- Thomas (8/5): Très bon appartement bien situé ! - L'emplacement est génial. Le métro est à 2 pas et on atteint le colisée rapidement. L'appartement est très correct et peut accueillir facilement une famille de 5 personnes. Il y a un 6eme lit mais ça me paraît juste pour 6 personne ici. Le jardin est sympa. Contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire dans d'autres avis, L'appartement n'est pas au sous sol, mais en rez de jardin. Je n'ai pas constaté d'odeurs de moisissures comme j'ai pu le lire. Le métro passe juste au bout du jardin mais jamais a pleine vitesse. On l'entend un peu, certes, mais fenêtres fermées il est plus discret que certaines clim ou frigo qui m'ont déjà empêché de dormir ailleurs ! Il manque un micro-ondes pour que ce soit parfait.

- Richard (8/5): Affordable stay in Rome in great location. - Good location - close to Metro, shops, caffe, restaurants, pharmacy. Other than being a bit dated, the apartment was fine. Very good facilities and nice hosts. Double Bed in bedroom is very comfortable. It won't win any awards for cleanliness but it was liveable. Sofa bed needs to be updated - totally unfit for sleeping.

- Oksana (9/5): I recommend these apartments - the apartments correspond to the ratio of price and quality. The location is excellent, there is a subway and a bus stop in 5 minutes. The apartments have everything you need. I especially liked the terrace.
- Xabier (8/5): Very good - Garden was very pleasant and handful (specially with kids). Also we loved the area, Garbatella Neighbourhood is very attractive and have a friendly atmosphere
- Salla (7/5): Good location but problem with ants - The location was great, short walk from metro station. There was heating and enough hot water. Owner is nice, he even recommended good local restaurants, which we did try and loved them. There was lot of ants in the apartment, even in the bed. There was some spray for insects and we eventually got rid of them. But it is not nice to come back after long day and find ants in your bed.... The shower was not draining well so we had to clean it ourself but otherwise the apartment was clean.
