Guest Reviews
- SorinB (9/5): - Historic site close to the old center of Rome good ratio cost - quality
- Kate (9/5): -
- Alice (9/5): - La posizione era perfetta per le mie esigenze. Vicina al centro, mi ha permesso di girare quasi esclusivamente a piedi I vicini hanno fatto dei lavori al mattino, ma a parte questo la struttura non aveva problemi
- Molly (10/5): Lovely apartment, perfect location - Location was excellent
- Laura (8/5): - Perfecte locatie en dichtbij metro en bus haltes
- Anna (10/5): -
- Sylwester (10/5): Nice everything all right . Full kitchen , air condition - Everything Shortage of wi-fi
- Hyungjun (8/5): Very good - When checking in, the process is a little more complicated than other properties, but it was explained well in advance. Staff are friendly and fast responsive. We had a very good stay for the price. The location is great, close to the Vatican. The overall facilities are excellent and clean. The light bulb in the middle of living room and was flickering frequently. Water drips when using the air conditioner, which is inconvenient. Apart from a few minor things, it's a great place to stay.
- Berni (9/5): Superb - Location and facilities amazing Bad wifi.
- Nargiz (6/5): Pleasant -
- Madalina (9/5): Superb -
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent and the facilities were perfect for our 3 night stay. 1st floor but has an elevator for anyone with mobility issues. Can't fault it at all. Wasn't an issue for us as only a 3 night stay, but the sofa bed might have become uncomfortable if staying any longer.
- Carolina (10/5): Exceptional - Good location
Good reception A lot of payments
- Sathiyan (4/5): Find somewhere else to stay. - We arrived around 10 PM and we were given specific instructions to meet someone there who handed our keys and walked through the check-in / check-out process and collected additional EUROs for our late-check in?
Great Location, walking distance to St Peters Basilica. But not quite walking distance to anywhere else. Lots of great restaurant in the neighborhood and it looks like a party area after hours. It can get a little loud.
The unit was small. Very Small. We had to squeeze through everywhere. Good for an individual or couple. Not good for families. Beds: The sheets had blood. We figured it could be bed bugs or just stained sheets from travelers before us. They offered to change but didn't and left instructions for us to change it ourselves.
Check-in: We were contacted 3 days before our arrival by one of the host saying that the booking we made on booking.com may be canceled if we don't update our credit card from American Express, which they don't accept. They sent us another link to make the payment and they told us that if we did it through booking.com it might be delayed. So we had to rush and change our booking payment method, but I did it on Booking.com anyway so that there is a paper trail. We were contacted by multiple people before that with varying instructions on how to check in and they kept asking what time we will arrive. I kept giving the same answers. On the day of check-in, they called me at 2 pm and said they are waiting. I said I had spoken, texted and emailed to multiple people that I would be arriving at 10 pm. So they said they will arrange for someone to meet us at the property, which thankfully they did. When we arrived, they told us that we have to pay a late-check fee of 25 EUR, which was not communicated to me anywhere. It was late and I didn't want to argue in front of my tired family.
WIFI: The WIFI worked for about 4 hours in the 3 days we stayed there. And it was brutally slow. They asked us to reset the router and it didn't help. This was the deal-breaker.
Other issues:
The power tripped on one of the days and we had to open up a manual which showed how to reset the circuit breaker! I'm no electrician, but fuddling around with circuit breakers is the last thing you should be doing on a vacation.
There is a washer, but no dryer located in the small balcony. It was winter and you can't dry your clothes outside. They could have invested in a washer/dryer combo instead.
