• Saeid (8/5): - We stayed in Rome for a couple of nights at Enrico’s place, and he was truly wonderful, very kind, friendly, and always quick to reply to our messages. He made our stay feel very welcoming, and I really appreciated that. The house itself had a nostalgic charm, almost like stepping into old Rome. It was full of character, with classic details like antique rugs and traditional décor that gave it a unique atmosphere. I really enjoyed this aspect, it felt authentic and special. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay and would recommend it, especially for those who want to experience something classic and charming in Rome The only downside was that the building didn’t have an elevator, which made it challenging to carry our large suitcases up and down three floors. Also, the bathroom was a bit small. But if you’re traveling light, with just a backpack, it wouldn’t be a problem.

• Douglas (7/5): Great location but too hot in living room! - Location was good. The furniture and decor weee high end. No aircon in the main living area, only a fan, no dishwasher tablets, the coffee pods did not fit in the the coffee machine and there was no toaster , just a sandwich press. The bathroom light flickered constantly and the beds could have been a little more comfortable.
• Philip (10/5): I would stay again. - Very welcoming. Impeccably clean and more spacious than expected. All anticipated needs catered for. Great location for walking to all the main tourist hotspots whlist being far away from the congested areas. I was unaware of anyone else using the building. Some traffic noise could be heard in the front bedroom.

• Dmytro (9/5): Great stay at Barberini Square - Very convenient location, easy to get in and get out. Large spacious apartment, accommodates a family easily, ACs are in bedrooms Living Room doesn’t have a AC, gets hot during the day. Fan was provided.

Es enorme, decorado con mucho estilo, combina lo antiguo con lo moderno y estratégicamente situado. Se encuentra a menos de 10 minutos caminando de la Fontana di Trevi. La estación del metro está a pocos pasos, lo que permite un fácil transporte a los principales sitios turísticos. Además de la facilidad de acceso al servicio de buses y taxis. Restaurantes muy variados cerca, para todos los gustos y precios. Absolutamente recomendado. Una estancia maravillosa.

• Salazar (8/5): Very good - This flat was very comfortable and roomy for 6 adults. 5 minute walk to subway was a big plus. Small grocery store nearby, and pharmacy. Outside the door was a small restaurant that served good food and nearby several places to eat. 3rd floor, so if you have problems with them, not the place for you. Enrico was very helpful and was prompt in responding to inquiries and issues. I would stay there again.
• Leticia (9/5): Overall, location and great amenities. - Clean and well located 2 bedroom apartment met our needs. The kitchen helped so much as we’d prepared breakfast before heading off. Host was always available and provided great recommendations for groceries and places to eat. Location is right around the corner from metro, buses and taxis. A/C in bedrooms only and no lift to 3rd floor apartment.

Host was very responsive, generously provided breakfast items upon our arrival as well as restaurant recommendations. Entrance codes easy to use. 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment (no elevator), stairway dark at night and 2 of the stairway railings unsecured. Noise from street a bit loud in front bedroom.

For starters it was very safe and secure, multiple locks and even a metal bar behind the door, I wasn’t worried once at night. The host was very kind and friendly also made multiple recommendations for us. The apartment was BEAUTIFUL! I was very hesitant but the reviews don’t lie. It’s an older place but it’s so well kept up and taken care of. Comfortable bed, house slippers available, huge living room with lots of seating and dining room space. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Clean clean clean clean!!! I loved this place and would try stay here every time I came to Rome! Highly recommend Only negative is no elevator but worth the hike up!!

• Stoyanka (10/5): Gracious Comfort Next to Tervi and Spanish Steps - Gracious, spacious living room with seating group and large dining table. Two good-sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, and two baths that made the logistics of getting reading extremely easy. Location minutes away from Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.
• Lisa (9/5): Rated 9.7! - I like the piazza location - restaurants, sightseeing churches, Spanish steps, Pantheon and Trevi fountain (walkable). Vatican Colosseum and Trastevere (other side of the river) are a long walk. So many stores to shop! I haven't met the owner but one of my family member did, he was exceptional helpful! third floor, yikes! with all of luggages to carry upstairs. Balcony was tiny, not enough room to hang dry the clothes. Would love to have a roof top view!

The bedrooms had air conditioning, which was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was well stocked and very tastefully decorated. Digital code entry was appreciated so we didn’t have to carry around keys with us, which was nice. Enrico was a wonderful host, gave good recommendations for the area and responded promptly. We had a issue with the TV but he came the next day and fixed it. We absolutely LOVED this apartment and would stay again. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. If we were to be super picky, we noticed a faint smell of cigar or cigarette smoke in the apartment. We are super sensitive to smoke, but it didn’t bother us as it was very faint. Perhaps the apartment was smoked in a long time ago.

• Helen (9/5): Great location, big apartment with spacious rooms. - Out of the main hustle and busy but close to walk to most things of interest. Property was great - lots of room and big rooms. Had to connect our own Netflix - an apartment Netflix or normal tv channels would have been helpful
• Kory (9/5): Superb - Gorgeous interior design. Very spacious. Good communication from host. Has a Nespresso machine with supplied pods. Completely streamlined check-in and check-out. Minor things: No AC in main living room, only in bedrooms. Kind of a weird odor, faintly like cigarettes. WiFi a bit spotty in the bedrooms. At one point couldn't get hot water in the bathroom sink. Downstairs neighbors were loud and yelling at one point.

There were some convenient supplies in the kitchen such as coffee, tea, wine, etc. It is on the 3rd floor without elevator, it had no air-condition in the living-room, for 4 nights we needed more towels and there were not available in the apartment, one of the two toilet-seats was really dirty, but maybe the owner didn' t know about this.

• Tomer (10/5): A Beautiful, Spacious Apartment in a Great Location and a Very Gracious Host - The apartment was in a great location and very spacious. The building was quiet and there was no outside noise from the street so we slept very peacefully at night. Enrico was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. A lot more than one would expect from a property manager. The fridge had a decent amount of food stocked and the apartment was clean. We came with 2 small kids and they each had their own comfortable beds to sleep in. Wifi was fast. The building was easy to get in and out. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 kids and we all had a very pleasant experience. There's also a nice restaurant downstairs but the metro is less than a minute away and the central train station is a 20 minute walk or very short cab ride. We couldn't stay longer

My suggestion would be an ironing board and iron would fit easily in the apartment and travelers need to iron crumpled clothes.

• Simone (10/5): Awesome apartment when in Rome 🤩 - We (5 girls) had an amazing weekend at Barberini Apartment! The location is perfect, beds are super comfy (including the pullout sofa), shower/bathtub with good water pressure! There was even a bottle of bubbly, water and some snacks waiting for us in the kitchen. The basics like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil are also all there! The communication with our host Enrico was perfect - he was super kind and responsive. I can only recommend this apartment! Thanks again, Enrico.
