Un po' troppo fuori mano,ma con i mezzi pubblici ci siamo mossi veramente bene. La fermata dell'autobus è proprio sotto casa.

Our flight arrived in the middle of the night and the host was kind enough to receive us at that hour. You do need transport to get to the city centre: bus+metro Breakfast is a few pack of crackers and coffee.

La zona è di periferia, ma con tutti i servizi vicini e anche tanti ristoranti e market. La fermata dell'autobus a 2 minuti a piedi. Noi lo abbiamo preso per la vicinanza all'Unicusano, veramente comodo. Forse non è comodo per visitare Roma, ma con i mezzi pubblici si arriva poi ovunque.

• Francesco Busetta (8/5): Buona soluzione per la nostra necessità - Appartamento confortevole in zona Boccea; molto spazioso e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno breve e non. Check-in rapido, check-out un po' difficoltoso in quanto la porta senza chiavi non si chiudeva, e dovendole lasciare all'interno, abbiamo potuto solo accostare la porta. ma comunicandolo al gestore, non ci sono stati problemi. Ottima soluzione in situazioni lavorative in quella zona. per vivere il cuore della capitale è abbastanza fuori-mano, nonostante la fermata dei mezzi pubblici sia veramente vicino. purtroppo per la colazione, nonostante ci fosse tutto il necessario, non andava nè la macchinetta del caffè, nè il gas. Appartamento trovato un po' freddo, ma alzando la temperatura del termostato il "problema" si è risolto nell'immediato. Bagno un po' piccolo, ma con tutto il necessario.

• Jirka (2/5): - Breakfast not actually tasty. Pastry in plastic wraps but it was on the photo, so no surprise. There was no hot/warm water and no functional heating. The first evening after arrival, the owner somehow managed to fix (well, he did not seem surprised by it so it seemed an unresolved problem from the past, ie. this does not seem to be a fair advertisement) it so that a bit of lukewarm water was available. Nothing on the second evening and third day. When I wrote him to fix it, he answered that only after my departure. When I wrote to the contact service of Booking and him asking about the possibility of cancellation and moving elsewhere / or a discount, no proper answer. Considering the fact that it was raining and about 5-6 degrees Celsius in Rome at night, coming cold to a cold apartment with cold water was really irritating - you want to enjoy your holiday and not fall ill there. Considering the hardships of homeless people or the war in Ukraine, it was not such a big deal, but frustrating anyway. Possible future clients should call and ask in advance if it really works. And discount / refund should be sent.

• Arnicardoso (10/5): Excelente, una grata sorpresa. - Todo. Fue una de las mejores si no la mejor casa (piso), que ya estuve en reservas de Booking. Los dueños son fantásticos y serviciales. Había de todo en la casa, había tanta comida para desayunar que en 6 días no pudimos comer todo. La limpieza era de lujo. Habían toallas de reserva y ropa de cama igualmente de reserva. El piso es muy luminoso con una excelente terraza y vistas maravillosas. No sé escucha nada de ruido, ni de los vecinos ni de la calle. No tengo nada negativo que declarar.

• Rosen (10/5): Ще се върнем отново! - Чудесно място за отсядане , когато посещавате Рим. Много дружелюбни домакини. Всички удобства на много добро ниво. Въпреки , че апартамента е самостоятелен, домакините се бяха погрижили да имаме приятна закуска и напитки. Има огромна тераса на покрива която е на разположение за ползване. Наблизо има автобусна спирка за придвижване до централната част. В близост се намират и много хубави магазини за храна и други стоки. Ако пътувате с автомобил, в близост има удобен, безплатен паркинг.

• Balaaaazs (10/5): "Anonim" - Komfortos, optimális elosztású, két fő elszállásolására kiválóan alkalmas lakás. Megfelelő bútorozottságú; tágas konyhával rendelkezik nappaliszerűen berendezve. Kényelmes, pihentető az ágy. A lakás csendes, az utca zaja nem szüremkedik fel. A belső enteriőr letisztult; a bútorok a modern letisztultságot sugározzák. A "reggeli az árban" - szolgáltatást picit szűkre szabta a szállás adó.
• Giovanni (8/5): per una breve vacanza è un’ottima alternativa - mini appartamento più che accogliente, ha tutto quello che serve ed anche funzionante, perfino la lavatrice per un’eventuale urgenza. Complimenti per la cura e l’attenzione dei particolari l’unico punto a sfavore è la lontananza da una stazione metro, altrimenti sarebbe perfetto.

• Michal (8/5): Fine for the shorter stay. - Everything ok. The owner will meet you and show you the apartment. He is kind and helpful but not easy communication in English. But we understood each other. Also, be ready to pay the city tax in cash during check-in. I was not aware of this so I had to go and withdraw the money immediately. The kitchen's equipment fine enough for cooking. Bus stop 1 minute away to take you to the nearest metro. The breakfast really poor. We made our own. Noise from the street but we had earplugs. So no problem.

• Marijana (10/5): Perfect! - Everything was perfect, clean, spacious. We were there when it was very hot and the apartment was fine even without air conditioning. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom and dining room. Communication with the owner was excellent. Cold water and treats were waiting for us. Excellent connection to the center. All recommendations.
• Kristýna (8/5): Very good - There is anything you need in the flat - from hairdryer, over washing machine to ironing equipment. Basic stuff in the fridge (water, milk), coffee and some snacks available at the arrival was helpful. Bus stop just round the corner. The Cornelia street is a bit noisier at night (no night life, just cars), closed window in the bedroom is a must but aircon available.

• Thomas (8/5): Family-Apartment right next to the bus station for people without problems with mold in the bathroom - The appartement is big enough for a family of 3, well equipped and the kitchen has lots of dishes and stuff to cook. There was enough coffee and tea. The bus station to the city center is just outside. The bathroom had mold. The "breakfast" was cookies and salty crackers that hat a bad plastic smell, eventually because they were old.
• Nigar (5/5): Passable - The location was ok. We used metro+bus to commute, which are very frequent and close to each other. And the apartment is just next to the bus stop. In total, it would take approximately 30 minutes to reach the city center, which was fine with us. The apartment was big and clean, with basic necessities required for a few-day stay. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe. Big grocery stores were 15 minutes away by foot, but there was a small family owned market around the corner and at the bus station between metro to bus transition. We traveled in January with a child, which I repeatedly mentioned. However, to our disappointment, the heating system was controlled only by the owner via his phone app. Ironically, there was a thermometer inside the house, which was showing 18-19C in the evenings. We requested several times a day to turn the heater on, to which he would turn it on for a couple of hours and let us know that 21C was good enough and turn it off before midnight. As a result, after our four-day stay, we traveled back home with a 39C-fevered child; I lost my voice to the extent that I had to communicate with my hands and body language during the flight. Just to clarify, we got sick after the first night at the apartment, but our symptoms worsened towards the end. Needless to say, I live in Norway and am no stranger to the cold. But it was absurd to use my woolen layers in Rome because I was shivering inside, and we had one duvet and two thin blankets. When it came to the breakfast, of course, it was not the classical breakfast you would expect in the hostels. However, they left some biscuits, packed bakeries, some teabags/coffee capsules, a couple of water bottles, small packages of jam, and Nutella. Honestly, we did not rely on this breakfast and bought our groceries. There was an ok pan to use (it could be better to renew it and replace it with a non-sticking new one). Also, a kettle would be great. We used a huge pot to boil water for tea (Did I mention that we all were sick?...).

• Yufei (10/5): I definitely recommend this place to stay for even long term in Rome. - It has everything you need. Kitchen, air conditioning, balcony, you name it. The house is very clean, and the neighbours are very friendly. It’s a quiet place and you can reach supermarkets and public transportation easily. The host was nice and responsive. Although he doesn’t speak English very much, everything worked out smoothly.

It is reasonable priced considering location and facilities. I think that they should not advertise that breakfast if provided, they should just mention that tean and coffee and fruits will be available.

The lady who gave us the keys doesn't speak a single word of english. "Breakfast" is the cookies and crackers and some old apples in the fridge. Coffee machine not working.

• Erik (10/5): Our staying here was absolutely perfect! - The app is just as you can see it on the photos posted here. Its nice and comfy and it has everything that you need. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. The bed is comfy and the owner is very nice and friendly. It is a perfect place to visit Rome. Yes..the app is a little far from the city center, but it is well connected. There is a bus station a few meters away and the metro station is only 5 bus stations away. You need about 30-40 minutes to get to the Colosseum. The only little problem may be the parking place if you are there with your car. You park on the street, but you can find a place, we didnt have any problem with that. I would recommend this place, especially because the app is worth the price..absolutely! I will be staying here in the future for sure. Nothing...everything was great!
• Milan (9/5): Superb - Locality was a bit crowdy but inside of the appartment it was quiet enough. There was a bus station and pizzerie just next to it which I appreciate. Breakfast was rather modest but sufficient. The host was speaking Italian only. But it was not a big problem, we were able to catch everything.
