• Tamara (6/5): Super und ruhige Lage. Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. - Die Lage war super. Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Am meisten geschockt, hat uns das Fenster im oberen Bereich des kleinen Zimmers, das nur mit einem schweren (kaputten) Vorhang verdeckt war, anstatt es eine Glasscheibe gab. Es ging zwar nicht direkt raus an den freien Himmel, aber von dem Steingewölbe zog es nachts kalt (wir reisten im Februar) rein. Das war in unseren Augen ein No-Go.

Zapasowe prześcieradła itp. rzeczy na zmianę - dostępne na miejscu. Dobre położenie - niedaleko COLOSEUM (spacer). Okolica dobra, aczkolwiek nie jest to szczyt marzeń. Dobra komunikacja z właścicielem (ale trzeba brać pod uwagę włoską punktualność +/- 15 minut to norma). Nie jest to nowoczesny budynek. Więc jak ktoś lubi taki klimat to OK. Ale jak ktoś się spodziewa ładnego wejścia, klatki i do tego nowoczesnego budynku - może być lekko zawiedziony. To nie jest to, co nowoczesne hotele w Polsce. Ale tu chodzi o urok zabytków i starych kamienic (jak ktoś lubi). Po to jedzie się do Rzymu! My akurat mieliśmy kilka spraw biznesowych do załatwienia - więc zwiedzanie było raczej popołudniu i wieczorem. Trafiliśmy słabo, bo goście z poprzedniego dnia nie wyprowadzili się o czasie i było lekkie obsunięcie i zmiana planów. Bardzo miły właściciel zaproponował pozostawienie bagaży wcześniej, ale nie zdecydowaliśmy się na to, bo był tam jeszcze inny lokator. Ale to NIE JEST WINA WŁAŚCICIELA, tylko poprzednich gości. Zatem: nie było wad. Tylko zbieg okoliczności.

• Maria (10/5): Sentindo-me em casa em Roma!!! - A casa está situada numa zona super central, ao lado do coliseu, com acesso a metro, autocarros e tram,além de ter farmácia e supermercado ao lado. Bastante espaçosa, possui todos os eletrodomésticos necessários assim como dispõe de produtos de higiene e limpeza. A nossa estadia foi bastante agradável e esperamos voltar em breve!

Apartment has everything what you need: AC machines in each room,coffee machine, microwave, stove oven , tv, hairdryer, soap , lots of clean towels…would definitely come again The smaller room doesn’t have normal window, just a small opening with a curtain, and when the door is overnight closed smell can be” heavy “. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours

• Ian (9/5): Spacious property, close to Colosseum and well located for tram, metro and train. - Well located for visiting the Colosseum. Also close to both tram and metro stops - a few minutes. A little further to other major sites but still walkable in 20 minutes or so. Termini station was a 15 minute walk. Two supermarkets nearby. Property was as described. It was spacious in all rooms. Air conditioning was excellent and essential in early June. Although on a busy arterial road it was set back somewhat and noise was minimal. Neighbourhood was mixed residential and small business but safe and well lit. Good communication from Frederico. Nothing significant. A bit light in kitchen utensils but had the essentials.

Only thing to criticize is the kitchen equipment, if you plan to cook.

The flat is close from the public transportation (bus, metro and tram). Very clean and spacious flat with high ceiling and lots of light. Air conditioning system is available as well. Great staff !

• Lisa (3/5): We loved our time in this beautiful city. - The bathroom was lovely and large, the shower was lovely with plenty of hot water. Location is perfect, 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, and the tube stations. Close to bars and restaurants The second bedroom did not have an actual window, there was just an open space, with a dirty curtain hanging in front of it, this was the same in the kitchen area too. You could hear all the noise from outside when in the bedroom. We purposely booked a 2 bedroom property so our older teenage daughter could have her own space and privacy, but she refused to sleep in that room, which was totally understandable, as I didn’t want to sleep in there either. This meant she slept in one room with me, and my husband slept in the other room. He had disturbed sleep due to the noise from outside. When we informed the owner of this, he said not to worry, nothing can get in, apart from mosquitos, and it wasn’t warm enough yet to be bothered with mosquitos! Not sure I would stayed here in the summer months. The wardrobe drawers did not open, they have not been made properly, the front of the doors come off when you try to open them. The outside of the building is very run down, and the apartment is in a block next to a fitness gym. Lots of young men and women congregate outside the main door to the apartments, all smoking, and it felt quite intimidating. The lift is very very old.

The location was great, close to everything — supermarkets, pharmacies, and turist points. It was an excellent value for the money. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.Also, Federico was very attentive. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and he kindly allowed us to leave our luggage, have some water, and relax a bit.

It is close to a local, well-stocked Conad supermarket - which was handy for cooking. The apartment was clean. The city tax was a little higher than other stays in Italy, but it is a bigger city.

It was also dirty, the couch made your skin itchy , the floor was broken . There was mould on the fridge.

The bathroom was lovely and updated with a really big walk in shower. The apartment also has a double balcony which makes it lovely, airy and bright. Some of the furniture was a little tired but still comfortable.

The apartment is clean, the owner is caring, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is a coffee machine and coffee capsules, AC/heating in all rooms. Bright, comfortable living room. Overall the apartment is spacious and comfortable. One bedroom does not have a window to the outside.

• Tamarys (10/5): We Loved it and will return! - The apartment is clean, comfortable, quiet and just 5 minutes walk to the Colosseum and nice cafes and places to eat. You can, in a short walk access the the Metro station Colosseo(Line B) and Station Manzoni (Line A) this line can take you directly to the Park of Aqueducts (station Guilio Argricola) and on the opposite direction will take your directly to the Vatican (station Ottaviano). The team are very nice, reliable and very accommodating, they allowed us to leave our luggage on their reception until it was time to go to the airport. The 3 of us (husband + adult son) were very comfortable, slept well (nice beds), this apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom, kitchenette and living area with TV very spacious. The apartment is located on the second floor with easy access via elevator. There is a small cafe right across where you can have your breakfast with a delicious cappuccino ! Also there is a “carrefour express “ mini market very convenient and fully stocked! Include this apartment on your next trip to Rome, you will not be disappointed. Nothing! Everything was perfect!

It was comfortable, the apartment is like 6/7 minutes from the Colosseum, supermarket 3 minutes away. Highly recommend! We wanted to clean before we left but there weren't tools for that, only brooms. Everything was good!

• Kate (7/5): Good for the price - The location is great. Walking distance to the Colosseum and a metro station. Flat was nice and clean. Good shower. For the money and how expensive Rome can be the flat is a good standard. The flat was very noisy at night from the neighbours, not much soundproofing. The bed in one of the bedrooms is missing some slats underneath and slightly collapsed one day, we needed to fix it. Although we could let ourselves in with the key from the box outside, it then took a long time for the owner of the apartment to come and meet us meaning we had to wait around in the flat for almost an hour before being able to go and get lunch. Only view from the flat are over other nearby buildings.

Bed was comfy. Heating was good as was cold when we stayed. Everything was clean. Bonus to have a fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine and a proper oven/hob. Wifi was fast. Nothing - everything was brilliant.

Easy to get into the apartment and the owner was helpful . The only thing I can say is that it could have done with a toaster and some tea towels , the toilet flush was abit dodgy and I asked the owner to have a look at it which he did but it didn’t really make any difference.

• Gianluigi (10/5): I would recommend this place to all families children or groups of 4 people, location is unique and staff is very friend - great location, friendly staff, apartment is very comfortable for a family thanks to 2 separate bedrooms plus living room.
