• Cynthia (10/5): Lovely stay in Jorge Doko, Berat - Jorge Doko met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment and set up WiFi with us. He arranged a suitable time for us to have our breakfast delivered to the flat. It was superb - fresh fruit, eggs, tomatoes, bread, home-made jam and butter. Juice to drink, and cheese borek. We communicated through Google translate. He's a lovely man. Would definitely stay there again, and Berat is a lovely place to visit. We liked everything.

• Alana (9/5): - Es un piso entero muy espacioso en una zona tranquila. Jorgos es hospitalario y hace por mejorar tu estancia, no habla mucho inglés pero se hace entender. Estuvimos muy a gusto. El desayuno no incluye café pero es casero y es muy copioso.

• Mariette (10/5): - We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en vooral dank aan de gastheer voor zijn goede zorgen en heerlijk ontbijt.
• Lia (8/5): Prettig verblijf gehad - Zeer ruim appartement op de 3e etage, lift aanwezig. Parkeren kan op straat en het is op loopafstand van het centrum. Ontbijt is goed, koffie of thee krijg je er echter niet bij. Het appartement is erg spaarzaam ingericht en uitgerust. Geen verduistering mogelijk op de slaapkamers.

• Silvia (10/5): - Très bon accueil. Jorgos parle Albanais ou Grecque mais il se donne beaucoup de peine et on comprend l essentielle. Les locaux vous aide a trouver votre chemin. Il faut avec être connecté.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel , bien situé, il faut marcher un peu pour atteindre la vieille ville mais ce n'est pas long (10/15min) et c'est du plat. Le centre de la nouvelle ville est à 5min à peine. Facile pour se garer. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Attention aux petits escaliers un peu glissants à l'entrée de l'immeuble, ça m'a valu une belle gamelle 😂.

• Alicia (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very big, it was not in the city center but quite close, and it was easy to walk there. AC worked well. The host was nice and communicative. Some more kitchenware would be great
• Katherine (9/5): Fabulous views from the balconies over the town and castle. - A really nice, spacious, well equipped apartment that you could easily stay in longer term. There are two balconies, one off the main room and another off the twin room and a drying rack for drying laundered clothes in the afternoon sun. The view from the balconies is gorgeous being over the old town and of Berat castle up on the hill. The location is just off the main street a short walk from the old town, there are lots of cafes and shops for supplies, clothes, ATMs, anything you may need, a fantastic bakery too. It is also a bit cheaper than the centre of the old town being just a short step out. The 7 minute walk is along a boulevard where you pass a children's play park, some interesting official buildings and then several cafes, restaurants and shops. I really liked that it was in a residential area as we also got to see how everyday Albanians live rather than just the tourist attractions.

• Patricia (8/5): Large apartment good location - Very spacious modern apartment and comfortable bed in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Several shops and local bars close by. Good mountain view from balcony. Very good host, easy to contact. A few more plates and bowls would be useful. The furniture on the balcony could be more comfortable.

• Jacek (9/5): Superb - Well located - 10 minutes of a walk to the old city. Free parking space next to the building. Good value for money. Two balconies! There was no toilet seat which is quite unsanitary. The apartment is big, although very empty and dull.
