• Dario (9/5): Verdaderamente en el corazón del Testaccio (el mejor barrio de Roma) - La ubicación y la funcionalidad del departamento. Simone fue muy atento para resolver un asunto del lavarropas. Llegamos un domingo y el lunes siguiente, se apersonó con un técnico y resolvieron el problema. También nos trajo una cafetera nueva ya que la que había cuando llegamos no funcionaba. Que todo esté bien es un valor, pero la solución rápida de los inconvenientes cuando se presentan es de igual importancia. Para dos personas, el supuesto living no funcionó enteramente como tal. Es más bien un dormitorio extra para cuando se alojan más personas. Las sillas, el sofá del living y las puertas están algo desgastadas. Con una renovación básica (pintura y mobiliario del living y sillas), el departamento sería mucho más agradable.

Leuk appartementen complex, alsof je even een weekje daar echt woont! Ik denk vooral de indeling, het is een beetje donker en ongezellig. En de foto’s kloppen niet helemaal, dus je weet niet helemaal wat je moet verwachten.

• iturrioz (9/5): - El departamento y las instalaciones las habitaciones con aire acondicionado muy limpio y cómodo muy amplio Que me insistieron demasiado con que no encontraban unas llaves y me pidieron fotos de que las deje allí...la verdad es que me cansé de decirles que las dejé allí....no hubo buen feedback .....luego de decir con firmes que las dejé ....dejaron de mandar wsap ......eso fue lo que me incómodo

Aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti così si può tenere la finestra chiusa in estate se dà fastidio il rumore della strada. Posizione ottima al Testaccio vicina alla piazza e ai collegamenti bus e metro. Molti servizi e ristoranti vicini. Host molto disponibili e gentili.

Apartment is roomy, safe, and has potential to be a very nice property if cleaned & painted. - We were familiar with the location and like the neighborhood and restaurants and markets very much. Apartment bathroom was not clean. The grout and fixtures were soiled with mold & mildew and required extensive cleaning. The bathroom and the door needed cleaning and painting. The tub needed safety strips and grab bar for safe footing for showering and stepping in/out of the tub. The exhaust fan did not work and the wall control fixture was in need of repair. Areas on the walls with mold & mildew cold have been easily treated and painted. The owner should invest in their property, improve bathroom cleanliness and make the necessary repairs.

Dwa kolejne miejsca do spania to rozkladana sofa w otwartym salonie. Nowa kuchnia z dużą lodówką, piekarnikiem, mikrofalą i zmywarką. Nowa, bardzo przyjemna łazienka (z pralką). Wydajna, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Bardzo miła lokalizacja, z okien widok na zieleń. Mieszkanie dobrze skomunikowane z centrum miasta (przystanek autobusowy po drugiej stronie placu). The location is absolutely excellent – a peaceful Aventino neighborhood, yet just a short walk from the city’s main attractions, with great public transport links and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Communication was smooth, and we really appreciated the flexibility, especially when traveling with kids. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We can warmly recommend this place to families looking for a cozy base to explore the beauty of Rome.

The area is accessible to all the top 10 sites via metro, yet is in an area that gives you a true Italian experience. The piazza half a block away is so charming. A few of the light switches needed some attention and the main TV wouldn't work but there was a secondary one in the main bedroom.

• Franciele (8/5): Good location, basic but good value for money - Location is very good, you can go walking to Trastevere, there are multiple bus and metro stops around, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with all basic needs, functioning kitchen, so for us it was basic but good. The bedrooms are spacious. I was not aware that one of the bedrooms had a sofa-bed, which was not per se very uncomfortable mattress, but it made a lot of noise when you turn around during the night, so it was not very good sleep for me and my husband who’s a light sleeper.

• Helen (8/5): Loved this Italian neighborhood. - Loved Testaccio neighborhood. Everything was so convenient, cafe, bakery, market. B metro Piramid was 10 minutes away. Easy connections to rest of city. I prefer an Italian neighborhood rather than touristy My mother is elderly so it took a while to walk to metro. The uneven sidewalks are sketchy. We always had to watch our steps.

• Marcus (9/5): Testaccio, a perfect city stay - Getting into the apartment was made very easy with the clear instructions from the owner and host. Even though we arrived at near 2am, everything was very smooth. The area has a great vibe. A local feel with families and tourists sharing the area and it's facilities. Transport was nearby and easy to use, even for far of locations like Pompeii. The host answered all our questions promptly and guided us in the right direction, even during strike action by the transport network. A great spot There was no welcome pack, of milk, tea, coffee etc. That would have been a nice addition, but shops are so nearby it wasn't to much of an issue

Thank you Simone. A freshening of the painting in the apartment would be a good thing. I have nothing to complain about the owner.

• Ben (7/5): Good - We liked the area. Felt safe and friendly with an amazing pizzeria across the road. The apartment was also spacious. Good location for the main site, could walk to the Colosseum in 30 mins. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped, missing key utensils. And the shower seemed to be broken, bad water pressure. And a strange smell from the toilet after it was flushed maybe an issue with the pipes.

Kitchen well furnished. Characteristic alartment I confirm problems with the shower and the sofa bed was not comfortable at all - but for few days that’s fine :)
