The host was very rude really bad person texted very rude words to my girfrend treat us like we are garbage the property was not clean when we got he lied about the chek in hours he aproved my stay then he texted me for another time to check in then he said he even wanted us to wait more time then before we where tired exhausted when we arrived the apratment was filty nothing was cleans the cleaning guy showd up last minute clean the beds and the floor was dirty you will see on the picturs how he texted my girfrend making himself as a victim he called my girlfriend a retard for no reason some photos aswell of how dirty the place was there was even more mess but we did not take a picture of everything very very bad experience DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

• Cezary (8/5): Duże mieszkanie w dobrej cenie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - LOkalizacja blisko Watykanu, a jednocześnie bliskość do sklepu, restauracji i metra Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia. Było czyste, ale wyposażenie czasy swojej świetności ma już za sobą.

• Róbert (8/5): - Very spacious, cozy, good location near metro and Vatican City. Comfortable beds. Good value for the money. We mostly only slept there wandering through the city during days and it's ideal for that. Missing soap, we had to buy our own one, quite a small shower, some people might have troubles getting in or out, one bed had a mattress which was smaller for the bed frame and thus couldn't fit without being a little elevated on one side. The kitchen is a little crowded and the floors everywhere could use carpets since they are quite cold to walk on.

• Wesley (8/5): Rustic Roman residence: real yet just right - Best of Roman locations: near the Vatican, near Cipro Metro station and near to shops and supermarkets. Great, comfortable, typical Italian accommodation. Host was responsive and very accommodating. Yes bathroom can do with improvements but hey if you want 5 star accommodation book yourself into a 5 star hotel. The bathroom, lack of microwave makes this place authentic. Wonderful Roman place. Great value for money!

The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the Vatican Museums and very convenient for exploring Rome. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. (hairdryer, iron, kettle, washing machine) Our host was friendly and responsive, making our late check-in very easy. Major landmarks in Rome were a 10-15 minute uber ride. The bus stop was a 3 minute walk from the apartment and took you directly toward most landmarks. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome and wants to stay close to the Vatican. The bathroom need a to be modernised. It was clean, but a bit dated. The apartment could also do with a microwave.

A good location especially near the popular attractions like saint petter square, and Vatican City actually all the famous attractions because it’s in the city Center and it’s close to public transportation The bathroom :( No shower door, lack of hot water but host made an effort to resolve the issue the following day. But after that no hot water supply again.

• Tiffani (4/5): A bit below expectations - Voly was great at opening the main door. A video was sent to help make your way inside the property. The location was swell. When we got there the lockbox was opened and the keys not there. We had to contact the host to find out the keys were actually under the welcome mat. This made the video pointless. The bathroom is beyond small. The toilet and bidet are about 6 inches apart. You won't sit comfortably on the toilet without touching the bidet. The shower is also very small, barely fitting an adult body inside, plus it's missing a door...May as well be a wet room for the amount of space. Also, had to request internet access twice as the information for wifi was not made readily available.
• Stephen (7/5): Good - Good location, few minutes away from a metro stop. Bedrooms are pretty big and has basic things you'd need (washing machine, central heating, fridge) Toilet is a bit run down and shower pretty small.

• Jill (5/5): Disappointed! - We couldn't use the link sent. However, the owner replied to our msg straight away and let us in the front door remotely. Although, the beds were extremely comfortable, the cleanliness of the apartment wasn't as expected, especially for the money. The bathroom was very disappointing, mouldy in the shower and around the bathroom window. The rugs in the hallway were trip hazards with all the corners curled up and were in need of a good vacuum. Full of bits, just really dirty. WiFi wasn't working and one of the AC units didn't work.

• Nicole (2/5): Unclean, with roaches and too expensive - Location to Vatican City and the beds were comfortable. 3 bedrooms and bonus living room with air conditioning was nice. Very unclean, dead roaches left on walls in kitchen and living room. Live roaches on kitchen counters. Lots of mold in kitchen and bathroom floors and walls, small and awkward shower, broken bathroom fixtures, cabinet fixtures with exposes screws, and broken coffee table. The fridge leaked water into the kitchen, twice. I reached out to owner. The response was that they live far so they are not aware of the conditions and it is difficult for them to address. However, at 2000.00 euros a week they should be able to fix these things.
• Safa (7/5): Good - The rooms are very clean and comfortable The bathroom needs an update the shower was extremely small and the shower head was broken anf water would get everywhere. Also the washer was not working properly and it floated the apartment.
• Marian (10/5): I recommend this apartment, great located, you cannot imagine a better location and very spacious. - The location, the apartment is near to the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo and very close to the Cipro metro station. The big space of the apartment, we were a family of six persons and it was still a sofa free in the living room.

• Nicoleta (10/5): Recommended - A very large, comfortable apartment. It is very close to Vatican. The metro station is 500 metres away. There are good restaurants close to the apartment and a very close supermarket. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, the check-in and check-out are easy. When you go to visit Rome, you don't have time to stay in the apartment so if there are small inconveniences they don't matter.

All participants of the trip were satisfied with the apartment, its spaciousness and the layout of the rooms as well as the very good location You can see that the owner cares about the apartment, many rooms are renovated, new equipment such as beds and TV sets, but it's probably time to renovate the bathroom. But I guess it's only a matter of time.

• Fanny (9/5): Comfortable place to stay if traveling with a big group. - I loved that it's close to the Vatican Museums and metro station, it's big with 3 bedrooms and the 5 of us slept comfortable. There are mini super close to the apartment where we were able to stock up to make breakfast and other things we needed. The host was helpful and available at any time. As other reviewers stated the shower is broken and since the space is really small this makes it even more difficult to take a shower.

• Patricia (8/5): Very good - This property is such a steal with its price, size, and very close proximity to the Vatican City (very near the Vatican Museums). It's also very accessible via two Metro stations and several bus lines that go through the city. Easy check-in and the host is easy to talk to. The property wasn't clean when we arrived but good thing the cleaning man eventually arrived soon after. However, the toilet had flushing issues.
