• KONSTANTINA RODANTHI (3/5): Μέτρια προς κακή! - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, δίπλα σε όλα και κοντά σε κεντρικά σημεία Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο και το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτούργησε ποτέ όσον αφορά τη θέρμανση. Αναγκαστήκαμε να περιμένουμε μία ολόκληρη ημέρα, μετά από πολύ δύσκολη συνεννόηση με τον/τους οικοδεσπότες, καθώς προσπαθούσαμε για αρκετές ώρες να τους βρούμε μέσω μηνυμάτων και τηλεφώνων, προκειμένου να στείλουν τεχνικό. Τα καλοριφέρ δεν λειτουργούσαν και τελικά επισκευάστηκαν το επόμενο πρωί από τον τεχνικό. Σε ό,τι αφορά την καθαριότητα, υπήρχαν ιστοί αράχνης στο ταβάνι, έντονη σκόνη, υγρασία και φθορά στους τοίχους. Ο καναπές ήταν γεμάτος λεκέδες, όπως επίσης και τα σεντόνια, τα μαξιλάρια και οι πετσέτες. Η γενική εικόνα του χώρου δεν ανταποκρινόταν σε καμία περίπτωση στις προσδοκίες μας.

• Diana (8/5): Very good - It was very clean. Location was great. Good value for your money. Wifi was very spotty. No dryer in room. Difficult to dry clothes as room was damp. Dryer would have been helpful. Room lighting was not very good.

• Sophie (8/5): The location was fabulous! Everything you need - The location was fabulous! Perfect for walking to all the major attractions. Buzzing restaurant are at the end of the street. Very cool apartment, in terms of temperature. Not much natural light, which could also be seen as a positive if its your arrival destination and your sorting out jetlag.
• Todd (9/5): Perfect location to get around Rome. - The location was perfect to get around town. We walked to the Colosseum within 20-30 minutes. We would have headed over to the Vatican if it wouldn't have been so hot. This location is right in the middle of both. The restaurants are super close, so you'll hear them. The couch is a pullout and the 2 kids that slept there heard everything late at night and early in the morning.

• Johanna (10/5): Superb location close to all the major sights in a lovely neighbourhood with nice restaurants. - The location was better than expected. For us it was walking distance from all of the sights we wanted to see. Also lots of bars and restaurants really close by. Some really pretty streets at the end of the road. The space was perfect, roomy with all of the facilities that we needed for our short stay. A good bed and a really good temperature in the room. Also very peaceful (apart from the buzzer that was rung twice mistakenly). We have already said we would book again because of the convenience and location. The lighting wasn’t very bright in the main space (good lighting in the bathroom) and there is no external window, so no view and not able to get daylight in to the room. But for our short stay this was not an issue as we were out and about most of the day and evening.
• Ana (3/5): Moldy! - Communication with the host was easy and fast. The room smells like mold! In the bathroom there is mold on the walls. The apartment seems to be a former cellar although on the ground floor but with a single window, so bad aeration and therefore moldy. There was no curtains on that window and the host said they would come fix it but never did, so I had to put a towel on the window to keep some privacy from the inner yard! The floor was really dirty, also hair on the sink in bathroom, stained pillow; overall not a well cleaned place. For the money it feels like a rip off, unfortunately.

• Alaa (8/5): Great location - The property is located in the heart of the old city. The building is charming. The place itself was well decorated and had all facilities required for a short trip. The lack of windows / light made room look dull at all times. There was some mould on the wall in the bathroom which might be hazardous.
• Andrew (10/5): Great spot for a couple’s story city break. - Great apartment. Everything you need for a short stay. Great location for all the main attractions. Located close to Piazza Navona and restaurant precinct. great, attentive host. All good!
• Bethia (10/5): Fantastic place to stay, we will definitely be returning! - The location was perfect for our first trip to Rome, so close to all of the main tourist spots and amazing restaurants on our doorstep. The hosts could not have been better, quick responses if we needed anything and going the extra mile to assist with any issues experienced.

• Danae (1/5): A TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT BOOK!!! - Everything was terrible!! What a nightmare!! This is the worst place I have ever stayed, and the property managers are the rudest people I've ever met. There are so many issues with the place, and I can't believe it is allowed to be rented out. The place looks nice at first but then you start to notice it's so dirty and everything is broken. The air-conditioner is a portable unit that leaks lots of water and floods the room when using both hot and cold air. The owner said they fixed it after day one but they didn't so it flooded again. They then told me not to use it and that I was intentionally destroying their property! The owner gave directions on how to use the washing machine but the spin cycle didn't work properly so I had to wring my clothes out by hand. When I reported this to the owner, they told me I was lying. There was no kettle and I was told one would be dropped off but it wasn't. I was then told to "just boil water on the stove, it's the same thing". The kitchen and utensils were dirty & disgusting. Curtain not full length so neighbors can see into room There is a big steel door at the front of the complex and no soundproofing so when the door closes it makes a massive bang which echoes through the room and wakes you up at night. The couch and futon are dirty and stained so badly that you would not sit on them. The room smells musty and there was always moisture in the air so the bed felt wet and there was lots of mould. Bathroom tap does not work properly. The wifi is constantly dropping out. When I reported issues, the owner called me a liar and blamed things on other guests. They refused a refund so I could move somewhere else and refused a partial refund for all of the broken items as they didn't believe they were broken, despite me sending photos and videos. The owners harassed me on WhatsApp for days, even after I checked out, and it got to the point where I had to block them!

• Jsetas (7/5): Good for a short stay, loved the area but wouldn’t stay again :) - Loved how this was a no contact property, for those with anxiety that is a dream. The property is near so many means of transportation and restaurants, I would recommend 433 highly. The property is spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. Amazing value for money, paid near enough £230 for 3 nights It is a little hard to find as it is down a very quiet ally/road. Yeh host did not send the check in information until we were at the property so I had to call twice as they didn’t realise it wasn’t sent. The property is right next to a gate which can be heard opening at night as well as the door which caused some alarm. When it rains the it leaks through the floor. The safe int he room we couldn’t work. The shower does have black mould in it. There was not as many items for us as listed, for instance there were no toiletries and there is no kettle so if you want a coffee or tea either buy one or boil a pan of water.
• Gabrielafoliveira (6/5): Pleasant - we had a problem with the air conditioning. I informed the owner about the noise and about the non-functioning of the device. Unfortunately he only offered us a fan in the middle of the summer. I understand about unexpected occurrences, but the owner didn't respond to my messages anymore, didn't offer me bonus around the problem I faced. Unfortunately, it was not a good memory for my grandmother and mother, who were visiting Italy for the first time. The indoor smell was also strong, but what bothered me the most was the owner's non-response to resolve or at least return part of the money to me as he was unable to deliver what he had promised in the ad.
• Zé (9/5): Amazing location. - Amazing location, right by Piazza Navona and close to lots of great restaurants etc. Great value for money too and the air conditioning was extremely welcome in the heatwave. Would absolutely stay here again, I really didn't have any issues with the place at all.
