Hervorragender Service und Kommunikation. Kaffee soviel man trinken mag. Spärliche Küchenausstattung, Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Kein Geschirrspüler. Keine Lappen und Trocknungstücher.

• Shatha (9/5): I recommend staying here. - The apartment is in a residential building. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The host is very helpful and friendly . The location is good — about a 20-minute walk to the tourist places, and the Vatican is even closer. The internet connection is weak in some rooms.

• Jacob (10/5): Perfect stay in Prati - The apartment is located in a very central area at the heart of Prati, close to many touristic attractions and shops. It is very commutable. The apartment is spacious and can very nicely accommodate 5-6 people. It was clean and tidy and well equipped. Claudio the host is a super nice person and was very helpful and collaborative. This place is really a perfect 10 and highly recommended

• Oscar (10/5): Since I was travelling with in-laws and teenagers, this great three-bedroom was just perfect. - Great location, very close to many of the main attractions I was interested in visiting. All the necessary amenities nearby: restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies, cafes. Can't really think of anything that I feel needs improving. Bedsheets and towels were clean, plenty of pillows available, air conditioning worked well, and only one flight up.
• Susan (10/5): It was perfect - The apartment was perfect for our family of 5! Immaculate and well appointed! It was centrally located to visit the entire city. Many wonderful restaurants and shops made it easy for a morning or even late night meal. There is a coffee and pastry shop right around the corner! There was not one thing we needed that was not provided. Claudio was more than a perfect host! He accommodated our flight changes, made sure we had lots of recommendations, and even brought over cannolis! It was perfecto! Lots of room for together time, but also privacy. • Christian (10/5): Awesome stay in Prati! - The apartment was very spacious, and a genuine 3 bedroom & 2 bathrooms. There was a lift after a few little steps up to the first floor. Claudio accommodated our late check in well, was a gentleman and even dropped off some treats which was a very nice touch. The apartment was clean although it does get dusty pretty easily. Thankfully a vacuum cleaner was at hand. The location was good, situated on the main road with plenty of shops, restaurants & cafes. It is also walking distance to the Vatican & St Angelo. You can definitely walk to Via del Corso by going through Piazza del Popolo (most northern point of the street) with other shorter ways available. There was a washer/ dryer combo machine that worked well in the kitchen among other cooking facilities. All in all an excellent stay for our first time in Prati and will consider it again as you're out of the hustle and surrounded by locals not tourists.

The owner made sure we felt comfortable and communicated quickly. We had visited other family's rentals while in Rome and were so pleased that we found this treasure. Some of the mattresses were not the most comfortable, but they were clean.

• Masimba (10/5): Amazing stay and awesome host! - Claudio was the ultimate host, and his place is one of the best places we have ever stayed. He was always attentive to every need we had during our stay. The place was right in the middle of the city but somehow the rooms are sound proofed and so quiet we were able to sleep soundly. The check in was flawless and the property felt very secure. Claudio was so kind to book a taxi for us on departure and saved us €50 in taxi fares. Will definitely use this place if ever come back to Rome in the future. Thanks again Claudio! Nothing we didn’t like.

• Natalie (9/5): Spacious home with access to metro, restaurants and more. - Lots of space for our family, comfortable beds, grocery and restaurants near by, washing machine was a great amenity. Owner is attentive, answered our questions quickly. Access to metro about a 5 minute walk. Vatican about 10-12 minute walk. A bit of a longer walk to historic center, using metro helps. Home has all the basics, could benefit by adding some wall / room decoration and additional pillow options.
• Enriquez (10/5): My kids said it was like entering the closet in Narnia. The busyness and activity of Rome was all forgotten once you ste - Claudio was great at communicating since the booking. He welcomed us upon arrival, provided suggestions on transportation, gave us a tour of the apartment, provided some delicious local dessert, and helped with our luggage. The property had all that we needed to enjoy our stay in Rome: quick walk to the supermarket, restaurants, places of interest near the Vatican. The washer/ dryer was convenient and very helpful. NA

• Janelle (10/5): Excellent residence for families or small groups. - Plenty of room for a family with 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioners in each room, and the washing machine was very handy! The property manager is excellent and extremely proactive with communication, also providing tips on things to do and places to eat. The apartment is a close walk to a Metro station and bus stops. Highly recommend.

• Ann (10/5): Great apartment + great location + great host = perfect stay in Rome! - The apartment was super clean and spacious. There were TV's in each of the bedrooms, as well as the lounge and having access to WiFi was also great. The bedrooms were a great size and slippers were also provided as the floors were tiled. There is also a great sized kitchen with a fridge, stovetop, oven, sink and coffee machine, which was great to be able to prepare our own food/snacks on demand for hungry children. Claudio was also great. He was always contactable, quick to respond and always willing to help. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by giving us tips and ideas on what to see and where to eat. He was even so lovely as to leave us some surprise desserts and helped to book our taxi when we were leaving. The location was also perfect, in the heart of the Prati shopping district with restaurants, cafes and gelati all at your door and also walking distance to several tourist attractions, while still being nice and quiet in the evenings. Absolutely LOVED staying here and wouldn't hesitate to book it again! Nothing, everything was great!

Excellent location, with a short distance to tourist attractions, but far enough away to avoid crowds of tourists and the noise associated with them. Our host, Claudio is very helpful, quick to respond and flexible and super kind. Nothing worth mentioning.
