keys, information abut the property, recommendations for the area, and met us to finalize the checkout and pick up keys. They showed excellent hospitality by providing snacks, drinks, and fresh fruit for us upon our arrival. The accommodations are very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious bedrooms, A/C, and the most comfortable beds of our stay! I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this property for your travels to Rome. I do not have any negative comments about this location.
• Christer (10/5): THE place to stay in Rome - Amazing place for vacation with a large family. Great to have one bathroom for every bedroom (3x). Everything was in walking distance, so Rome could be enjoyed immediately. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Very convenient with a travel agent downstairs. Super friendly and hospitable hosts! Easy check-in/-out. We felt so welcome with even some food and drinks waiting for us. All you need to stay was there, from kitchen tools to common food staples. The hosts were so kind and generous, even gave our son one of the books he really liked (they have games, toys and books). it was all great! there is not really any view or window from the common area, but that was not any issue.

This apartment is wonderful,stylish,spotless clean,balanced,very well placed and the owners really try their best to make you feel spoiled! Guess what,they succeed 😊 For those who want to enjoy staying at Casa de Rose: please,treat it as your home,because it deserves to retain its charm and we would really like to come back and find it as it was a day ago when we left! 🙂
• Colette (10/5): Perfect! - The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. In a good location close to restaurants, bars, shops and the metro. The owner had left us some welcome treats which were much appreciated. It was the perfect accommodation for our requirements.
