• NN (10/5): Great location and amenities, minor toilet inconvenience - The space was very clean and in a great location for visiting the Vatican, just a 5–10 minute walk away. They allowed us to leave our suitcases both before check-in and after check-out, which I really appreciated. The complimentary champagne and biscuits were a lovely touch. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a microwave, stove, plates, cups, kettle, and fridge. Having a washing machine (with detergent provided) and a drying rack was especially convenient. The toilet uses a button flush system, but it often takes a few presses before the water starts coming out.

• Antonella (8/5): Great compact apartment close to attractions and great food - We were 3 staying here for 2 nights. My 84-year-old mother, my daughter, and I. I shared a room with my daughter and my mother had her own bedroom. The compact apartment met all our needs. Walking distance to attractions such as La Fontana di Trevi. The street itself has great coffee bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Fans in the bedroom sufficed for cooling, and there was an air conditioner in the small living space. All round great value for money. Everything worked. Oh, and there is an elevator. Also, the bar across the road serves delicious coffee and authentic Italinar food A small 2 seater couch would fit in the living space and provide a comfortable place to sit. Just an idea!

• angelica ivonne (10/5): Excelente estadía - La ubicación del apartamento es excepcional y el depto. contaba con todo lo necesario para hacer que nuestra estadía fuera agradable desde un inicio. Nos sorprendió que a nuestra llegada nos esperaran unos espumantes, muy buenos. Además, había café, te, azúcar, sal, etc, insumos en los baños y materiales de limpieza que permitieron despreocuparnos de esos detalles. Lo otro importante, habían muchos enchufes y adaptadores para cargar nuestros celulares. Todo funcionó bien. Respecto a la comunicación con Daniele fue siempre clara y muy oportuna. Mas que no gustarme, hacía tanto calor afuera, que el aire acondicionado y los ventiladores no eran suficiente para enfriar rápidamente el depto. cuando llegábamos con calor.

The apartment was well furnished and provided us with the option of cooking our own meals if we didn't want to eat out. Communication was good both through Booking.com messages and later Whatsapp.

• Joyce (10/5): Perfect long weekend in Rome - would definitely stay again! - The location was perfect for us, only a short walk from the Vatican, and close to the metro station. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, it is very spacious and comfortable, there is everything you might need - coffee machine, glasses, cups, etc. I could imagine staying longer, it felt very welcoming, and the communication with our host was very smooth. Also the neighborhood is fairly quiet and feels safe even after dark. 10/10 We had no issues at all.

A bit noisy and the apartment had shutters on the windows but I couldn't close them (this would have blocked out more noise. No lounge area to sit and watch tv so had to watch in bed which is unusual for an apartment of that size

Everything was very clean and prepared with attention to detail. Perfectly located - 10 min walking distance to Saint Peter's Square, 5 min to the next metro station (Ottaviano), surrounded by a wide variety of caffès, restaurants, bakeries, and superb gelaterieas (our favourite was Cremeria Candia). Daniele is an exceptionally attentive and helpful host, communication always was rapid and effective.

• Cristina (8/5): Average accommodation near Vatican - The apartment had a fair quality-price ratio. Unfortunately, it is an old apartment, with old and outdated furniture. This must be improved. We stayed 4 nights and the sheets and towels were not changed. I think it is an aspect that can be taken in consideration for the future. Communication with the host was efficient, although I did not meet him personally. He helped us and hosted our luggage after check out, with restaurants recommendations. Position is ok, good comute. The street noise is horror. No sleepers, even if the pavement is made of tiles and it's cold. The toilet tank mechanism was a mystery for us, difficult cu use, you had to struggle to draw water.
• Potirniche (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was perfect: close to the metro Ottaviano (about 5 minutes on foot), close to the Vatican Museums (2 minutes) and 1 km from St.Pietro Basilica, supermarkets 3 minutes on foot (Carrefour and Todis ). The apartment was clean, furnished and equipped with everything you need. I communicated with the host via WhatsApp, he explained very clearly how to enter the apartment, the check-in and check-out process was very simple. He also recommended a few restaurants in the area, so we were very satisfied and will definitely choose the same accommodation when we return to Rome. Indeed, the street is quite noisy, but I did not find it unbearable. After a day of wandering all over Rome, you are so tired that you don't hear anything anymore and fall deeply asleep. The area was perfect, in the sense that we did not see suspicious people in the area, we did not feel in danger for a second.
