• elizabeth (10/5): The apartment is fabulous!!! - We are literally only back from my first time in Rome, we were 10 minutes walk form the colosseum and 15 to 20 minutes walk away from everything else, the apartment was beautiful and spacious, love that it had 3 bathrooms, brilliant stay!! I would highly recommend and hopefully will book again with other family members. Host is always available for queries, not that we had any as everything was available. We were initially going to stay in a hotel, this was a step above!!! nothing

The location was close by most of the popular attractions and we walked to see as much of Rome as we could in 2 days. I highly recommend Luxury & Charme.

Nice n roomy for 8 adults and baby. Loved the meet n greet when we arrived as everything was explained to us regarding facilities etc. communication from Isabella was excellent with the occasional check in to make sure all was good. The bottle of Prosecco in the dining area on arrival was a lovely touch. Everything was great no issues whatsoever
• A.G.J. (9/5): Clean and spacious apartment in lively area - Very spacious and clean apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The location in Monti is great, as this is a lively area with less tourists than the Centro Storico. The Cavour metro station is next to the apartment and the Termini train station within walking distance. We’ve used the kitchen for daily cooking, which was pretty well equipped. Isabella is a very nice host and also arranged a comfortable transfer from the airport for us The living area and kitchen are relatively small compared to the four spacious bedrooms, but it was sufficient for us
• Adi (10/5): Register, you won't lose. - We stayed in an apartment for seven people, a couple and 4 adult children - a spacious apartment close to all the entertainment areas and important sites - a fully equipped kitchen - it was perfect.

• sheng (10/5): 一次非常棒的住宿体验！ - 公寓地理位置极佳，就在CAVER地铁站对面，距离斗兽场以及古罗马广场景点步行也就10分钟，公寓楼下就是一个中型超市，购物极其方便。房间内部非常整洁，空调，厨房、洗衣设备一应俱全，而且卫生干净、整洁有序，能看得出房东是用心整理维护的，点赞！ 我觉得都很满意，没有需要改进的。

Just a few minutes walk from colosseum and many other attractions, so it was a really great location. There was nothing we didn't like, everything was great! One small thing... we were asked to throw out the trash but the elevator to the bins wasn't easy to use.

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect apartment for a family holiday in Rome - The apartment is absolutely stunning and was equipped with everything we could possibly need, even the basics like coffee and teabags. The listing really doesn't do It justice! It literally is a home from home. Location is fantastic - 10 minute walk from Termini or there is a Metro station right outside the door. Lots of grocery stores nearby for the essentials and plenty of restaurants too. Short walk to the Colosseum. Isabella and Simone are fantastic hosts and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The only issue we had in our time there was noise from some construction work in the adjacent building. That said, it didn't start at a ridiculous hour and by the time we got back from being out most of the day it had stopped. Obviously this is beyond Isabella's control and is no reflection on the quality of the apartment and the service provided. It certainly didn't spoil our holiday.

I liked that we were met by someone and provided information and an orientation (as opposed to only remote check in and a book). The hostels Isabella was an excellent communicator. She also organized a car to pick us up at the airport which was there when we landed and very nice. The apartment was well located to walk to restaurants and some sites.

• Gladys (10/5): Great Location - The space was clean and accommodated our group. We had a three bedroom three bathroom apartment which was perfect for our group. We were all very pleased with the location and the rapid responses from the host (Isabella) to questions. She also allowed us to enter the property early. There is also a store a few feet away and great places to eat nearby. Nice location. You can also walk to the Colosseum. The elevator is tiny. It can only accommodate 2-3 people depending on the amount of luggage. It is wonderful to see how elevators were built years ago. You also have the option to take the stairs which is great exercise. Highly recommend this space! Nothing to dislike! A great experience!!!

She went above and beyond to make her apartment a great place to stay. The welcome package was lovely, wine, coffee and biscuits, a great touch. The location was great. A metro station across the road, easy walking distance to attractions, and a supermarket right below. A very clean and comfortable apartment for a family of 7. Nothing, would highly recommend.

It had everything , actually more than we needed , love every thoughtful details. We travel a lot and have always stayed in apartments . And this is definitely One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Check out at 10am sharp was a bit rush and were not allowed to extend . But totally understandable as it’s high season so there probably another guest would move in after we checked out . And the cleaner needed time to clean the apartment etc. But to let us leave our luggages at the laundry room for an hour or two while the cleaner cleaning the flat would be of big big help to us as we are big family and had to wait for our car transfer which was booked for 1pm (silly mistake). Not easy to roam around Rome with all our luggages with the kids for hours. And we could not find a luggage storage place nearby to store our luggages 😅 Not the host’ fault though . Just our poor planning !

• Julianne (10/5): Amazing, - The location was fabulous, on Via Cavour street very close to the Colosseum. We had a party of 9 (2 families) and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were 3 bathrooms. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
• Naomi (10/5): An amazing apartment in a great location - The apartment was beautiful, very spacious with all the facilities you would need. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms lovely and clean. Perfect location, so close to the Colosseum and lots of restaurants and shops on the street. Host helped arrange transfer from the airport which was great and was there to answer any questions. She even left a bottle of wine which was very kind. Would definitely recommend!
• Dr (7/5): Good - Four bedrooms with three bathrooms with showers. Well equipped. Fairly quiet. Great location opposite Metro line B Cavour station, which is one stop from Termini. From Cavour it is one stop to the Colosseo and two to Circo Massimo. Line B for the Vatican, Trevi, Spanish Steps etc. is one Metro stop back to Termini. All of the toilet seats were loose and shifted. Owner tried to fix one but to no avail. There was very little shelf space to put things. Bedroom tables were too narrow for a laptop so had to use the dining room table. Too much clutter with the owner's stuff. Almost impossible to reach the top hanger rack in the armoires. At 6 feet I could reach with effort, my wife gave up and left most of her clothes in her luggage. The stick provided to reach the hanger rack was too much of a bother. In my armoire the bottom hanger rack fell out because it was too short to span the width of the armoire. Kitchen counters were full of things that should have been in cabinets but there are not enough cabinets. The refrigerator was the only open space. There is a "book rack" just outside the kitchen entry and it was full of owner's stuff. A small table next to the sofa had a very large platter of candy. The platter took up the entire table. Bathrooms have little or no shelf space. Mirrors do not open, they just take up wall space. I had to put most of my bathroom items on the floor. What little space there was, was taken up by owner's stuff, more clutter.
• Allan (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a perfect location for exploring the Colosseum and the Forum. - Very high specification and excellent finish to the whole apartment. We arrived early but the hosts were happy to meet us, let us in to leave luggage, whilst they finished cleaning.
• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful bedrooms with lots of amenities, the coffee machine was a lovely touch. Very close to the Colosseum and a metro station right across the road to make accessing all of Rome very easy.
