Leopoldo (5/5): Changed location last minute!! - The owner changed property at the very last minute, using the excuse that Pallaro Apartment was undergoing maintenance. The newly proposed property was near Termini, in a completely different and less comfortable location compared to Pallaro. We demanded compensation for the inconvencience, but not response. Watch out when you make your booking!
Anders (9/5): - Läget var fantastiskt mitt i Rom. Lugn gata men nära till allt. Bra och välstädat och utrustat. Trappan upp till terassen var väldigt trång, fram gick inte riktigt i beskrivningen

Torsten Spies (4/5): Lage super, Service und Komfort völlig unakzeptabel! - Wirklich gut war die Lage der Ferienwohnung. Man ist Mitten im Zentrum der Stadt. Wirklich alles ist per Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse war einzigartig. Der Zugang zur Dachterrasse ist aber nicht einfach. Man sollte beachten, das die Wohnung über eine sehr enge Treppe über 3 Etagen sehr schwerlich zu erreichen ist. Man sollte dafür schon sehr fit sein. Auch stimmt die Adresse der Ferienwohnung bei Booking nicht mit der tatsächliche Adresse überein!! Das Apartment ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Erwarten sie keinen gewöhnlichen Standard. Es gab für 6 Nächte nur 2 Handtücher. Es gab ein Bad mit Dusche und ein extra WC was sehr unangenehm roch. Die Betten waren sehr hart. In einem der Schlafzimmer gab es nicht mal eine Nachttischlampe. Auch das gesamte Lichtschaltersystem war verwirrend. Es wurde seitens des Gastgeber nicht einmal während des Aufenthaltes nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist. Es gab auch keine Zwischenreinigung. Für über 300 Euro die Nacht kann man den Service als völlig ungenügend bezeichnen.

The terrace provided an incredible viiew of the Roman rooftops. A great location for an active group who can negotiate stairs. A third bed, a good size for a young child. A mattress too small for an adult.

G (9/5): Great location: 10 minutes from Pantheon, Piazza Navona. Next door to Campo de Fiori market. Close to public transport. - Location. Size. Two bathrooms. Basic amenities. Third floor, too many steps. Cleanliness could have been better.

The terrace was nice although the view was a bit limited because of other buildings. The host was very helpful, he explained very well about the neigboring and responded quickly to our questions during our stay. There was only one bathroom and was a bit small.
