• V (8/5): - Έμεινα γενικά ευχαριστημένη από τη διαμονή μου. Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε πολύ καλή και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, όπου ένιωθες ασφάλεια και μπορούσες πραγματικά να ξεκουραστείς. Επίσης, το μετρό βρίσκεται περίπου 10 λεπτά μακριά, ενώ πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, μαγαζιά και επιλογές για φαγητό είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός, χαμογελαστός και φιλόξενος άνθρωπος, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό, αν και θεωρώ πως για τα χρήματα που κοστίζει θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο προσεγμένο στην καθαριότητα.
• Moniek (5/5): - Het appartement ligt echt op 5 minuten loopafstand van het Coloseum. Op de kamer is een koelkast aanwezig wat ook fijn is. Meubels zijn gedateerd en niet van al te beste kwaliteit. Tafel is gammel, stoelen zijn doorgezakt. Matras van het bed is vreselijk hard en redelijk doorgelegen, toe aan vervanging. Warm water was er niet, hoogstens beetje lauw te noemen. Het zijn 3 kamers met 1 gezamelijke keuken. Koffiekopjes zijn er genoeg maar misten bier- en wijnglazen. En ook hier geen warm water om fatsoenlijk af te wassen. De kamers liggen in de kelder, onder de grond, hierdoor wordt alles klam qua kleding.

Ce n'était précisé que le logement était semi enterré. Nous avons eu de la pluie pendant le séjour, ce fut très compliqué de faire sécher nos affaires. Aucun accueil ni personnel sur place, les indications nous ont été envoyées par WhatsApp alors qu'un horaire d'accueil avait été convenu.

• Laura (7/5): - Friendly people, easy to talk with, good location, next to Colloseo. The 2 persons bed was OK. The single beds are actually two small beds stacked on top of each other (bunk beds). We stayed in the lower one, as we couldn’t climb up to the top bunk, and there was an unpleasant smell. In the bathroom, there was constantly water on the floor, probably due to bad plumbing, and there were also small spots of black mold on the walls. The duvet isn’t in a cover, just a sheet underneath. The room is in the basement and is quite hard to ventilate, even though there is a window. The main issue was the bunk beds — unless you have small children, the top one isn’t really usable. I would have liked to see clear photos of the beds before booking.

Pensaba que habría una cocina en la habitación, como se veía en las fotos, pero no la hay. Hay algunas cosas que necesitan mantenimiento, pero nada muy urgente. Y yo, que soy alérgico y tengo rinitis, encuentro moho y humedad en la habitación.

The unit is spacious and the shared kitchen was very convenient to have. Great wifi, efficient AC and water pressure good. Excellent communication. We would have appreciated a shelf to pack clothes on as we stayed 5 nights. Not a big issue though, as there were some hooks and hangers.

Its close to colloseo however if u cannot walk or climb the stairs the access is very difficult. Tye apartment is underground and not on ground floor. Heating wasnt great. • Sebastian (8/5): - Lokalizacja to strzał w dziesiątkę! Mieszkanie mieści się w pięknej, cichej kamienicy, a jednocześnie o rzut kamieniem od Koloseum i ścisłego centrum. To idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Rzymu. Dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej jest znakomity – blisko stąd do dworca i przystanków. W okolicy czeka na Ciebie wiele przytulnych kawiarenek i świetnych restauracji. Dodatkowym plusem jest bardzo życzliwy i pomocny gospodarz. Łazience przydałoby się odświeżenie.

• Yoe (1/5): Fatal. - Sinceramente nada. Las instalaciones estaban sucias, la oferta es engañosa. Ya que no hay cocina privada en las habitaciones. El refrigerador está desconectado huele mal y está sucio. Es un apartamento que queda en un bajo. La humedad es increíble no se puede respirar dentro. Salí enfermo de allí y de hecho no pernocte las últimas tres noches.

• Thomas (8/5): Rummelig overnatningssted med god valuta for pengene tæt ved kolosseum. - Værten modtog os ved ankomst, var venlig og imødekommende. Rummelig værelse med eget bad. Madrasserne var gode. Der er kun få minutters gang til kolosseum, og busserne/metro er ligeledes kun få minutter fra lejligheden. Det fælles køkken manglede ovn (udover mikrobølgeovn). Der var ingen brødkniv eller køkkenkniv. I beskrivelsen står at lejligheden er i stueetagen, men den er i souterrain/kælder.

• Camila Aylen (9/5): Espectacular! - La ubicación a 2/3 cuadras del Coliseo, cerca pasaban todos los metros y bus , lo amplia qué es la habitación, la tranquilidad, tenía cocina donde podríamos hacer el desayuno y la comida.. los fácil para realizar el check in. Me gusto todo, lo único malo que la ducha perdía algo de agua y se mojaba un poco el piso, pero nada que cause problemas!

Außerdem ist die Lüftung im Bad sehr laut sowie der im Zimmer stehende Kühlschrank, da der Kompressor immer wieder anfängt laut zu arbeiten. Man kann leider nicht richtig durchlüften, also riecht es schnell muffig :(

• Carla (7/5): Great location, basement flat - Absolute selling point is the location! So close to colosseum and most other sites all in walking distance. Lots of restaurants and grocery store close by. Handy separate shared kitchen and dining room, good for breakfasts. It’s a basement flat with one small high up window, so very little natural light or fresh air. Also being a family room, all are in one room with not much other seating, apart from beds. Decor is quite dated.

The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. The washroom facility could use a small counter for putting toiletries on.

• Hannah (7/5): Good - Great location, beautiful interior, and great value right near the Colosseum!! They also offered a paid airport transfer that was cheaper than a taxi would have been. The owner allowed us to keep luggage in the room for longer after we checked out, which was very appreciated. Lovely room in Rome overall. The ceiling was really the selling point for us! Shower didn’t drain properly and towels were a bit scratchy. The room was a bit dark because it’s in the basement and there was only 1 small window, but we didn’t spend much time in there anyways! There was no self-check in for the key or reception, meaning we had to meet up with the owner in person to get the key - and no luggage storage normally, even though the owner let us keep ours their longer.

• Danya (9/5): Perfect place to stay in Rome! - Excellent location (just a few minutes walk to the Colosseo metro and right by the Colosseum). Beautiful block and such a lovely, spotlessly clean room. Stunning modern bathroom. So quiet, peaceful, and safe after a long day of work, Excellent communication from the hosts. Room had its own fridge (I had to unplug because I am a light sleeper and it was a bit loud, but that is me) and even a microwave, which was such a bonus, plus a shared kitchen if you did want to cook. Absolutely loved Stop Colosseo and would highly recommend! If I am being really nitpicky, it would have been great to have a proper wardrobe/cupboard with drawer space for clothes. There was only a clothing rack with a few hangers and I had to put my folding clothes on the couch, chair and table. But this is minor and I would still happily stay here again!

• Syeda (7/5): Would come here again - Excellent location. Very close to colosseum, metro, restaurants etc. Room very clean. Generally all needed was present. Good value for money. Not a luxurious place but you get what you pay for. Shared kitchen. Basic room. For me communication with Simona was stressful. She tried to help I guess and kept on asking my plans from a week before and then again on the day which was a bit stressful for me. But it’s a nice place and I would stay again. Maybe I will be less stressed by Simona this time 🤭 It was a basic room. Nothing bad as such but nothing fancy either. For a tourist it’s good
• Joseph (6/5): Great location 5–7 minute walk from Coliseum in the Monti neighborhood. Lacking the comforts and care associated with m - Great location! Reasonably affordable. Quick/reliable communication with rental agent and owner.  This is a basement level apartment. The towels were as rough as cardboard and generally speaking overall little evidence of care / focus for traveler comfort. Where is a wine glass? Or pillows case covers for extra pillows?  While recognizing this is an affordable rental in a great location… A little more TLC / traveler focus would enhance comfort.

• Barbora (8/5): Very good - The Location was absolutely amazing with how close to the colosseum it was. We also appreciated early check in so we could refresh after the travel before heading into town. The room was clean and bathroom new even though the furniture has old/historic feel to it. Since the room is under the ground level, it was a bit humid after some time, we didn’t leave the window open when we left to keep our things safe and when we came back it was already night so we only opened it to air out the room but didn’t want to leave it during night to limit insects. I think it might help if left open. For our short stay however it wasn’t much of a problem.

• Allison (10/5): Perfect location! - We enjoyed our stay here, and have nothing bad to say! Very unique and spacious rooms which we loved! We appreciated the mini-fridge in our room as well as the full kitchen to use that was shared between the 3 separate apartment rooms. The location could not be better. A quick and easy 5 minute walk to the Colosseum as well as lots of restaurants and bars. There’s also a bus stop near by which is handy for places farther than walking distance. The ONLY thing I will say, was we were a bit shocked about the extra taxes that we had to pay upon arrival, however that was no big deal.

The bathroom was tiny and the towels were sandpaper. I wouldn’t use for rags. I had to ask for more supplies in the room. It was also advertised as ground level and it was a below ground.
