• Giacomo (7/5): - La struttura è molto grande e comoda per raggiungere sia la stazione di Roma Termini che il centro città L’appartamento è mal tenuto e si nota che non viene fatta manutenzione , le docce erano piene di calcare quindi l’acqua faceva fatica a scendere

• migdari (10/5): - La signora e stata molto disponibile e gentile e ci ha salvato di una prenotazione cancellata. Sinceramente e stato meglio per noi, l'appartamento era grandissimo ed spazioso, tutto pulito,due bagni, cucina attrezzata, tv in ogni stanza. Siamo stati veramente bene

• Rita (3/5): Mi sajnos csalódtunk - Jó helyen volt, a reppublica metromegállótól 10 perces sétára. A termini is elég közel volt, ahová a vonatunk érkezett. Gyors és online becsekkolás volt, a kulcsot egy széfből vehettük ki. És 11 órától betehettük a csomagjainkat, ami nagy segítség volt. A lakás egyáltalán nem olyan, mint a képeken. Egy nagyon lelakott és elhanyagolt lakást. Az utcára néző ablakot a szobában egyáltalán nem lehetett becsukni(!), a paplanok nagyon koszosak voltak, a lakás maga is koszos volt. A konnektorok nem működtek, a konyhai edények minősíthetetlen állapotban voltak. Kávéfőző sem működött. Ezzel kapcsolatban kértünk segítséget, de a házigazda sajnos azután, hogy kifizettük mindent már nem kommunikált velünk, csak a kicsekkolásra reagált. A fürdőszoba penészes, vízköves és büdös volt, a csapokban nem volt víznyomás, és időnkét a meleg víz is elfogyott. A vízforraló tetejét sem lehetett lecsukni. Az konyhai elszívó rettenetesen mocskos volt. És az egész lakásban folyamatos csatornaszag volt.

• Imer (6/5): - Ich hatte keinen Frühstück Die Türen könnte man reparieren weil es sind in die Jahre gekommen. Es sieht halt nicht gleich wie auf den Fotos, aber ich habe das bekommen was ich erwartet habe. Es is auch halt ein altes Gebäude, und mann muss Erwartungen etwas runterschrauben. Zum Übernachten ist es gut.
• Serena (2/5): Deludente - Posizione strategica e zona ben servita. Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto perché la realtà è differente. L’appartamento è sporco, pieno di polvere e poco curato. Il tanfo nei bagni per via della fognatura è terribile. I letti sono bassi e i materassi sono vecchissimi (riscontrate macchie sospette). I cuscini non sono dei veri cuscini, impacchettano i cuscini del divano e li piazzano sui letti. Casualmente mi è cascato un orecchino per terra e sono stata costretta a sbirciare sotto il letto: gomitoli di polvere, carte varie e calze di precedenti ospiti. Televisori non funzionanti e prese sgangherate con cavi elettrici non protetti. L’acqua calda impiega molto tempo per arrivare, quindi se vai di fretta ti tocca la doccia ghiacciata. Host assente e poco cordiale.

• Raquel (1/5): Nada recomendable. Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad - Por decir algo la ubicación Nada. A menos de 8 horas de la llegada, tuve que contactar con Booking porque no contestaban a los mensajes, para saber a qué hora podíamos hacer el check in y donde recoger las llaves. El apartamento no corresponde con las fotos, esas fotos son de hace mucho tiempo, el apartamento no está cuidado, las lamas de la cama estaban rota, la intentamos arreglar para poder dormir y se volvía a romper, el enchufe del baño descolgado y roto, uno de los secadores cortado el enchufe, el apartamento, muy sucio, es decir poco, allí no han limpiado desde hace siglos. La cafetera rota. Escribo para comentar todo e informar del estado de todo, y la atención nula.

• Reshma (4/5): Disappointed, dated and dirty. - There was nothing to like. The apartment is dated and old. The beds are old and saggy. We got bed bug bites. There was no hand soap. The apartment is dusty and unclean. The host is mannerless and rude.

• Kirishath (4/5): Okay for big groups who want to explore Rome - Host was responsive and informative. The location of property is good - about a 15 minute walk from Roma Termini station. Host told us we can come early to leave bags - which was helpful given check in was 4pm. Overall the condition of the apartment is okay - nothing like the pictures sadly and it requires some work. There were a few issues we experienced such as a broken bed (which we were able to fix) & the heater in the small bathroom falling over. This alongside a few other smaller issues, caused us abit of discomfort however, as we didnt spent too long in the apartment, we weren't to bothered. Overall okay for the price and location. Note the apartment is on the 3rd floor with only 1 lift access.

• Clare (6/5): Pleasant - Good size, good location, 2 bathrooms When we first went in it looked really good but we later found out it needed some repairs and equipment replacing.. Boiler kept tripping off, kettle didn't work, hair dryers didn't work, broken chairs at table. No stair rail on outer wall. Not good for people who don't like heights should be mentioned in details. Couldn't easily get out of main door could be a fire hazard.
• Molly (6/5): Location was brilliant and was a comfortable stay, but the cleaning needs to be done a lot better - The property was in a brilliant location, and the Host was great at responding and making check in very very easy. The property was not cleaned properly when we arrived, stains on the bed sheets, rubbish on the floor. None of the facilities worked properly and there was no cleaning products (no bin bags, no working hoover, no mop). The hair dryers all caused a lot of hassle, with one cutting out the entire electricity and causing sparks.

• Maria (8/5): the apartment is great but needs better maintenance of furniture & fixtures - apartment is good size for our group… location is good 1 room has no curtains, 1 bed has no beddings/blanket, 1 toilet/bath and 1 bedroom has defective door lock, the dining chairs has loose bolts and 1 totally defective.
• Pedro (8/5): Spacious rooms near the centre of Rome - Rooms are spacious It could be a little cleaner, some smell from the bathrooms' pipes, the road underneath is a bit noisy (bit after first night one gets used to)
• Le (8/5): Enjoyable stay for our big family trip - - The host responded very quickly to all of our inquiries both before and during our stay - Gorgeous building in an area with cafés and restaurants nearby and close to Termini and metro - Huge rooms, big kitchen and dining table that fit a lot of people was perfect for us. Also very nice to have two large bathrooms - Some of the furniture were not in good condition - No curtains in two of the bedrooms, and the ones in the other rooms were a bit worn out and dirty - Shower pressure weak for warm water The whole apartment could do with some upgrade, but it not bother us too much and we still very much enjoyed our stay
• Diotime (1/5): Bad - the situation We absolutely do not recommend this establishment. after misunderstanding as to the number of guests (for which I take full responsibility), we pay the difference. so far, everything is normal, except that the sheets to which we were entitled and despite the promise that they would be delivered to us the next day, have never been! and what about cleanliness! repugnant! rubbish and dirty towels behind the beds, hair in the shower, dirty towels in the cupboards, torn curtains, a shower out of order (we are promised that it will be repaired - it has not never been done!) and the worst: the owner tells us that he is aware... and does nothing! just "sorry about that" messages. bad times too; the owner tells me that it is because of the group that preceded us out, reading the comments, certain situations had already been noticed at the beginning of the year! and all he offered us in compensation was a shuttle to the airport (which we already had) in short, place to avoid absolutely!
• Afzal (3/5): Good in Location! - Location is good. Close to Roma Termini. You have nearby cafes/restaurant's near by. Host was good and accepted our request of late check - out. Rooms are big. Good if you are travelling with family with smaller kids. Facilities are really bad. Be careful of the furniture's which is in bad condition. Washing machine is not working. fridge had left over food from the previous parties. Air conditions not functioning properly. Apartment is old. Would be better if they work on the basic facilities a bit more seriously.

The walls, doors, curtains were dirty, a lot of mess in the carpets, a lot of dust on the floor, in two bedrooms the curtains were falling down and getting behind the dressers, in the bathroom there was a problem with the shower. The apartment is beautiful, but it definitely needs refurbishing, otherwise it won't make the money. The linens on the bed were just some sheets placed one under the duvet and one on top

The proprietary could also offer in the appartment some products that a short-term traveler will not buy or it's not so convenient to buy, such as dish soap, coffee filter, a coffee machine (not for capsules), etc.

The owner not reply the messages so I have to contact call center and we travelling with kids so she made me worried. We have to waited outside apartment for 1 hour and couldn't be able to contact the owner. No responsibility even we have paid in advance for 1 day to expect early check in. She could made it so just leave message in inbox but she did not. Very disappointed so I will not come back to stay here again even the room is big. In the second room was no curtain so very bright in the morning.

• Christina (8/5): Very good - Everything was as expected. Host accommodated our needs. We arrived early and host let us keep our luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned. The AC units did not kool at 100% . It was still hot in the rooms. We bought portable fans at the host expense. In one of the rooms had a bad odor, smelled like something has been wet for a while and started to stink up, or could have been cat urine. The sofa had a lot of stains. The floors were dirty as my kids socks were black from walking on the floor.
