Guest Reviews
- Ehrich (9/5): We had a great time in Rome. - Located centrally. Nicoló, the host, was very friendly and accommodating. We travelled as 3 adults and the place is a bit too small for 3. Would be perfect if the 3rd person was a child. There were only fans, no aircons, which was a bit unfortunate as it was in the middle of a heatwave.
- Mladenovic (7/5): The apartment met all the needs for a stay of a few days. - Location, terrace, welcome and goodbye breakfast
- Hoxholli (8/5): Very good -
- Nikola (10/5): Exceptional -
- Isabel (6/5): Very central, perfect for a city break - The host was fantastic, so approachable and helpful. Location was also amazing, really central and everything was walkable. Terrace was great as was the surprise brekkie :) Bathroom is very dated and small, quite mouldy. The sofa bed was also very uncomfortable
- Faith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorna (9/5): Absolutely loved Rome, Nicolò and his apartment. - Perfect location. Quiet area but so close to whatever you want to see in Rome.
3 minutes from the river. 10 minutes from the Vatican. 20 minutes from the Colosseum.
Charming little apartment. Everything we needed. Fully fitted kitchen, really comfy bed, albeit a bit quirky, which was fun. As much hot water as you want for a a good shower. As we were there in November it was lovely to walk into a warm apartment thanks to the heating. There is also a great little terrace. Perfect for a bit of private outside space.
With Nicolò as your host and his apartment, I hope you'll have as great a time as we did. We wish we could have spent longer there!
- Нели (6/5): Not good - Only the location. There only clean towels. It was not clean, the whole apartment is not good. There were problems with hot water. Owner was kind, but the place is not maintained correctly.
- Nina (7/5): Pleasant stay!! - The space was comfortable and commuting to the center was easy. The host was very kind and it was a pleasant surprise for us that the breakfast was added to our stay when we arrived. The bed in the bedroom was big and comfortable. The space and equipment definitely needs an improvement. In the bathroom there was no wastebasket and there was rust and mold in many places. The coffee maker had salt and we didn't use it. Also the sofa bed in the living room sank and was not at all comfortable to sleep on.
- Victoria (8/5): Very good - Great location. Near to public transport so really easy to get around Rome.
Host waa great. Shared lots of tips with us before arrival about where to eat etc. Only disappointment was no towels until the evening before we left.
- Peter (2/5): There are much better places for a similar price in this area. - Our host was a very nice person. Very friendly and helpful. The property was not what we expected after seeing the pictures and it's rating of three and a half stars. When we arrived there we were disappointed with the state of the place. We did not stay here for our booked period, instead we found another hotel close by and paid the same amount for a much better experience. This is more of a backpackers hostel accommodation.
- Yana (10/5): Rome - We were impressed by hospitality of the owner, he was always to answer any questions.
The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring city center as it really close to it. Nice, light and comfortable apartment.
- Arvind (9/5): Location is very good, property had everything which required for family to stay and cook. - Location is very good, property had everything which required for family to stay and cook. Nothing to dislike
- Wayne (1/5): Bad - The location is perfect Dirty for a holiday let webs stains shower Dirty water comes cold bathroom accessories rusted widows with tape to stop the draft draft yard door don't lock properly draft get in and more I wouldn't recommend it a hostel is better
- Svitlana (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, nice flat and garden. Great host! Very caring. Thank you so much for the stay.
- Prateek (9/5): Cute apartment in prime location with very welcoming host Nicolo. Allora !! - Nicolo was very welcoming, talkative and explained finest details.
Very cute apartment, all white having small cute decorative items.
Giant entrance, big heavy doors.
Big balcony with seating.

Bathtub: No
Room: Cozy, not much sunlight, joint bed.
Room View: Other apartments backside.
Parking: Paid Parking on street, Sunday Free
Breakfast: NA
Connectivity: Every site was nearby and walkable. Bathroom w/d toilet was a bit small.
- Justyna (7/5): Good - Very good localization, nice staff, very quick check in and check out. Enough space for 2 people, 3 people little to small. The kitchen included, can prepare dinner and breakfast. Coffee is very good. Very small bathroom, no shower curtain, no toilet paper, poor and old kitchen equipment. no big knife, cutting board, water kettle should be thrown out and replaced with a new one.
- R (9/5): Nice option in the very heart of Rome - The location, dining options in the area, alimentari, etc were exceptional. Nicolò was very cordial and helpful. We were a bit warm, but slept well and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I live in Italy, but my daughters were visiting from the States, so the absence of air conditioning was a bit uncomfortable for them, but the fans were good enough. A trash can would be a nice addition, but the public recycle bins are just 50 meters down the street, so not a big deal. Overall, we were happy to be there.
- Harry (8/5): fantastic find and great location - great location and lots of amenities A but cold at times, wrong pin on google maps
- Nuno (9/5): Superb -
- Ukegbu (9/5): Superb -
- Villina (8/5): Very good - The best thing was that the apartment is only 15 min walk from Vatican and on a close distance from others places.
The owner of the apartment is very friendly and kind man who helped us with the right info for buses, places where to eat and ....
The apartment was comfortable and with everything needed for a stay.
- Sencer (5/5): Passable - Location and Nicolo’s hosting. The house isn’t enough clean. Especially sofa, bathroom and bed should be changed or restored.
- Laura (9/5): great value for money - Nico was splendid! A great host who gave us valuable tips and answered right away to our inquiries. Location of the apartment was excellent, the apartment was clean and it had all the necessary things. Wifi didn’t work well all the time and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but was ok.
- Tamara (7/5): Good - The location was very good, the host Nicolo was incredibly kind and friendly, and sent us a list of where to go, to eat, what to see etc. The apartment was nice, and it had everything needed for living, and even more. The sink in the toilet was clogged and we had to use bathtub.
- Bernardo (10/5): Outstanding location - Great stay. The location is wonderful, close to the metro, Castle Saint Angelo, the Vatican and within 30-40 minutes walk of the Colosseum. Within 3 minutes walk there are shops, restaurants and everything you need really. The property itself is very comfortable, with some space outside even. Last but not least, Nicolo is a wonderful host. He was kind enough to bring some pizza and beer, always welcome after a long journey.
- Louise (7/5): Good -
