Guest Reviews
- Serena (9/5): - POSIZIONE COMODA, UN PO' FUORI DAL CENTRO, MA COMODA CON I MEZZI PUBBLICI. QUARTIERE TRANQUILLO E DISPONIBILITA' DI PARCHEGGIO. MOLTO CORDIALE ANCHE LA PROPRIETARIA CHE CI HA PERMESSO DI ARRIVARE UN PO' PRIMA E ANDARE VIA QUALCHE ORA DOPO. COMODISSIMA ANCHE LA PRESENZA DEI DUE BAGNI. CONSIGLIATO!

- Tariq (6/5): Nice and cozy, with lots of natural light - The kitchen, the natural light, the 2 bathrooms The smell in one of the bathrooms, interiors weren’t great,
- Lazyja (10/5): Exceptional - It smelled amazing and was very clean. Everything was just perfect
- Andrey (9/5): Superb - Very nice accommodation. We enjoyed it a lot. The communication was excellent!
- Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christian (9/5): Nice and cozy apartment - We enjoyed our stay.The apartment is situated in an apartment building. It has with the entrance three Doors, we felt very safe. Its on the first floor,on the left. Clean with everything we needed. Cozy and comfy. Check in and out was easy, the owner provided us with o code so the arriving time was no issue. The building is located in a quiet area, nearby Villa Borghese ( Gallery and Park). Literally for the building is the Bus stop. We used 360 to get to Termini and from there , either continued with the Bus or the Metro. In 50 meters from the apartment you will find a Supermarket and a Tabaco shop where you can buy 12/24 or 72 hours tickets ( the last one cost 18€) , this ticket will allow you to use daily unlimited the bus, metro or tram, be sure to validate your ticket card the first time you use it at the yellow machine you will find at back part of the bus and every time you use the metro. The towels where clean, but unfortunately had a smell of humanity. The Windows are from wood so the traffic sound is an issue if you are a light sleeper. We in this case where early birds so not big issue for us . You will find in the apartment two hairdryers but non of them will be strong enough to dry your hair .
- Roger (8/5): Great apartment outside central Rome with great local feel - Apartment is in a great location next to Luiss University with a bus stop (360) right outside the door. Place is quiet and comfortable for 3 or 4 people. Nothing
- Rakita (10/5): Well located with comfortable linens. - The location was excellent. There is a grocery store within a 3 minute walk and also a deli with affordable hot meals somewhat next to it. I bought groceries and hot meals for 3 with around 30 Euros combined. I was able to cook breakfast to save funds with the utensils provided by the host. The meals were delicious from the deli as well so you'd just need to figure out one meal a day. The deli is closed on Sunday. The facility was clean and had the most comfortable bed and sheets out of all 4 hosts I used on this 3 country trip. Plenty of towels and nunni was very nice. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would book again if I am ever in Rome. The towels were huge as well and comfortable. Everyone around the location was very nice. I was able to walk to everything I did and catch a bus when I wanted to save time. The walk may be like 45 minutes to an hour but I didn't mind because I ate pizza everyday and needed the walk. Had a little issue with the AC where we thought it didn't work. It turned itself on later that day so it worked out well. I also felt really safe as there were 3 secure doors to get through to the apartment. I wish our homecountry doors were as secure. I will say that in the appartment I stayed in, it wasn't quiet in the onsuite bathroom or bedroom. You can hear people walk, talk and drive by below the window. A college is across the street. The person sleeping in the livingroom won't be bothered by it. If you are a light sleeper, ask for the other apartment. If you are like me, it was fine.
- Roger (8/5): Great apartment in a great part of Rome - Great apartment in a great part of Rome. Restaurants and public transport close by. None

- Özlem (9/5): It was great overall. - Clean, comfortable apartment noise from the street

- Kluson (10/5): A lovely Italian apartment. - We loved the location, close to the Galeria Borghese and gardens.
This is a charming stay.
- Alexandra (8/5): Very good - -close to attractions by foot: 10 minutes to Bioparco, Vila Boghese, 40 min to Fontana di Trevi; also right at the entrance you have bus station( local, not recommended the hop on hop off, is about 30 min away);
- very well equiped;
- two bathrooms;
- responsive owners even on late hour;
-great driver for the airport transfer; For us it was too cold in the apartment. We appreciate that owners are equiped with additional blankets, but it would be better if air conditioning would work on heating also;
- Sintija (9/5): We were 4 people and we were all very satisfied with this accommodation. - Very friendly and nice host. She welcomed us, told briefly about the apartment, the nearest supermarkets, sights etc. Good location, near the very beautiful Villa Borghese park, but not so close to the center. Very comfortable for a company of 4 people, as there are two bathrooms. Overall, we were very satisfied. If you have small children, you have to walk quite far to the center, but there is a bus stop right next to it, so it is not such a big problem.
- Wafeek (8/5): Very good - The size of the home good and the equipment inside the kitchen are helpful. Also, the facility next to the home like the supermarket, restaurant, and bus station are available The location is far from the downtown, and it takes around 15 to 17 minutes by taxi (as family of five with babay stroller are unable to use the bus) which is around EURO 20 to 25 each trip
- Petra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nate (10/5): Rome stay - Having two bathrooms is a blessing. Bedroom was comfortable. Nice and spacious N/A
- Malasascha (10/5): Great apartment in quiet area - I liked that the owner asked me through WhatsApp when I am coming and at the end I was coming earlier than supposed and she was understanding and let me in before, which I really appreciated. The lady was outgoing, friendly and really nice. Apartment is big, with 2 bathrooms (1 in the bedroom), big living room, nice kitchen and cozy bedroom with the closet. The area is pretty quiet and away from the tourist rush, but still close enough that you are practically in the city center in 20 minutes by pubic transport. The only thing maybe that sometimes was a little bit difficult to open some of the doors with the keys (3 doors and 3 keys). otherwise, everything was great! There is nothing I didn't like.
- Cândea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacobus (9/5): Superb -
- Maja (10/5): Short family stay. - Very well equipped. Spacious and comfortable setup with private bathroom for the bedroom. That saves a lot time when traveling as a family. Good location exactly at the convenient bus stop.
- Kristo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (9/5): We enjoyed the quiet location with very walkable amenities outside of the tourist center. - In a local neighborhood not in the tourist center. Pullout bed / couch was in the middle of the main living area.
- Arpine (7/5): Good - The apartement is located in very calm and safe part of the city.
- Buse (10/5): Exceptional -
- I-d-online.com (5/5): Passable - Very friendly staff. Strategically a good location to explore Rome ... ... Still, for that same money you get a castle in Verona :D
- Anonymous (10/5): lovely, cozy, clean apartment 😊 - great location
- Reszegh (9/5): Superb -
- Samat (10/5): Exceptional -
- Juliet (7/5): Cute clean apartment - Cute, clean, mostly well-equipped apartment in quiet safe neighbourhood, close to supermarket Not enough hot water for 2, let alone 4 people and poor pressure in shower.
Sofabed uncomfortable and secured with cable ties.
No wineglasses.
Suggest a drying up towel and some cleaning products.
No English channels on TV.
Long way from metro.
- Ilaria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Regana (9/5): Superb -
- Kim (10/5): Delightful place to use as a base - The apartment was perfect for our needs. Clean and well equipped. Very convenient location for public transport. It really was a fabulous place to stay. Exceptionally safe area. Just lovely 😍 Quite expensive but so is everywhere in Rome. On balance it is worth it!
