• Katy (9/5): - The private terrace and lift to get up there make this property special. Only one sharp knife for cooking, and being really picky but it wasn’t very sharp so cooking could have been easier.
• Noel (9/5): Luxury spacious comfortable family friendly accommodation well located - Communal area for family to enjoy breakfast before the day and to relax and socialise after. As we stayed in January and it was wet we didn't use the roof terrace, which is a shame as it would have been brilliant. The host gave some brilliant local recommendations. maybe stock up on dishwashing products and provide some basic condiments

• Malanowski (6/5): Rzym jest piękny i lokalizacja kamienicy świetna - W tym mieszkaniu podobał nam się widok z okna oraz lokalizacja, estetyczność mieszkania, natychmiastowy kontakt z biurem. Dziękujemy za pyszne Proseco na powitanie. W tym mieszkaniu wygrywa lokalizacja, blisko do centrum i do metra linia A i B. W mieszkaniu są dwie łazienki, w których było bardzo zimno. Łazienki nie były ogrzewane, chodzenie na boso było niemożliwe. W pierwszym dniu pobytu winda na taras nie działała, jednak szybko awaria została usunięta. Jeśli chodzi o sam taras, widok z niego jest piękny, lecz zaniedbany - poduszki na leżakach zapleśniałe.

• Brian (1/5): The property has so much potential but is cheaply managed and maintained. It was a penthouse!! It should have been upsca - It’s a beautiful property with high ceilings and modern bathrooms. The private balcony was amazing with a beautiful view. The location is perfect in the Monti district. Dirty sheets. Dirty bathroom floors. Worn out furniture. Minimal furniture. Dirty walls. The interior screams cheap owner or cheap manager.

• Mariusz (9/5): - Super lokalizacja, gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny, pokoje czyste i przestrzenne, świetny taras z widokiem na miasto, mile przywitanie, pełne wyposażenie kuchni, expres do kawy, toster, żelazko, suszarka do włosów. Głośno działająca klimatyzacja.
• Polina (9/5): Superb - Great comfort, a lot of space, super location, friendly staff! 3 separate bedrooms. Nice, cozy living room with big table. And of course Beautiful view to Colosseum and other sights! 😍 Also it is possible to order transfer to airport. We had early flight ,so iFlat confirmed transfer, very nice comfortable car and kind driver! Most of all it was good! But it was some days little bit noisy. But it is central part of the city, so I understand it. However it is 5th floor, so most of noises are downstairs, not a big deal. And I recommend to change coffe/tea cups, almost all of them was damaged.

• Venessa (9/5): Great, very spacious apartment in a wonderful location to expore Rome! - The apartment itself is grogeous! It's decorated well with a modern sensiblity. Very, very spacious! The windows overlook the streets of Rome, and it's wonderful to be able to look out and see what's going on. We had wonderful views of the Colosseum and some basilicas and buildings across the city. The location is wonderful with lots to walk to and visit. Communication with iFlat was easy via WhatsApp, and they were very responsive. They arranged a transfer for us to the airport upon our departure. There were coffee pods and sugar provided as well as a bottle of prosecco which sadly we didn't have time to drink. There's a dishwasher and lots of plates, cups, mugs, etc. A spong and dish towel and soap were given in a welcome kit. Shampoo and soaps were provided. Beds were very comfortable. There were ample a/c units and they worked flawlessly. The building itself is beautiful and well taken care of. The elevator to the private terrace is awesome, and the terrace itself is gorgeous offering amazing views of the city. I wish we could've taken advantage of it more but it rained both evenings we were there. There's even a shower up there in case you want to cool off from tanning. You need to plan on use of the hot water, as it does run out and takes some time to heat up again. We would absolutely stay here again! The cleanliness of the apartment floors was lacking; they were not swept and cleaned thoroughly. The sofas have seen better days. They are pretty and modern, but the covers need to be cleaned and/or replaced as they are covered with stains and dirt. There is a small leak from the elevator shaft into the unit when the rain is severe - it looks to be an old leak as there is some old water damage to the ceiling. So price-wise, we felt the value took a hit due to the shabbiness of the sofas and the filthiness of the floors. Our socks got quite dirty walking on the floors; it seemed they were not fully cleaned for a long time. If the cleanliness were improved, as well as the sofas, this would be a 10. Still, we would return as it's a really beautiful apartment in a great location with so much space. And the terrace is fantastic!

We would highly recommend the photographer! - good location, lots of space, rooftop terrace Dingy, dirty - not like photos. Worn, stained cushions; stained window sills; chipped bath tub; shower head drops pressure during shower; both toilet seats are unsecured/ poorly fitting; guest toilet flush panel popped off; no cushions on terrace furniture; some dead bugs. Any or a few of these are not a big deal, but it is not what you would expect in a property at this price.
• Rob (10/5): Excited to recommend this spot to anyone who asks! - Beautiful building in Monti neighborhood with a stellar private rooftop terrace! So much to see just steps outside the door. We loved everything about it! Be aware you’re in the heart of Rome and city life is always bustling! So you will hear traffic and other sounds most of the day/night/morning. But that’s part of the charm of this location!
