Good location, you can either walk or take public transport to common tourist attractions. At the ground floor there is a nice coffee place with good breakfast and coffee. During our stay it was a bit cold outside, the apartment was nice and warm Nothing really to not like

• Sheryaz (8/5): Lovely apartment! - Very comfortable and clean. Well outfitted. And very sweet lady, Michaela met us at the door. The bathroom needed a shelf and we could have used bath soap. There was a broken chair in the kitchen and both my kids fell while sitting in it (no one was hurt). It’s about 2 miles or 30 mins walk from the Colleo.

• Vita (9/5): Central, exceptionally clean, large apartment less than a 100 metres outside the historic centre. - Central, clean and spacious accommodation for our group of four. Lovely to have a kitchen with dishwasher, even though we did not use it. Ideal for longer stays. Beds were a lot more comfortable than those offered in guesthouses throughout the city. Although facing a central street, the windows were well insulated to block out all noise. Friendly and warm reception when collecting the key on arrival. No complaints other than to mention that the shower and toilet facilities could use some updating. Otherwise had a great stay.
• Biyun (3/5): In general, it's not pleasant, despite the friendly service provided. - The whole apartment has insects; it's quite noisy. The first night the noise came from above, there was work and construction from the apartment above till 22:00, the second night there was a big party with loud music from the next door. Soundproof is quite bad. There's a smell in the apartment, you need to keep the window opened.

• Emil (9/5): An outstanding property at the gates of Rome. I highly recommend and would stay there again. - The location of this property is excellent. A couple of hundred meters from Piazza del Popolo, from which many destinations in the centre of Rome are available on foot. There is a small supermarket nearby, as well as plenty of coffee bars for breakfast. The Rome metro as well as other transportation are also close by. Although the property is close to the tramway line and a busy street it faces on a side road and has double glazing, so it is quiet. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary conveniences. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The furniture in the flat is rather minimal. Although there were wardrobes and an armchair in each bedroom in addition to the beds, bedside tables would be great. The bathroom was functional and clean but starts to be a bit dated.

• Sophie (6/5): Great location and convenient but flat not in the best state - Location is great and the host was very nice & flexible The flat deserves a small revamp as: - The shower was old and half broken (door & handle) - The main entrance door had also its handle half broken - There are not enough shelves or drawers to tidy clothes although there are many empty cupbard which are not usable (they just need to be set up better) This is just an observation but is lacking a living room (original living room has been transformed into a bedroom).

• Ching (8/5): As the photo, and good location. - I appreciate that I have asked if there would be a blender in the flat prior to the arrival, the owner responded with "yes," and on the arrival, the owner gave me a head-up of the blender is broken but there will be a new one in an hour to replace the broken one. It did happen and it was decent. I appreciate the spacious room and the flat is clean. It is a pity that the check-put time was listed differently on the booking.com page and the confirmation email. However during the check-in I have asked if it is possible to leave the luggages until 16:00 and the owner agreed the luggages can be recollected by 16:00 while the check out time remained the same as 10:00. However on the day we were told by the staff hat we had to take the luggages with us. We contacted the owner instantly. The owner responded, "I repeat again, this is not a hotel. I was asking you for a favor," which was confusing while the staff asked us where she should go between 10:00 until 16:00. However, despite of all the confusion, we settled at the end to leaving the luggages at and picked them up by 16:00, as "not a minute later" from the staff. I wish the communication could have been more smooth.

• Gina (8/5): Everything was perfect for a quick, 2 night stay in Rome. - Very good location and parking was a breeze as it was a rare spot where the side street had free parking. We didn't move the car since we arrived! Very warm host who welcomed us even if we arrived at 8pm. And the small resto around the corner of the building whose owner was super nice added to the positive vibe. Flat is a "bit" old. Kitchen and bathroom could be updated a bit, though both were very functional.
• Desislava (10/5): Exceptional - Location is good, 20 minutes to the city center. Apartment is very spacious and clean. They met us at the time that we preferred. We left very early in the morning and that was fine - no arrangements needed for the departure. Apartment has everything needed for pleasant stay, AC in the rooms. We recommend.
• Albertas (9/5): Perfectly functional and great location - It's a very nice and spacious apartment, perfectly located near a metro stop, Villa Borghese gardens and Piazza del Popolo. A grocery store is right nearby and coffee shops/restaurants are minutes away too. The apartment had all we needed, it was calm & we slept well. Would stay again! It could have shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom.
